Antes de tudo, obrigado por escolher o HOME 77 Em relação às disputas, eu queria ressaltar que: Todo o nosso equipamento está em perfeitas condições. O hóspede definiu uma queda acidental. mas na verdade o hóspede quebrou o chuveiro. porque ele violentamente abriu a porta. tornando-o bater no suporte. Por fim, aponto que o hóspede não precisou de nenhum medicamento. e que nossa equipe interveio prontamente. Home 77

Estimado invitado. Gracias por elegir nuestro B&B Home 77 y apreciar la generalidad de los servicios ofrecidos. Le informo que siempre puede pagar en cheque en efectivo. aunque como todas las instalaciones, solicitamos una tarjeta para garantizar la reserva. Significa que después del período de cancelación no es posible realizar cambios. Hasta el día anterior no estaba seguro de venir, y tan pronto como llegó nos dijo que quería cambiar las fechas. En ese momento ya no era posible pagar en efectivo, pero tenemos que usar necesariamente la tarjeta de garantía. En cualquier caso, estamos contentos de que haya disfrutado de nuestras habitaciones y nuestra organización, así como de la limpieza diaria de nuestras habitaciones. La limpieza es un aspecto clave para nosotros, al igual que los varios servicios gratuitos disponibles, tales como Wi-Fi 24/24. Gentile Ospite, siamo certi che abbia confuso la nostra struttura con altre. Tutte le nostre camere sono fotografate e pubblicizzate on line, compresa la sua. Purtroppo ha lasciato un commento anonimo e quindi ci risulta difficile individuare la sua prenotazione e capire in quale camera ha soggiornato, che ripeto è on line. La nostra struttura pur essendo piccola è molto curata e cerchiamo di fornire livelli di confort e design delle camere di livello alberghiero. Grazie Pasquale
