이탈리아 여행 동안 묵었던 방 중에서 가장 세련되고 깔끔했습니다. 직원 분이 너무 친절하셔서 며칠 더 묵고 싶었어요. 콜로세움, 판테온 쪽하곤 거리가 좀 있지만 바티칸 가시면 정말 강추입니다.

Staff was very kind, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. They arranged transportation to and from Airport for a reasonable price and helped book outings. I would highly recommend this Guest House. Definetly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you very much Staff of Casa Mia Vaticano.

Wonderful B&B
Our stay was fantastic from beginning to check out! Thomas (sp?) was a very gracious host. He confirmed my arrival, called to check if we would be attending breakfast, makes excellent cappuccino and is just an amazing person. If we do make it back to Rome, this is where we will stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Area has wonderful eateries. And you will appreciate the proximity to the Vatican City. 5☆ for the budget friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Near St Peter Basilica - 15’ walk - 20-25’ to Tiber Island. Good breakfast, nice / clean triple room. Perfect for our second/leg trip to visit Rome/ Vatican City. Rosanna was very friendly helped us booking taxis from and to airport. She also let us stored our luggage after checkout til late afternoon so we can freely visit Vatican City and surrounding regions while waiting for our flight in the evening. Thanks so much Rosanna! Italy is such a beautiful country with so many nice cities/ museums/cathedrals…My family is so impressed with our first trip to Italy!

Casa Mia Vaticano was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the vatican. The area is not much to speak of but we were there for only one night to go on the Vatican tour and it was well worth it. There were some decent restaurants within walking distance as well.

Arrived and did not get the room I booked. Got a twin bed in a very noisy area. As if it wasn't already noisy enough, the manager called my room at 8am the day after to see if I wanted breakfast. I complained about all this and he kicked us out of the hotel.

Vil på det aller sterkeste anbefale dette gjestehuset! Dette var helt perfekt for meg og min kone, alt var rent, rommet var nydelig og beliggenheten var helt perfekt for oss som ville se så mye som mulig på en uke! De ansatte som jobbet der var behjelpelig på alt, helt fantastisk på kundeservice og omsorgsfull. Min kone reiste gravid og fikk ekstra frokost servert på sengen, hun ble tatt godt vare på og følte seg hjemme under hele oppholdet! Vi kommer tilbake igjen, det er det ingen tvil om!

Amazing Host
We stayed two days in this Guest House. I highly recommend it. The host was very welcoming. I thought it was a hotel, because it was on hotels.com. Just to be aware it is a guesthouse.

Happy Home Away from Home
My friend, Mikhail, suggested I stay at a guest house or bed and breakfast on this trip with my teen daughter. I am sooo happy that I took his advice and picked Casa Mia as my place to rest during my two-night visit to Rome. As a woman with multiple sclerosis, I am often leery of staying in places. Fortunately, Casa Mia had a working elevator! The shower is accessible. In terms of cleanliness, Casa Mia earns 1000%. True, there can be noise in a guest house. After returning from a five-star hotel in Madrid where I had sleepless nights due to parties in rooms, I was not annoyed at all by a few minutes of guests laughing or talking loudly! Thomas is an incredible host who made me happy as a guest! When I could not walk down for breakfast, he delivered me a healthy hearty meal. Casa Mia exceeds expectations of being the guest house that it proclaims to be! Even the cleaning staff went far beyond to help me with my transportation on my departure day. I am telling friends about this place for sure!!!!

Maybe my expectation was too high.
I'd never understand the overall rating and comments on this premise, which is quite different from mine. Maybe I expected too much... - Do not expect the standard hotel. This is just a small guest house, where you will hear all the nosies and stepping sounds from your neighbors and kitchen. To be honest, it is almost like a house-sharing where your neighbors are staying in the next room (luckily, each room has a restroom). Reception is right in front of your door, and when it turns on music or radio in a morning/day time, you will also hear it. - There is not enough storage place. No elevator (there was an elevator, but never saw it works). No free water in the room. These are small things but when it stacks it is something. - We needed a taxi to be in a meeting place for a guided tour in early morning. A receptionist kindly offered us to call her in the morning to arrange a taxi for us. We called her and guess what...No Answer! Luckily, we searched and found a taxi app, but we were flustered for quite a few minutes. The receptionist called us back when we almost arrived in the place. We would have missed the tour if we hadn't figured it out on our own.

Dear Guests, we are very sorry we did not please you while your short stay at Casa Mia Vaticano Guest House.As per our name we are clearly not a Hotel but small family Guest House of only 4 rooms located up on the 1st floor of a condominium in a residential local area of Rome.As we are a small GuestHouse we do not have 24/24 hours reception but we are always available for our guests by phone, whatapp and email...upon your call at 6 am when reception was still close we did not answer because we were busy on the phone with another kind guest that was calling us from US.2 minutes later your call we try to contact you in the room and on your mobile but with no answer...finnaly you answewed by whatapp the you were already in the taxi and solved the issue by the taxi app that we have suggested you upon check in.Since we are a small guesthouse maybe it is true that reception is close to the guests rooms and it is a bit noice in fact for not disturbing kind guests we have limited reception hours.We do not have rooms with minibar as you can read on all our webpage but we have put only for you a little frige but we do not understand why water have to be free since on the frige it was clearly written that cost 1 euro per bottole. ..We are sorry for all the inconvenient you had and we hope to have you here again to have a family in a local area experience of Rome...

This place is a GEM! Welcoming, charming, and SO CLEAN! The beds are comfortable and good eateries within walking distance. Wonderful breakfast and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Location isn't close to the touristy spots, but a short bus ride to the Vatican, and walkable from there.

We loved our stay at Casa Mia Vatican. Rosanne and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. We loved hearing their suggestions for places to visit and tips on getting around the city. They always made sure we were set for the day and greeted us every morning with a light breakfast. Also, the hotel is a short walk from the Vatican and there is a bus stop right near the hotel. The train station is also a short walk from there. There’s quite a few restaurants in the area as well grocery stores. Aside from that, we can say our hotel room was very clean, on a quiet street, and had all the amenities we needed. If we are back in Rome we would stay here again :)

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean, modern and up-to-date. The staff arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to our cruise ship on the last day. They were very helpful in making recommendations for places to see and securing transportation around the city. A wonderful start to our stay!

Prima B&B, prijs kwaliteit verhouding volledig in order. Erg vriendelijk personeel, de heren en dame doen er alles aan om je het naar de zin te maken. Enige puntje van verbetering, de kamer (105) is een tikkie aan de kleine kant. Naast het bed is simpelweg te weinig ruimte om kledingkast te openen of om uit bed te stappen. Nogmaals prima, schoon en prettige B&B!

Tomasso and Massimo were excellent hosts. I loved how friendly and accommodating they were. The place is very clean and you can tell they pay attention to detail to make you comfortable. Massimo, Tomasso and Rosanna are simply the best. The greeted us upon arrival . Asked us how long we would be there. We said two nights. He emmediatly recommended we go to the Vatican Museums, booked our tour and called us a taxicab. The next day he got us tickets for the big red bus to go to the coliseum, took us outside, got us the local bus tickets and off we went. We visited St. Peter’s basilica twice. You will not find better service anywhere else. Breakfast is great, the rooms clean and building very secure. My wife Adela and I give this b&b 5/5 and a big THANK YOU!

We enjoyed our stay. The people who run the guest house are wonderful. They gave us directions to places, arranged a hotel pick up and taxi after our stay. The light breakfast was perfect to start our day. I would definitely recommend staying there

What a warm greeting we received from Tommasso and Masimo. They even helped with our luggages and had our rooms ready with a meal served before heading to the Vaticano. The next day Rosanna had breakfast waiting for us and was kind enough to help with our early airport transfer. The high reviews I read before hand was absolutely spot on. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.
