The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell of mildew and who knows whatever else was overwhelming and possibly toxic.

Dear guest, we are very sorry for your bad experience. What you claim was a toxic smell, was instead the smell of the ozonating machine we use to sanitize our rooms (no Covid19 measures). We are sorry you run away without letting us know why. We would easily solved the matter with a room change. We apologize but you had no manners.

Great find in Santa Marinella
Very welcoming staff helping to make the stay pleasant amd enjoyable. Great location, clean, accessible amenities including bar amd restaurant, will stay there again.

Very pleasant
Really pleasant stay, great location for the beach, unobtrusive and helpful service. Bathroom could do with a bit of upgrading but was clean. Would definitely return.

Such friendly staff. Room was a bit old, but everything worked including air conditioning. Great location across from the beach. Very good value. Would go again

This property is simply perfect. The location is awesome, close to everything. The staff is super helpful and friendly specially the owners, Ale in the coffee/bar area was super helpful and friendly. Beatrice was an awesome waitress and all the other waitress and waiters (sorry I forgot the names 😔) were super nice too. The food is delicious and the prices are super affordable. The whole place was clean and cute. The free breakfast had many choices and espressos 👍. This property felt like if you were visiting a family member because it is a young family that owns and runs the place personally. The owners child Lorenzo, is 3 years old. He is super cute and visits his parents at times. We always felt safe and happy during our stay. We will definitely recommend this place and we can’t wait to comeback next year. We had an awesome time there, thank you 😊.

Útulno v rodinné atmosféře
Ubytování bylo velmi pohodlné, nádherná rodinná atmosféra. V pokoji bylo uklizeno, teplo a velmi útulno. Snídaně italského typu neměla chybu, všeho bylo dostatek.

Alte Villa mit familiärer Atmosphäre
Wir haben als 3-köpfige Familie im Oktober zwei Nächte in dieser schönen Villa verbracht, die laut Besitzer im Jahr 2004 zum B&B umgebaut wurde. Besonders gut hat uns die familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Das Hotel wird von einer jungen Familie geführt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man lediglich die Straße überqueren. Wir hatten eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit 1 Schlafraum, einem kleinen Bad und einer Essküche gemietet. Alles war sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Mixed!
We were the only guests in the hotel. The gates to the property were locked when we arrived and it took over half an hour to get in, but when we did the gentleman was lovely and helpful. The view from our room was great and we were glad to have paid the extra for the balcony as the room was fairly small. The room itself was very clean and tidy but did not have the kitchen area pictured in the advert. The town had very little going on other than a harbour to watch. We didn't manage to find anywhere to eat dinner on Sunday night so worth picking some bits up at the supermarket before it closes (we ended up having a dinner of biscuits and crackers..!)

Perfect Day
We had a perfect day at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is right across the street from a large beach with many chairs and umbrellas for rent.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på detta lagom stora B&B. Frukosten var lite speciellt då det inte var en buffé utan vi fick beställa vad vi ville ha och vi visste inte riktigt vad vi kunde välja mellan. Men det var god frukost när vi väl listat ut vad vi kunde beställa. Nära till stranden, saknade dock möjlighet till parasoll eller rabatt på parasoll på stranden. Rekommenderar detta ställe.

I wish I could give a good review but for us the hotel was not the best experience. - I get amazed over and over again if the hotel staff doesn't know even the basic words in English (breakfast, check-in, passport). You don't have to speak English, just a few words would help a lot. - Because of language problems in the first night they didn't check our passports then and not even in the next the morning, but on a second night when we arrived after a really long day and went straight to the bed they kept ringing and knocking the door all the time. You just don't want to get disturbed with things like that when you're almost sleeping. - They didn't change our towels for a second night and usually it would have been totally okay but in this case our towels were still fully wet in the next evening even though they had been hanging all day. - For us the breakfast was not a breakfast, a cup of coffee and one croissant. No fruits, no eggs, no milk products etc. - Having our own balcony was nice and it was really easy and cheap (4e) connection to Rome by train. Having a private parking area inside the gates was also a big plus to us. We got disappointed mainly because this place is more expensive than many other hotels we were on our trip. The place itself is beautiful and it has a lot of potential to be a really great place but sadly it's not that yet.

Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, come d'altronde mi aspettavo! La posizione dell'hotel risulta ottima e la spiaggia è realmente di fronte. Non vi fate spaventare dal traffico e dal rumore dell'Aurelia........chiudete la finestra, accendete l'aria condizionata e buona notte.....gli infissi sono fantastici!!!

U.S. folks visit Rome + Cruise ship departure
From initial e-mail contact, to the pick up at the Rome airport, to check-in and a glass of wine.....everything went well. Lovely family run small B & B, was traveling with my elderly parents who the staff went out of there way to make extra comfortable (w/2nd Flr elevator). After morning coffee and light breakfast, we went walking the local town. Small supermarket, restaurants and shops are close. Rooms were very clean and maintained. WiFi works, but you have to search around for the sweet spot (downstairs hallway middle), as the walls of the villa are solid concrete. Hotel is beach front, May is a good month to book before the massive European June forward holiday season begins. Many nights I sat in the outdoor garden and had a glass of wine and some cheese, very relaxing. You are directly on the road, beach area, nearby club....so there is a little noise, bring ear plugs and a sleepy mask (also helps with jet lag). Final transportation to the Cittv port to pick up our Cruise ship was so greatly appreciated. With proper lead time the Family and Staff will go out of there way to meet your requests. Remember to watch out for European Holidays/Bank Holidays that close things. The city shuts down from 12-4 pm everyday, so learn to relax. Restaurants open at 8pm for dinner, B&B has proper recommendations, distance is walkable, atmosphere is dress causal. I recommend this B & B. Travel time from Rome Int Airport is 45 minutes. Travel time to port is 35 minutes.

ARRIVEE SANS PROBLEME ,BON ACCUEIL ,LA RESPONSABLE , CHANTALE , TRES A L ECOUTE , LE PETITE DEJEUNER EST DE QUALITE . le seul problème à mon sens , est le mobilier de la chambre ainsi que la décoration , qui est fort monacale , et peut lumineuse , mais tenu très proprement . Durant le week end ,il faisait froid pour la région, et la première nuit nous avons eu froid, car les lits n avaient pas de couverture, nous les avons trouvées le lendemain , pliées dans le placard : elles auraient été utiles sur le lit , car pour ventiler la salle de bain , une fenêtre est bloquée en position ouverte , par l hôtelier, avec impossibilité de la fermer . CONCERNANT LE PAIEMENT : AU MOMENT DE REGLER LA FACTURE , LA RESPONSABLE , CHANTALE ,NOUS A INDIQUE QUE LE TPE NE FONCTIONNAIT PAS : heureusement , étant d orgine italienne , je connais l astuce, et avait prévu des espèces , mais sinon , à 8H30 du matin , a SANTA MARINELLA, avec un embarquement avion prévu pour 10H00 à 70 KMS DE LA , qu aurait fait des touristes non initiés sans les espèces suffisantes : tout le monde n a pas en poche en espèce 170 EUROS , quant il part uniquement un week end : ce point est à clarifier avec l hôtelier , car très préjudiciable : bien sur payer en espèce , évite à l hôtelier , la commission DES TPE

I was staying for business that was in a city close by near the port. The traffic was terrible each way and it cost 50 euros twice a day to go back and forth. The hotel itself was a no frills place. The owners were very nice and helpful. They would open the very quaint cafe up early for me so I could have coffee and a croissant. For the price it was ok. Nothing to do around the hotel. Next time I'll stay closer to city with more happening. Train stop was a 10 minute walk.

Comfortable spot across the street from the beach
Nicely located across the street from the beach. Lovely back garden to relax in. Room was clean and comfortable. Decor could be updated a little but otherwise we found this small hotel to our liking.

Great family vibe
A peaceful B&B that seemed more like a hotel, due to the fact that we were not much disturbed by the owners. Very cosy backyard with grass areas in several levels, with chairs and tables. We had great breakfast brought to our room every morning because they were renovating the restaurant. The B&B is just opposite the beach and a nice beach bar. Walking distance to downtown with restaurants and some shopping. All in all a pleasant stay.
