You stayed in a Superior room of 24 square meters, the room is large and has a large window, which makes it very bright. Of course, there are blackout curtains to make the room dark for guests who are bothered by the light, but you only need to open the curtains to make the room bright. The photos of the room as well as the dimensions are in our listings and so they are visible to everyone.Regarding the furniture, we do not understand what you mean when you say it is "too big for the room," since there is simply an armchair, a flat-screen smart TV, a little breakfast table with two stools, and the closet.Just about the closet, which you said is absent, we would like to clarify that of course there is a closet in the room, with several compartments suitable for two people's clothing. We take this occasion to express again our apologies for the inconvenience encountered during your stay. We care for the satisfaction of our customers and that is why we always strive to cater for their needs. The reason for why we were not able to immediately solve the problem is due to the fact that in the days before your stay, in Italy there was a week of 4-days holidays where availability and delivery was limited owing to the absence of staff. For this very reason, we tried to temporarily solve the problem by stacking up books to create a sort of equilibrium for the bed while waiting for the new net to arrive, which has now been completely installed without any problem.Hope to host you soon againThank you.

Dear Jakub,Thank you for writing a review, as they are crucial for us to better understand the needs of our guests.However, it is important that the review reflects the reality of the facts, otherwise their purpose is not to "help" but only to unfairly put our work in a bad light.There are several points we want to make clear:-First, our site groups all our facilities, so the photos you find are not therefore all of the B&B, but also of the various apartments we manage. The room you reserved is a Standard Room, which reflects in every way the photos posted on the site. If you have not been able to figure out how to use the site, we are sorry, but that is not up to us.-About the bathroom, you stayed for 3 nights in our B&B, and since we are at the front desk every day from 8am to 4pm, you had several opportunities to notify us of the inconvenience you were having, but so you didn't, otherwise we would have checked right away. We think it is really unfair to let us know only when the stay is over, via a negative review.-As for breakfast, everything you said is false. No one ever said that there is no communication between the receptionists. On the contrary, just because we communicated for the shift change, we made sure to leave you another sheet for breakfast and we even wrote in the menu "SEND YOUR ORDER FOR TOMORROW'S BREAKFAST TO THIS NUMBER-", inserting the number of the receptionist who would be there the next day, so that if you ordered something different, she could prepare the breakfast you requested. Nevertheless, you sent the breakfast to the wrong number and that is why we served the breakfast you had requested the day before instead of the right one. As you can see, the communication problem there was with you not understanding what we left you written on the sheet (written in English, of course) and not because of the receptionists, who do team work and therefore have excellent communication with each other.P.S.For all who will read, this review was written by a 13-year-old boy and has nothing to do with what actually happened.The Internet, and in particular the online review system, is a very powerful tool that can ruin in a second the reputation built over years and years through hard work.Before letting children approach these tools, it is important to teach them values such as loyalty and respect for people and the work they do, otherwise we run into unpleasant situations like this.Regards.

In fact, we are located a few meters from the Colosseum square and close to the center, in a central but not noisy and chaotic like that of the historic downtown. Hi David,thank you so much for the review, we are happy to know that you appreciated the location of our B&B a stone's throw from the Colosseum.We would like to point out that if it took you a while to find parking, it is precisely because of the B&B's central location. In fact, we are located in one of the few areas in the center of Rome that is not ZTL, and where it is therefore possible to park freely. The entire area surrounding the B&B is full of both paid and free parking lots, however, being in the center of the city it is possible that you may have to spend some time looking for parking given the large number of people looking for a free spot. We have a number of suggestions and specific places near the B&B where it is easier to find parking, which we send to all guests who ask us for information. We're sorry you didn't ask, we would have gladly helped you in your search.We are very sorry that you had a problem with the hot water. We would like to point out that immediately after your request we personally checked and sent a technician to fix the problem, and everything was ok after 2 hours.We don't understand why you say it was difficult to get in touch with someone, since the receptionists are present at the front desk every day from 8am to 4pm, in fact you were the one who told us about the hot water problem in person at the front desk as soon as it occurred.We hope to host you again so that we can offer you a great experience in Rome!Best regards
