It is an older establishment but very clean. They had everything we needed. The staff was over the top in helpfulness and friendly. We will not hesitate to use Red Roof again.

My only problem was my hair dryer didn’t work. The plug end that it plugged into also was almost falling out of the wall so it made us nervous to even use it in case it started a fire.

The positive is they don’t charge extra for small dogs, but that’s where it ends. Gaps in the doors, slow flushing toilets, and an exterior door at the back that didn’t lock. The staff is friendly, but untrained and couldn’t do basic tasks like make coffee. In the room, the mattresses are well worn… perhaps by the hour? In the bathroom the towels were so thin you could watch TV through them. They do just below the basic level of maintenance. There’s rust all over the shower, ceiling and floor. I have pics. The room door gap was so wide you could fit burglar tools through it. Wi-Fi is wide open and not passworded. The appliances are 1st generation microwaves and refrigerators. The toilet clogged, we had to fix it . If you want housekeeping, you have to stay 3 days and make an appt 24 hours in advance. Attention, methheads, crackheads, and thieves - The outside back door DOES NOT LOCK!!! You don’t need a room key to get in. Scary!!! Joke: They promised the “world’s greatest coffee” it was not! It was the world’s greatest example of cheaping out on a breakfast - just one pot of coffee, no decaf, no tea, no cream, nada.

We got there way after we were supposed to. We got there at 530 in the morning and check out was 11 the next morning. They allowed us to stay until twelve I stead of 11. That was awesome of them!!!

We have stayed here many times before. Rooms are clean and large. Issue this time was they are upgrading the breakfast area so there was nothing to eat - just coffee at reception. We had not been advised that there would be no breakfast and we had to stop off somewhere to eat which on a long trip is not great as we like to grab something at the hotel and then be off.

Our first night the air conditioner in our room was making an awful noise. However, as soon as we alerted the front desk, they came straight up and replaced it with a new unit. Great service and friendly service.

Staff was very accommodating and kind. But much needs to be done to repair and replace many items. Ceiling fixtures missing covers, sink has spider cracks running out from drain. You cannot clean the cracks so you get an unusual array of black line's. ( Spidering ) outward. Tub caulking needs replaced, ect. It was clean, just worn-out.
