we do offer smoking rooms but that night we sold out on smoking rooms , the broken table was not put on by anyone, we just find out after guest checked out. as far as money back , hotel cant do anything if its paid to third party . over all nothing was wrong in room . guest did enjoy their full time staying and left pass checkout time. thank you

Hello I really apologize for you inconvenience. I just want to let you know that we are doing some renovations in office area and workers moving boxes from one place to other and mistakenly they move all boxes in room that we keep locked. I do not why he offer his pillows because he has access to laundry room . We will try not let this happen again.

This is not how we run our hotel. I have no clue what has happened. Our property is a non smoking facility. If someone smoked in the room they did so knowing that there is a fee. I am so sorry this has happened and I will make sure things like this never happen again. Looks like I am going to have to find some new housekeepers because this isn't how Royalty inn and suites normally operate.

We are addressing all issues, still learning the ropes. We are new ownership and still working out all kinks, and also doing what we can to fix whatever is needed and soon we will also be remodeling our rooms and making adjustments and improvements wherever it is needed...
