First of all, thank you for staying with us. I'm really sorry you got disappointed, but I don't think it's our fault. This is the room description: "1 double bed Room of 24 square meters overlooking the garden Internet: free Wi-Fi Entertainment: 28-inch LCD TV with digital channels Meals and beverages: full-sized refrigerators / freezers, microwaves, and coffee / tea makers Bedroom: high quality bedding Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and hairdryer Practical information: sofa bed, iron and ironing board; Extra beds and free baby cots / cribs available on request Comfort: air conditioning, heating and daily cleaning Accessibility - Wheelchair access Non-Smoking" As you notice, we are not selling any balcony at all. Second, common areas are characteristic of bed Vnd breakfast and geusts are usually happy of it, since it's a good chance to socialize with other guests. If you prefer to stay by yourself, I guess an indipendent flat would be definetly more suitable for you. Regards

Dear Aljandra,Firstly, I don'tn understand why you talk about "your family": you just come with your boyfriend. By the way, let me explain what happened: everything was perfect, till she got scared finding the apartment door open when they came back on the second day late afternoon (The dooor was open because we were inside the apartment going in and out carrying some stuff). For that, they felt unsafe and asked for a refund.I explaikned that the building is very very safe, since there is a porter at the entrance and no one can enter without been seen and checked at the entrance. Of course, when any refund has been denied, everything became horrible and unacceptable....speechlessRegards
