아주 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 시설 깨끗하고 샤워부스도 넓은 편이에요. 호스트도 굉장히 소탈하고 좋아요. 체크아웃이후에 짐을 무료로 보관해주었는데, 제가 약속시간보다 1시간 일찍 돌아와 연락드렸더니 흔쾌히 일찍 와주셨어요. 정말 감사했어요. 숙소 위치가 좋아서 판테온이나 나보나광장 등 다 가까워요. 유명한 젤라또 지올리띠도 가깝구요. 다음에도 여기서 묵을 의향이 있습니다~

A great hotel especially for the price. It was really nice to have an upstairs area where 2 of us stayed, and then my daughter stayed in sofa bed downstairs and had a bit of space. The hotel was in an upscale neighbourhood and walkable to every major attraction within 20/25 minutes. The hotel room had a mini fridge where they gave us water bottles which they replenished daily. The shower was really nice too- beautifully tiled and good water pressure.

Finding the actual check-in was more complicated than I expected. You first have to buzz in through a grand door way then buzz through a gate then travel up three flights of stairs. No signs pointing to the main office and I actually traversed three other stairways to find it. The room was fun for the kids with a bed upstairs in an open loft area. The check in was easy and very friendly. The shower had a good amount of mold around the corners and on the ceiling, which is the main reason I'm not giving more stars. The inside door to the bathroom was quite dirty as well.

Outstanding location. So close to all attractions and sites. Within walking distance to restaurants. Our host Alessandro was exceptional in providing prompt information and suggestions when asked. Very secure property. Would love to stay here again

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vor allem Alessandro war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war lediglich etwas laut, was uns jedoch nicht wirklich gestört hat. Schade nur, dass es im oberen Schlafbereich kein Fenster gibt, dadurch war es sehr warm. Immer wieder gerne, auch wegen der perfekten Lage.

Beautiful place, very cozy and Rome style. My kids love that the beds were at the top part of the room. Small but beautiful and close to everything. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi steps and visit other places. We are in love with ROME and very thankful with Alessandro, the owner. He helped us with early checkin, buying train tickets to Florence and giving us a lot of information where to go and what to do. This place is a gem!

Perfect location. Cleening was good. Very nice and helpful host. Since no breakfast is served in this hotel we missed a slightly bigger table in the room.

Un établissement très accueillant. idealement placé pour un séjour de visite à Rome en famille. Tout est faisable à pied depuis le logement. Situé dans une petite rue dans laquelle circulent des voitures et scooter, il y a un peu d’animation la nuit mais rien de bien différent de nos appartements citadins en France… De très nombreuses offres pour se restaurer, manger des glaces ou des petits gâteaux. Alessandro, notre hôte, est très accueillant et met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons.

Alessandro was the perfect host! He gave us ample restaurant/food recommendations, and provided us with a wonderful list of recommendations of things to do in Rome. He was incredibly hospitable, and made our stay even better, and was so helpful in helping out with transport to/from the hotel, and would have happily helped us with more if we needed it. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, the room was spacious and clean, and everything was in working order and of extremely high quality. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Rome in February 2022
The very kind owner, Alessandro, who had ordered a taxi for us from the airport to the hotel, welcomed us in the yard. We were late due to a bagage strike in Copenhagen. We did not see our luggage until we were back in CPH. Our room was on the 2nd floor in an old charming house in the middle of Rome, so close to all the interesting places that we did not use metro or bus during our stay. The master bedroom on the loft was quite big and the bed comfortable. The living space on the main floor had a sofa and a chair (we missed a little table). When the sofa bed was pulled out there was not much space for 2 adults and our 2 grandchildren (teenagers) to move around. The bathroom was big and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and kept in the finest order. Alessandro was very helpful and gave us information about restaurants and sightseeing and helped us phoning the airport about our missing luggage. We would very much like to get back to this beautiful town and charming hotel.

Super vært, super service og renlighed i top. Beliggenheden var perfekt til ture i den historiske smukke del af Rom - vi kunne gå til det hele 😊. Værelsets størrelse var lidt trængt til tre personer.

pros: Alessandro is accommodating and friendly. He gave us tips about our trip , where to go, allowed us to leave our luggage in the office . He arranged transportation. Place was cleaned daily and the espresso is a nice touch with refills too. Cons: small bathroom slightly outdated and in the loft area upstairs. Weird old smell in the elevator but expected of an older building. Tip : in the area, just a few meters away one of the oldest restaurants la campana and restaurant where Alfredo pasta originated is just beside it. This is the best part!

A great guest house with a very helpful and thoughtful owner . Super neat and clean rooms, fancy bathroom, powerful air conditioner, quiet courtyard. Walking distance to everywhere, we will definitely recommend Assunta Domus to our friends especially who needs family rooms.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner Alessandro. Location is super and we walked to all the major sites and attractions. Great restaurants everywhere. Real close to the Pantheon. We had everything we needed. Fantastic balcony overlooking courtyard. Great little coffee maker! We will stay here again..

Excellent short break
Assunta Domus was perfect in every way for our weekend in Rome. Alessandro was very helpful and although we made our own arrangements on our arrival in Rome we asked him to arrange our return transport which was a lot less stressful. We walked to all the attractions during the day and in the evening excellent bars and restaurants were on our doorstep. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Assunta Domas to friends visiting a Rome. Thank you

Friendly and charming hotel in great location
A very nice little hotel, perfectly located in a charming area and within walking distance of most things in Rome. Even though it is in the middle of the city, it was very quiet and we did not hear any traffic or people at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the service on arrival and throughout our stay was very nice and friendly. We also got help ordering a taxi back to the airport when we left. I can really recommend this hotel!
