This property was right off the highway but it was quiet! There were several dining options available within walking distance. The room was updated and nice with plenty of seating. It's a good place to stay.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No tv blankets had burn holes. All you could smell is marijuana. Staff was rude. Couldn't get clean towels. I will never stay here again

The breakfast was good, We had to request a new room because the sheets did not look clean. The staff lady came to check, agreed and gave us a different room.

Check in easy and quick. Room smelled of something “off.” Air conditioning helped. My travel partner nearly had a meltdown because a show he wanted to watch on Fox was unavailable due to expiration of contract with Direct TV. Motel is in convenient location, lots of restaurants near by. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Great stay at Rolla Best Western
Excellent room. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, assorted sweet rolls and pancakes. Steve, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our stay. When in the area will stop again

We liked it.
Every room has its own outside entrance. We had a good room on the ground floor near the front of the pool side of the building. We parked in one of the three parking slots in front. We liked it. We would not have liked being on the second floor, because there is no elevator.

On line showed pool for kids but still had winter cover on and was 2/3 of the way through JULY! Photos on-line deceiving as room was much smaller than appeared on-line. Bathroom was size of a closet.

My husband had to get up in the middle of the night and sleep in a chair. The beds were so old and hard! Inside of room was updated and huge but beds were horrible. The outside staircase was busted from bottom to top. Felt very unsafe. Very unsafe with outside and a joining doors. The other people left their doors open very unsavory characters, all men and we had three children. Will never recommend or stay at one of your hotels like this again.

We discovered upon check in that the pool was out of service for the season. This was not disclosed by Expedia. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Disappointed pool was not open..."closed for the season". Gave us a room of 2 queen beds instead of king bed because we had dogs--king room not available in dog-friendly rooms. Otherwise, breakfast was good, property and room were very clean. Staff were very nice.

There were stains on the blankets. The guests in the room above and behind us were very loud throughout the entire night which made it difficult to sleep.

This was 4 time staying at this hotel in the last 2 years. All my experience have been good until this trip. My toom this time was not as well maintained as the previous one. Hole is the walls that need patched. I sat on my bed and the lights would go off because the plug in was behind the bed. So i have to push my bed over to have the lights on. The heater and cooler and the fridge were very loud and woke me in the night several times.
