Great location
All seasons was an optimal spot for our quick 2-day stay in Rome. It was a 5 min walk to the metro or local bus which both got us to all the best spots in 20 min or less. Angelo gave us a map and a quick orientation of the neighbourhood including a great gelato shop and restaurant. There is a good supermarket close by and we grabbed a quick cappuccino breakfast at the cafe next door. Tv and wifi worked perfectly. When you get to the address, look for All Seasons on the buzzer.

A very nice place to stay
We stayed for a couple of days at Rome and find did place at Expedia. IT was a great choice place was small but has al the amenities you need for a short stayed at the City. It was 15 minutes walk from Colosseo and Termini Station and has a lot of restuarants nerby. The Best part was the host/owner, Mr Angello treat us like family and try to do everything he Can to make our trip excelente. All and all a great experiencie.

BOA OPÇÃO DE HOSPEDAGEM DENTRO DE SUA CATEGORIA
Como é bastante comum em Roma, tratam-se, na verdade de um grande e antigo apartamento reconfigurado para hotel. O All Seasons é um desses tipos de hoteis, conta com, ao que me parece, com apenas 4 quartos todos com banheiro privativo. Os quartos tem bom tamanho, pintura nova, limpos, mobiliário bom, ar condicionado split, janelas anti-ruido. Como só tem 4 quartos, não justifica a presença permanente do proprietário, pessoa simpática e de fácil trato, no local. Combina-se antes com ele, via e-mail, dia e hora do check-in e ele o estará esperando na porta do prédio. Posteriormente, já no hotel ele lhe entregará as chaves da portaria do prédio, do apartamento e do seu quarto. Depois você o verá apenas no dia e hora combinados para check out ou então nem aí, deixando a chave dentro do quarto e indo embora. Trata-se de um sistema ao qual não estamos muito acostumados e funcionou bem comigo e eu gostei. Quanto à localização, em baixo do prédio tem dois restaurantes, na esquina, cerca de 50 metros um bom supermercado. A estação do metrô mais próxima fica a cerca de 450 metros, não é muito perto, mas a grande opção é pegar o elétrico cujo ponto fica em frente ao supermercado. Esse elétrico tem seu ponto final, três paradas depois, na estação Termini, onde se encontrará condução para qualquer lugar de Roma. A região em que o apartamento está localizado é residencial e nos pareceu bastante segura

Limpio, amplio, y con fácil acceso a todo.
Lo bueno: La habitación ha sido muy agradable, posee un mini refrigerador, ideal para guardar refrescos y comida. El encargado en recibirnos ha sido muy servicial y atento. Lo malo: Sólo reciben pagos en efectivo, y no me dieron la factura por el alojamiento.

Visita a la histórica ROMA
Lo que más destaco es el muy buen trato y disposición del encargado, muy atento. Nos brindó mucha información valiosa para aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita a los lugares de atracción de Roma. Habitación y estado general del hotel en muy buenas condiciones. Ubicación muy buena, como dije anteriormente, cerca de estación de metro Manzoni, también de estación de trenes Roma Termini y varias líneas de colectivos y metro. Se puede ir caminando al Coliseo, quedará a unas 8-10 cuadras.

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il b&b è di recente costruzione e le camere sono nuove e confortevoli e si trova proprio in centro a 1 km dal Colosseo. Il proprietario è stato gentile e molto premuroso dandoci molte attenzioni e indicazioni. Se dovessi tornare a Roma saprò dove alloggiare

Clean & Cute
We were only in this hotel for one night but the lady was very nice and told us everything to see and gave us some good tips. The only thing I would say is to take the subway from roma termini (if you're arriving here) because walking was a little sketchy. The area didn't seem to nice on our walk to the hotel. Wifi was great, hotel was clean, and overall a good stay for our one night.

Two nights in Rome
We loved our stay at the All Seasons Hotel. Excellent room, modern furniture, nice bed and everything clean and smells clean. The reception was perfect, she helped us guiding to the tourists spots with a map. I really recommend this hotel.

Rigtig godt lokalt hotel til billige penge
Et rigtig dejligt og lokalt hotel, værelserne var ikke store, men rigtig pæne. hotellet er en gammel stor lejlighed, som er indrettet til værelser istedet. man bor 20 minutters gå gang fra Colosseum, og der var nogle lækre restauranter for foden af hotellet til meget billig priser. området var lidt slidt, og lå i udkanten, men dette gjorde intet og der lå to metrostationer i 5 minutters gå gang derfra. Vi boede her i 8 dage i juli måned 2015, og der var intet at klage over. Ingen morgenmad på hotellet, men et køleskab man selv kunne have vand og juice i. Hotellet var meget billigt, så forventede ikke den store luxus. Jeg vil helt sikkert på på samme hotel hvis jeg skal til Rom igen.

Hyggeligt lille hotel, ikke så langt fra Termini station. Det var nemt at komme ind til byen selv på gåben. Utroligt sød og hjælpsom ejer. Dog lidt lyt, så man kunne høre selv når elevatoren blev brugt, men det generede ikke særligt meget. Kunne sagtens finde på at vende tilbage.

Good value for money
Comfortable & good value for money. The lady was very friendly and helpful. She gave us some tips during our check in. Location is very convenient, public transportation is so near by (Tram Station, Bus & Metro station is 7 min away by walking) lots of nice restaurants around.

positive: near to the rail station and underground. negative: bad quality of cleaning room, no showergel or shampoo, many hair on the bed!! paid for breakfast but never received!!!! never more in this structure....

Not a B & B (as Advertised on site) No Breakfast.
Good :- Room size OK, Locality good. 5 Restaurants or Cafe's within 200 metes, and 10 minutes from most forms of local transport (Trams, Underground and Buses.to most attractions) Also only 35 / 40 minutes walk from main railway station) Bad :- No Breakfast, Not even a Kettle. if we had known we could have gone prepared ! ) No glass or cup in bathroom to swill your mouth after cleaning your teeth (had to re-use a paper "Cola" Cup. The first night there were NO pillow cases on the well used and slightly stained pillows. Air con unit did not work (fan worked but blew air out at air temperature)

Ok hotel for the price but can do better
We had to wait 20 minutes for Elena to turn up and open the door, although Elena was lovely and apologising when she did turn up. Don't except anyone at the hotel, it is more like apartments. The double bed was two single beds together, and the duvet had feathers everywhere. The bathroom was clean enough, although little small. The heating did not work.

Pasqua a Roma!
Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati molto bene, all' arrivo ci attendeva la proprietaria molto gentile per darci tutte le informazioni necessarie. La camera e il bagno molto puliti e la posizione molto strategica, a pochi passi da stazione termini e metro. Nelle immediate vicinanze 4 ristoranti ed un bar per la colazione del mattino che non essendo compresa nel prezzo, in quel bar subito all' angolo e' economica. Unica pecca letto e cuscini molto scomodi, ma nel complesso ci tornerei.
