The bed and breakfast was closed down. It was an awful experience in the heart of Rome and no hotel. We ended up paying almost 3 times as much as the original reservation. We expected more from a reputable company such as yours.

Soggiorno gradevole e confortevole. Lucia gentissima e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Camera piccola ma essenziale e confortevole. Posizione ottima, a pochi metri da fontana di Trevi. Unico neo tre piani di scale strette a piedi...ma comunque ottimo.

Ótima localização, péssimo hotel
O hotel fica ao lado da Fontana di Trevi e alguns minutos a pé da estação Barberini. A região é muito boa, mas o quarto, bem ruim. Primeiro não há nenhuma indicação externa do nome do hotel e não responderam meu e-mail sobre a localização do mesmo. Outro ponto é que não há fechadura na porta externa, a qual estava quebrada e fica aberta para qualquer um da rua acessar. Outro ponto é o cheiro ruim nas dependências do prédio, péssimo. O hotel não possui elevador e as escadas possuem um tapete em péssimas condições (solto) o que pode derrubar alguém. No primeiro dia a wi-fi não estava funcionando, mas foi rapidamente solucionado pelos responsáveis do B&B. Não possui recepção (B&B) e com relação ao atendimento fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Lucia (inclusive fizemos o check-in antes do horário, pois o quarto já estava pronto). Com relação ao quarto ficamos no 4° andar (sótão) e estávamos em 3 pessoas. Tivemos uma trabalheira para subir com as malas, mas o quarto, a princípio, grande e confortável, atendeu nossas expectativas (tínhamos 2 banheiros, um interno e outro externo). Os pontos negativos do quarto: o vaso com problema, vazamento e barulho de água escorrendo. Alguns insetos no quarto e um pouco de sujeira, principalmente no exaustor do banheiro, o qual estava imundo. A gota d'agua, literalmente, foi no nosso penúltimo dia lá, em que uma forte chuva evidenciou uma goteira dentro do quarto, ao lado da cama.

La clé se trouvait sous un paillasson crasseux Chambre non conforme à la description et photo d'Expédia Seulement 2 lits au lieu de 3 Taille de la chambre très inférieure au 30m2 annoncés Propreté douteuse Ne sommes pas restés. Avons trouvé un autre hotel "boutique hôtel Trévi" très agréable

Fun location next to Trevi Fountain!
This is a great place for the budget traveler. It allows access to the heart of Rome with a lot of places within walking distance. A charming decor, quiet and in the heart of things.

Broken Aircon/Promises
Great spot, shame about the aircon not working upon entry. Room big, ok, but 4 flights of steps...no lift. We sweltered first night, kids got mosquito bites, told it was going to be fixed by 4pm the next day. At 7pm we were moved to the 5th floor of Hotel Hollywood near Termini as aircon guys left. Not what we paid for. Maria suddenly learned English and told me how much it was costing her... Aircon broke in second hotel bedroom but Maria revived it. The only consolation was Maria giving my 3 daughters little purses and organising a taxi ride out of Rome. Disappointed.

Our hostess was cheerful
Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice, both the food and the other guests. A beautiful older building so of course lots of stairs, but structurally I don't think it is possible to add an elevator. If you can handle stairs, it is a wonderful place to stay. The local restaurants and coffee places are all open to the street and there is nice, low-key nightlife until well after 2AM.

Not a pleasant experience
Well upon arrival I walked past it twice, due to there being no sign. I then had to drag my luggage up 4 flights of steep and slippery stairs. Upon reaching the door I found it locked and no one there. I tried to contact the owner and no one answered me. I then did not meet anyone from the bed and breakfast until my last day, when paying was the biggest pain ever. The woman did not know how to work the machine and tried to get me to pay in cash, then I was told to go find their other hotel across town on the bus. When I asked if they could call a cab for me I was promptly yelled at. Oh and I just got an email from them saying that my card was denied when I saw it cleared through my account, so scam?

Vi havde bestilt et værelse på 16 m2 med privat bad. Vi fik et værelse på ca. 8 m2, med bad (ca. 1 m2) på gangen og et håndskrevet skilt på, hvor der stod privat. Vi havde reserveret 4 dage, men tjekkede ud allerede efter en nat pga. forholdene. Efter en længere samtale inkl. oversættelse over telefonen fik vi lov at gå, uden at betale for flere nætter.

Entrance is not marked with name of the bed and breakfast. Entrance is dimly lit with two trash cans that cause ground level to second floor landing to smell. No signs to indicate the b&b is on the third floor. Room was just big enough for the bed. Shower was very small as was the bathroom in general. Breakfast was packaged croissants, boxed juice, yogurt, bread that was left on the counter in a covered tray day to day. Plus was you could access this whenever you wanted. A positive to it all, the b&b is in an excellent location. Fortunately we were hardly in the room and only walked by the trash cans twice a day.

Всё нормально. Расположение отеля самое практичное - фонтан Треви - в 40 метрах. Трудно только распознать отель с улицы: ни вывески, ни надписи. В подъезде дома догадаться, что на 3-м этаже (наш 4-й) находится квартира, в которой и располагается отель тоже трудно, только методом тыка. Но внутри три очень хорошие комнаты (номера) со всеми удобствами, просторно, чисто, красиво. Милые хозяева. Так что мы довольны.

Sayın Yetkili, 23.01.2015 gecesi rezervasyon yapmıs olduğumuz otel adresine gittiğimizde herhangi bir otel bulunmamaktaydı verilen adreste sadece ürkütücü bir apartman mevcuttu. Otel diye belirtilen bu adresteki zile bastığımda hiçkimse kapıyı açmadı kimse karşılamadı , sitede belirtilen telefon numarasını aradığımızda gene aynı şekilde hiçkimse telefonu açmamıştır, telefon zili sadece fax sinyali yada bozuk bir telefon sinyaliydi. Hiçbir ilgili yada yetkili bir kişiye ulaşamadığımız için gece 01:30 da otel aramak zırunda kaldık ve o saatte gittiğimiz oteller bize ya yer yok yada gündüz 2 den sonra giriş yapabileceğimiz bilgisini verdi. Saat gece 02:30 a kadar trevi de otel aradık sonunda bulduk . Neden böyle ne olduğu bilinmeyen telefonu bozuk olan bir oteli Hotels.com gibi bir sitede olduğunu anlamış değiliz. Açıkçası bu durumda bi sonraki seyahatimde hotels. com dan herhangi bir rezervasyon yapacagımızı düşünmüyorum.

Excellent location. Thats it, nothing else.
This is NOT a Hotel or your concept of B&B. These are some rooms across level 3 and 4 i believe, that an individual lets out. The place is absolutely horrible. The small kitchen is also "office", no reception - obviously - no plaque on the street to indicate it - obviously. You will only see the room pictures for obvious reasons: the rest is absolutely to run away from, as the place is basically falling apart and being repaired. If something happens in here, like a fire, you will be in BIG trouble. The strairs are full of hazzards, only one person fits, doors everywhere. I suggest you buy early, get simmilar price (I paid +-300eur 2 nights 3 p) and stay elsewhere. In my opinion, this is not worth the risk of staying here, and I was even ashamed when I had to go through those doors and eveybody was looking at me in the street. Also, if needed, do not send emails to these people, they just ignore it: I arrived late and sent 3 emails - which I showed them - , when I got in I was told "I was lucky they didn't let out the room to somebody else".

Great value in great location: close to Trevi, and with half hour walk to all the main sights. Beware 3 floors (of 20 steps each) up to front door through an anonymous door. So it's authentic experience of tiny flat in centre of town. We were well looked after by the hostess despite our language barrier.

Not for couples or those expecting great quality
The biggest perk for this B&B is the location. One block away from Trevi, decent but short walk away from other landmarks such as the Coliseum and the Pantheon. The owners expect you to pay in cash. The rooms upstairs are too far away from the WiFi to connect properly. Upstairs bedrooms have low, slanted ceilings so anyone 6ft or taller will have issues standing in their bedroom. Rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms. Owner barely speaks any English and forced us to switch rooms on our second night staying there. Couldn't figure out why this was necessary because we couldn't communicate with her. Owner also attempts to barge into your room. She knocks very loudly and attempts to open the door without waiting for a response. Very rude. Would have spent double the amount I spent here to stay at a different location nearby. Lastly, be prepared to climb 3-4 flights of stairs.

Très propre bien, bien situé mais petite chambre
Nous avions une petite chambre sous les combles mais avec climatisation et elle etait très propres. Les sanitaires qui se situent en dehors de la chambre sont également très propres. L'emplacement est très bien situé, nous étions à Rome pour visiter, nous partions tôt et rentrons tard au logement donc c'était suffisant comme logement juste pour dormir.

Room was clean, ac worked well. Internet was spotty. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but good to get something in your stomach before sightseeing. They were nice and accommodating with our luggage and payment (had to get cash to pay next day which they didn't have to do).

It was ok.
This b&b is an ok place for backpackers but not suitable for families. You have to take the stairs to the fourth floor and it's very narrow. Our room was located at the top floor, fifth floor, and it was very small. The roof was leaning so much that my boyfriend had to bend down at all time. The rooms downstairs seemed a bit bigger though. The breakfast was poor and the girl who worked there didn't know English very well. Conclusion: If you don't have to high expectations this is an ok b&b.

Trovare un B&B a Roma è semplice, ma trovarne uno a 2 passi da Fontana di Trevi a prezzi ragionevoli è quasi impossibile! Io e la mia ragazza avevamo bisogno di una stanza per una sola notte in centro, quindi ci siamo appoggiati ad Expedia che tra tutte le alternative ci ha proposto questo B&B. Prenotato, verificato tutto tramite l'App sul cellulare e contattato il proprietario per comunicare il check-in alle ore 23:00 di sera (fuori dallo standard segnalato da loro). Massima disponibilità della signora!!! Siamo arrivati (terzo piano senza ascensore unica nota dolente...) e sistemati in camera con aria condizionata, piccolo terrazzino su corte interna, bagno in buone condizioni! La mattina alzati abbiamo fatto colazione con cappuccino (fatto dalla macchinetta "tutto in uno") e cornetti preconfezionati. Non abbiamo chiesto la colazione con pane, formaggio ecc..., ma l'avrebbero avuta in caso di richiesta.

I stayed at 3 Coins with several of my friends to explore Rome. We were there for 3 nights and it was great! Really nice lady who runs the hotel doesn't know much English but super helpful! Nice room and perfect location, literally a block away from The Trevi Fountain and in the heart of Rome! Only problem was 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to room. Breakfast was good! A+ Overall!

Centralt B&B med små vindsrum, men som fyller funktionen att erbjuda sovplats. Frukosten var relativt sparsam, och kunde ätas I ett minimalt kök. Bra läge på B&B:et, nära alla sevärdheter. Inte ett ställe att spendera kvällarna på, men för att sova och duscha så funkar det bra!

Bon accueil de Lucia. Chambres pour 4 personnes : la première nuit, chambre étroite au dernier étage avec un lit d'appoint . Les nuits suivantes , grande chambre plus fonctionnelle pour 4 (2 adultes et deux ados ). B&B situé au 3 eme et 4eme étages d'un immeuble ancien, escaliers étroits sans ascenseur. La salle du petit déjeuner est une kitchenette pouvant accueillir 6 personnes au maximum, mais nous n'avons pas eu de souci pour prendre notre petit déjeuner entre 8h30 et 10 h. Il n'y a pas de local pour laisser les valises jusqu'au départ ,mais on a pu laisser nos valises à la réception de l'hôtel Hollywood ( bon accueil) situé près de la gare de Termini jusqu'à notre départ après un coup de téléphone de Lucia.

Waren mit der Familie das erste Mal in Rom und fanden es sehr schön, zusammen ein Zimmer beziehen zu können. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen und abends am belebten Trevibrunnen den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben das Personal als freundlich und hilfsbereit empfunden. Man kann mit Englisch die wichtigsten Dinge irgendwie regeln. Da nicht immer jemand vor Ort ist, empfiehlt es sich, sich telefonisch für den ersten Einlass zu verabreden. Ein Supermarkt (despar) liegt in 10 min Entfernung. Insgesamt ein schönes Erlebnis.

Ups and Downs of this B&B
The B&B it seems is in a building that is part of the Heritage of Rome and therefore improvements take a (long) while to be executed. The front door is unrecognisable as an entrance and the #26 is very hard to find from the street. Covered in darkness and scaffolding. The B&B supervisor was not present for our arrival 11.00am. The entrance door key was to have been left at the adjoining restaurant (Agrocola, where they are most helpful and should be paid by the B&B) . No key-No entrance with 2 sets of guests waiting. Then to the rooms… 3 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor where the rooms are. The steps are steep and are ill-fitted with carpeting. Do not misplace your footing!! Our room was spacious and reasonably comfortable…BUT, the drains in the shower and bathroom have a bad odour. Other than that, well positioned for all Rome's features and museums and good coffee and pasta.

Great location but weird experience
Location is amazing - but not what I was expecting. We arrived after 6pm and were stranded outside. Finally the restaurant next door let us in since they share the corridor and have a key. There was a note on the interior door that asked us to call them when we got in. We had no phone - but luckily a kind family let us use theirs. We were scolded for not letting them know we were arriving after 6pm. I said the listing didn't indicate it at all (double and triple checked and the hotels.com listing doesn't indicate that). Room was tiny, albeit clean. Wifi didn't extend to the very top floor where we were staying. They do have larger rooms with private baths so you may want to inquire about those. Overall, it was fine for the last minute booking but wouldn't stay here again.

Vi har været meget heldige med 3 Coins, da vores værelse viste sig at være det absolut bedste, Især med hensyn til størrelse . Gode ting: Beliggenhed: Super centralt, meget søde ansatte, der stod for den tilfredsstillende morgenmad,Rengøring perfekt.Der var meget stille i gaden.Adgang til lille tekøkken. Prisen var rimelig. Dårligt: Der lugtede grimt i opgangen af kloak. Der er ikke hotelskilt på gadedøren, kun med hjælp fra folk på gaden, fandt vi den rigtige dør. Der er ingen elevator op til 3. sal. Da vi ankom var der ikke et øje, så vi stod ved en lukket dør, Vi ringede til Hotels.com, efter et stykke tid. Først da de havde talt med "Maria", blev vi ringet op og fik forklaret, at nøglen lå et "hemmeligt" sted. Slet ikke godt nok, når vi for en sikkerheds skyld havde skrevet, at vi ville være der ved 15-tiden. Vi havde sendt i alt to mails, men der blev ikke svaret på nogen af dem. De tog ikke kreditkort, og der bliver lagt 2 € pr. person pr. dag oven i prisen til byskat. Næste gang vil vi nok vælge et sted, hvor der er folk til at åbne, når man kommer. Værelsestip: Bestil værelse med bad.så får I et i en ok størrelse.

GREAT Location for Trevi.
The B&B is close to Trevi Fountain. The room was clean, the beds were very uncomfortable, and if not the the assistance of Isabelle, who works at the cafe next door, we may not have been able to check in to the place. There was no signs identifying the place. There was no staff when we arrived. I would not recommend this place.

Отличное расположение,потрясающее обслуживание
Замечательный отель в древнем доме,который дышит историей. Находится непосредственно около фонтана Треви.Чистые, уютные комнаты со всем необходимым для того,чтобы отдохнуть после осмотра достопримечательностей. Все основные красоты в шаговой доступности. Транспортом не пользовались, Положение отеля дает возможность осмотреть центр города и днем, и ночью, и рано утром,когда еще нет толп туристов. Нас радушно встречала русскоговорящая Светлана, так,что проблем у тех,кто не знает язык,быть не должно. Нас ждали и оформление заняло всего пять минут . Номеров в отеле не много,но есть возможность выбрать по размерам и цене. В основном,во всех номерах есть туалетные комнаты,а вот в "экономных" номерах,вопреки рекламному заявлению, туалет с душевой один на два номера,но это не сказалось на удобстве, Все чисто и аккуратно. Уборка и свежие полотенца каждый день. Есть интернет.Утром на завтрак чашечка кофе или чай с круасанами,сыром.йогуртом и т.п Вам обеспечены.Что еще нужно для замечательного отдыха! С удовольствием провели в нем три ночи. Спасибо! Отдохнули чудесно!
