호텔의 느낌이라기 보다는 할머니집 방문한 느낌으로 호텔을 운영하신 할머니께서 아주 친절하셨습니다.

Privates Pension in exzellenter Lage
A Casa Totti ist bestens gelegen in der Nähe des römischen Hauptbahnhofes Roma Termini: 450 m zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können leicht erlaufen werden oder per Bus, Metro oder Bahn erreicht werden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen mit persönlicher Rundum-Betreuung: Frau Totti hat uns ein sehr schönes Frühstück mit frischem Kuchen, Obst und Kaffee zubereitet; sie half uns mit Tipps und Ratschläge freundlich weiter. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Persönlich haben mir sehr gut die schönen Gemälde gefallen, die überall in der Unterkunft hängen. Der Preis ist sehr günstig - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt zur Strasse hin. Mitten in der Nacht wird diese mit Laubbläser und Putzmachine gereinigt. Wir konnten über eine Stunde nicht schlafen.

La verdad que la Señora Totti nos hizo parecer que estábamos como en nuestra propia casa, ya que nos recibió con gran hospitalidad, Cierto es que no es un Hotel de grandes lujos , pero tiene todo lo necesario y buen desayuno, con mas de lo necesario, es muy ideal para quedarse unos día, pues esta ubicado en la zona de la Estacíon Termini, que es de donde salen Trenes, metro ,autobuses, etc, en nuestro caso fué 1 semana. Seguramente sea el lugar de nuestro Regreso ,algun día...

Pontos positivos: Fica localizado muito próximo à estação Termini, o que facilita muito. A proprietária é gentil, acolhe muito bem e está sempre disposta a ajudar; o wi-fi funciona bem. Pontos negativos: a limpeza do quarto, cozinha e banheiro deixam a desejar. Há muitos gatos na propriedade. Algumas vezes se perde a privacidade em razão de atitudes da proprietária.

Cosy BB close to railway station and restaurants
The old lady host was very friendly and helpful. She stayed up and waited for our arrival when the plane was delayed and our arrival was close to midnight. The loaction was perfecy for our travel by train (Roma centrale), and there were som small nice restaurants around the corner with late opening hrs. The room was at 1st floor, but the stairs were no problem. The room was spacious and clean. We were served a breakfast by the host. She held us company during the breakfast. There was also a house cat present. It was a really quitet neighbourhood. The bathroom was small and had a folding door that left little privacy.

Chambre d'hôte propre et confortable. Gérante très accueillante. Très bonne literie. Salle de Bains commune propre mais très petite. PDJ très copieux avec des produits faits maison. Possibilité de laisser sa valise pour quelques heures après l'heure du check-out. Emplacement idéal avec la gare Termini, le métro et les bus.pour visiter Rome. Choix de restaurants variés à - de 10 minutes à pieds.

like staying with our aunt
This didn`t feel like a hotel at all. What this felt like was as if we stayed with our aunt or did some coachsurfing.. except it wasn`t for free. What was little uncomfortable for us - there is only one bathroom/toilet which looked like home bathroom and wasn`t feeling like we were in hotel at all. I don`t say it is bad! But we would prefer more "hotel-like" stay. Anyway lady who this "hotel" belongs to, was very nice. So if this is not a problem for you, then otherwise I recommend this place as the room was clean, tv worked fine and breakfast was good.

Horrible, never go here unless!
Horrible. Just horrible. Owner offers no privacy and is only interested in taking money and providing no service. Bathroom is small and disgusting and makes you want to wear slippers while showering. Breakfast is old plastic wrapped croissants and the kitchen is in a horrid state at all times. Also make sure you lock the door properly otherwise you will be lectured. Room is ok but dated and felt dirty and no room service to make the beds or anything even though was there two nights. Don't stay unless last resort.

Do not go to this hotel!
First of all when we came we saw that the owner had about 10 cats in the apartment. Likely the smell was not that bad in the room itself but I'm allergic to cats and the owners should mention about the animals. Stay in the hotel was still okay the location was nice. When we left the hotel came the biggest problem... We were traveling around Italy and at some point we saw that we did not have our passports with us. We realized that they must be in Rome in the hotel as we did not use them after. We tried to call to the hotel multiple times and after a long time the owner answered. They told us that hey are not in the hotel but there is some person who takes care of the cats who can go there and take our passports. They promised to call us back, but they did not. After hours off calling them we got them to answer. No help at all they just told us to wait. Some point they did not answer anymore not at all. We went to police and they even hang up on him. After that I had major difficulties to get back as rayanair does not take anyone without passport. I had to bye new flights with different company and still I had new problems at the airport. After crying hours at the airport someone finally helped me there and got me the promision to fly back home.

Ideal als Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu genießen
Nice apartment in the center of Rome near Termini Station, where you can relax in a quiet environment . Wir waren 8 Tage in Rom und sehr froh, dass wir dieses kleine B&B gefunden haben Signora Totti ist eine liebenswürdige Pensionswirtin, die hilft wo sie kann. Da sie nur wenig Englisch kann und wir eigentlich kein italienisch konnten, hat uns nicht gestört Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns unschlagbar. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt und man kann Rom am Tag, Abend und in der Nacht gut genießen. WIr hatten das Zimmer mit innenliegendem Bad, aber wir hatten uns auch vorher informiert, dass das Bad auch über dem Flur sein könnte. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, dass auf ein "Hofzimmer" zeigte, weshalb die Fensterläden geschlossen waren, hat uns nicht gestört. Wichtiger als der Fernseher war für uns WLAN, welches stabil und sehr gut war. In der gleichen Straße haben wir mit "La Famiglia" auf Empfehlung von Signora Totti eine tolle kleine Gaststätte gefunden, wo man sehr gut und preiswert essen kann. Alles in allem wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Rom.

Nice apartment in the center of Rome near Termini Station, where you can relax in a quiet environment away from the city noise. The hostess welcomes every guest as a long-awaited guest. The only downside is it, as to get out of the room WC, you must go through all living and dining area. Everything else viewed only positively - good breakfast, good wi-fi, the opportunity to dine in the courtyard garden, and, of course, very responsive hostess. Come to Rome and stay at Casa Totti - and you will enjoy.

Ms. Totti is a cat lady and lovely. She can speak a little bit English and French. My boyfriend and I spent couple great nights there. One note is I had booked and paid full amount for three nights in A CASA TOTTI very early (around 9 months ago). Ms. Totti couldn't find the receipt of the payable, on the contrary asking us to pay again. This took us a while for communication until she called and finally confirmed with Hotels.com about the payment. Except this, all is good!

Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile
La proprietaria, molto gentile, ci ha sistemati nel Hotel Fiamma proprio accanto al B&B. Probabilmente aveva troppe prenotazioni. Abbiamo gradito in ogni caso molto gradito il soggiorno presso l'hotel. La camera era di piccole dimensioni ma molto confortevole, letto comodo, bagno grande con una bella doccia. Colazione molto abbondante (brioches, salumi, pane, frutta). L'albergo è a meno di un km dalla stazione Termini. Davvero molto comodo per potersi spostare nella città.

Eine alte Italienerin betreut Sie, allerdings gab es Buchungstroubles und wir mussten die erste Nacht wo anders schlafen, Umzug und co verliefen aber sehr komplikationslos.... Die Dame spricht gebrochen englisch, hauptsächlich italienisch. Sie ist sehr lieb und freundlich (fast wie eine typische 'oma')... Frühstück bestand aus lauter süßen Sachen (Kuchen,Marmelade, fertigcroissants....) Soweit war alles ok, dass dies als 'HOTEL' beischrieben wird ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar ..

B&B situé à proximité de la gare de Termini, accès et déplacements facilités. Les chambres sont propres, le quartiers pas trop bruyant. Par contre, malgrè un suplément payé pour une salle de bain privative, nous avons eu une salle de bain commune! Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix mais ne propose en plus du café que des gateaux sous vide.

A private room in an apartment in Rome
My husband and i wanted a place close to theTermini train station in Rome. This place is two blocks from the station. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, a store, pharmacy, superb restaurant "La Famiglia" and good security. We were not looking for an American chain hotel experience. If you are, you will be disappointed. Senora Totti is gracious and caring. She made sure we had our keys when we went out ( keys to outside door, the apartment and our room) and always checked when she heard someone coming in. The apartment has a garden if the weather permits. Each room is decorated as if you were in a private home. Plenty of toiletries and hair dryer are available. It was a nice experience.

テルミニ駅すぐ前で朝食付きということで予約したが、行ってみたら車で違う場所に案内され、アパートメントタイプだったので朝食も付いていなかった。 でも、結果的にはサンタマリアマッジョーレ教会真横でロケーションも良く、テルミニ駅にも近くて便利だった。 小さい子供連れだが、コロッセオにもな んとか徒歩で行けた。 また、教会の広場にSMAというスーパーがあり、食材も調達できた。 食器、フライパンなど調理器具はあるのに、包丁がなかったが…。 チェックイン時間より早めについたが快く部屋に案内してくれ、全体的には満足している。

Calidad precio, este hotel está estupendo si la habitación que contratas es la del baño privado, sino, también es ideal para hacer turismo y sólo dormir. Al tener el baño compartido y fuera de la habitación, es un pelín incómodo ya que tienes que salir vestido de la habitación. Pero por el resto, fenomenal. La Sra. Totti, es muy muy muy amable y familiar. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, aunque a mi novio le agoviaba demasida amabilidad es tímido; Sin embargo, yo estaba encantada con la señora. En líneas generales, FENOMENAL para ser un hotel B&B. Céntrico al lado de la estación. Limpio, el baño tiene de todo. Ne hizo falta nada más que el dentifrico. Ahí hay de todo.

Mysigt rum, obekväm säng. Servicen är utmärkt, frukosten fick man serverad på rummet om man ville. Den äldre kvinnan var mycket gästvänlig. Se upp för att betala med tex 20 euro för taxan för växeln ser du inte spåret av. Vi valde att inte säga något då servicen och bemötandet var bra, hon hade fått det som dricks ändå. Boendet är nära till allt så läget är perfekt. Om du är ute efter ett boende där du kommer att vistas mer än bara för att sova rekommenderas inte platsen, annars helt ok.

Nice B&B in a good location
We stayed 3 nights in this cosy B&B closed to Termini station. The owner was an old lady (Iginia ) very kind and helpful , could not speak English but we understood each other no problem. Good breakfast and nice garden, the only think I was not happy with was the bathroom/Toilet was in the other side of the office. We had to walk through the office for every time using the toilet ! The area is a bit rough as it is closed to the biggest train station, on the other hand it has been an advantage for transport purposes, Thanks Iginia for your kind hospitality.

Vieillot mais bien situé et entretenu
Il n'y avait pas d'adresse mail pour contacter la personne et l'informer de notre heure d'arrivée, cela nous a un peu embêté mais nous sommes arrivées à 19h et elle était là. Nous avons trouvé facilement et c'est vraiment pas trop mal placé pour visiter la ville à pied (compter 20 minutes jusqu'au Colisée par exemple). La chambre est correcte bien que vieillote dans le style, literie confortable, un peu de bruit des voisins, salle de bain partagée avec une autre chambre correcte aussi. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner dans la cour comme il était mentionné sur le site, sans doute à cause des températures encore un peu fraîches début mai (la cour est à l'ombre), mais dans un espèce de couloir sombre qui relie l'entrée à la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner correct avec pain, fruits, yaourts, boissons et plein de trucs industriels si vous voulez. Accueil prévenant, mais peut-être un peu trop, on s'est senties un peu "épiées" pendant le petit-dej, mais c'était sans doute juste maladroit.

Esperienza brutta di ritorno da un volo di tante ore con sei ore di fuso orario. Suono al B&B e la signora mi dice che è tutto pieno, che Expedia e altri motori di prenotazione hanno fatto confusione. Le ho chiesto di mandarmi in un hotel vicino e così è stato solo che non le risultava che avevo pagato in anticipo con carta di credito e l'hotel a fianco voleva 80€. Ho minacciato di chiamare la polizia e per fortuna alla fine si è risolto tutto.

"Co-location" avec Mme TOTTI
Mme TOTTI nous propose son appartement où il y a 3 chambres de disponibles : 2 côté route (à éviter) et une côté jardin. C'est celle côté jardin que je vous conseil car elle est silencieuse et surtout dispose d'une salle de bain avec WC (plus cher de 10€). Niveau propreté, c'était franchement moyen, mais ce n'était pas délabré pour autant. Le petit déjeuner propose des gateaux sous blister + boisson chaude (par Mme TOTTI) + jus d'orange en brique + pain de mie grillé. Mme TOTTI est accueillante, sympathique et attentionnée. Elle est prête à se lever plus tôt pour vous faire le petit déjeuner. Gros point Positif : il est idéalement situé avec la bouche de métro à 3min à pied et la gare à 4 min ! Cela dit, nous avons tout visité à pied !

No fue nada grata la experiencia en este B&B, obviamente no es de esperar mucho por el precio, pero en verdad que todo estuvo mal. Para empezar hubo un problema con el pago de la reserva, nada grave, pero la Sra. Totti se puso iracunda gritando barbaridades en italiano (menos mal que no entendí nada) en lugar de ayudar en algo. Segundo, la habitación tenía un aspecto viejo y sucio, además de que la señora Totti me hizo bajar mi maleta de la cama porque la ensuciaba, que puedo decir más sobre eso? Tercero, no hay wifi! Por Dios en que lugar de Europa no lo hay?! En general les aconsejo viajeros que no pisen ese lugar por nada del mundo, ni por una noche. Hay uno mil veces mejor muy cerca de ahí llamado acommodation rome. Ahí encontrarán muy buena atención, un lugar juvenil y desenfadado, donde te llevan el desayuno a la cama! Lindo no? Que tengan buen viaje!!!

Wonderful Host Mrs Totti
Location was Ok although the one side street that led to hotel was very smelly and noisy at night. All else fine. Value for money.
