Rengøring og dialog med udlejeren i top. Massiv støj fra gaden og ikke mindst sporvogn- sengen vibrerede voldsomt hver gang den kørte forbi hvilket den gjorde mange gange i løbet af en time - også om natten. Møbler og gulve var slidte - og dervar utroligt lydt mellem værelserne og fra gangen. Endvidere var det ikke tydeligt ved bestilling at det var et bed and breakfast- vi havde bestilt i den tro det var et hotel. Morgenmaden bestod således også af noget helt andet end forventet , nemlig en kop kaffe og en kage-croissant. Aircondition virkede ikke. Det var heller ikke tydeligt at der skulle betales personskat på 7euro pr nat ved afrejse- det var ærgerligt at det ikke var tydeligt oplyst forinden. Men høflig og venlig vært som svarede hurtigt på de henvendelser vi havde.

Not clear , because your are not able to read . It’s absolutely clear that we are not an hotel , it’s absolutely clear that in Rome , the tourist pay a tax (3,5€ per person per night ). If you are not abele to understand what your are ready and what your are booking is not are fault .

Super godt B&B. Vi havde 6 overnatninger henover nytår 2021/2022. God service både inden ankomst og undervejs. Ligger godt placeret i et hyggeligt område tæt på restauranter og barer samt på selve centrum. Vores største anbefaling til at vælge dette overnatningssted.

Happy new year!! It was ok. Its on trastevere avenue, so its a little noisy. Its a small apartment. If you want a hotel this is not for you! It did work fine to me. I paid 45$ for Airport shuttle at 6am from trastevere to T3 Fiumicino.

Thumbs up in Trastevere
We chose to spend a couple of nights in Trastevere following our flights from the US. The Dulcis was very convenient for wandering in Trastevere and a easy walk to other Roman sights. The room was comfortable and quiet. No view as we looked out over the inner courtyard, but very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom sufficiently large. All very clean. They gave us coupons for a continental breakfast at a nearby cafe. Everyone who worked there was helpful and pleasant.

Fine place, good location, terrible noisy
The tram is very noisy and hard to get a proper night sleep. At least bring earplugs Otherwise fine - good location. The breakfast is a ( very good) croissant and cup of coffee. If you don't like coffee you need to pay supplement to get a glass of e.g. Juice.

The breakfast includes any kind of hot drink and croissants, plus every day we refill the room with drink , snacks and there is a coffe/tea corner always available.

Fabulous apart from the tram :(
Everything about this hotel is amazing, from the service at the front door to the in room amenities, it was all perfect. The big thing that let my stay down was that I didn’t get any sleep! The room I stayed in is right next to the tram and you can feel the vibrations every time it goes past. Between that and the noise it was difficult to sleep even for a few hours. Obviously this is not within the hotels control and everything that was in their control was amazing. If you can sleep through anything this would be a great place to stay!

Lovely stay in Rome
We had a lovely stay. Location was great. Nice beeakfast in nearby café. Only bad rhing was the tram right outside.

Five star service on a budget
This property is located on Viale Trastevere near the heart of town. The interaction with Alberto was amazing and he was accommodating. He had very useful information on the surrounding restaurants and bars in the area. I give this location five stars....

Une excellente adresse
L'emplacement est idéal au pied du tramway et à proximité immédiate du quartier "Trastevere". Hormis le petit souci du petit déjeuner qu'il faut prendre à l'extérieur, tout était parfait. La gentillesse de notre hôte est aussi à souligner d'autant qu'il parle parfaitement le français. Je recommande fortement.

Great BnB in a fantastic location + great service
Great BnB /hotel! Alberto was very helpful from getting us check-in early to giving us great recommendations about Rome. The BnB is a 4 room (beautiful rooms) spot in Trastevere. Great location with amazing restaurants and bars around and good public transport very close by! Highly recommend it

Grazioso e dirimpetto al ministero della pubblica
Non posso lamentarmi dell'hotel ma dopo aver prenotato on Line e conseguente pagamento cauzionale con carta prepagata al momento del saldo ho pagato di nuovo l'intera somma senza la decurtazione della somma già trattenuta. Non mi sembra corretto.

Cio che dice è impossible e assurdo, la sua prenotazione è stata saldata una sola volta, non richiediamo mai deposito cauzionale , c'è la possibilità di saldare tutto al momento della prenotazione , oppure viene lasciata una carata come garanzia, e per una nostra politica aspettiamo sempre l arrivo del cliente per effettuare il saldo . Inoltre sembra davvero molto strano che lei abbia pagato due volte e non ci abbia detto nulla .

Dopo aver allagato il bagno averci fatto fare un intervento alle 23:30 ed essere andati via senza pagare i danni durante la riparazione è abbastanza ridicolo mettere una recensione del genere .

Alberto checked us in twice, attended to our every need. Room was clean, bed comfortable and neighborhood awesome! Street noise at night from transit was the only negative.

Semplicemente impeccabile
Complimenti al titolare della struttura per professionalità, pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità. A causa di un imprevisto, siamo arrivati a Roma in tarda serata, con notevole ritardo rispetto all'orario comunicato, ma non c'è stato alcun problema. La struttura è pulitissima, molto confortevole e situata in una zona comoda. Il prezzo è assolutamente economico. La gentilezza del titolare è testimoniata anche dal fatto che - credo sia la prima volta che mi capita - in stanza sono a disposizione, gratuitamente, degli snack e dell'acqua. Davvero da consigliare!

Chambre parfaite pour un sejour en amoureux!
Notre hote, tres sympathique, nous a contacté en avance pour nous guider lors de notre arrivée dans un français très correct. Il nous a conseillé pour notre sejour. La chambre était très propre et confortable. On y accede facilement par le tram et on peut se deplacer uniquement a pied pour aller dans le centre si on veut (Colisée a environ 30min).

Gem of a hotel with great transport links
Had great transport links. Got a weekly travel card for €24 and able to jump on buses, trams and metro. 2 tram stops outside taking you 5 mins walk from the Pantheon. Or the other tram goes straight to the Coliseum which also links with the metro. Happy with the apartment as it was split into 4 rooms with a communal living space. Room was big enough anyway and on suite was available. For the price this was a great little find. Rooms cleaned down daily by our host Alberto who spoke very good English and was there daily from 10am - 2pm. Very happy

Personale gentile ed accogliente
Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante sia un bed and breakfast situato in un palazzo condominiale avevamo la piena autonomia per quanto riguarda il rientro in camere siccome disponevamo di tutte le chiavi necessarie. La colazione si effettua in un bar non molto distante dall’alloggio, ed essendo un bar offre una grande quantità di prodotti per la colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Non è un posto silenzioso siccome si affaccia sul viale di trastevere, ma se dovete passare un weekend e alloggiare vicino ad una delle più belle zone di Roma merita.

Week-end prolongé à Rome
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette hôtel. La chambre était correcte. On entend le tram passer mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Notre chambre était assez éloignée de la box internet, de fait on captait pas très bien le wifi. Par contre il y a une pièce à vivre (canapé, table, évier, micro-ondes) où l'on captait bien le wifi. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café de Trastevere, bien sympathique pour être au cœur de la vie italienne. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de plusieurs transports en commun qui permettent d’accéder à tous. Le quartier de Trastevere est super agréable, avec beaucoup de restaurant et de bar.

Ótima Localização e conforto!
Hotel bem localizado na trastevere, próximos dos restaurantes. O trem 8 passa em frente e te leva a diversos lugares, fácil de pegar ônibus também! O rapaz do Dulcis foi muito atencioso com tudo, nos ajudou com dúvidas e nos deu dicas. Muito bom, recomendo!!!

Hotel cerca de todo al lado del Trastevere
Estuvimos 3 noches en el hotel y fue perfecto. Totalmente recomendable para descansar y coger fuerzas para conocer Roma. Por las noches es muy recomendable dar una vuelta por el Trastevere, que está a 5 minutos andando y hay muchos restaurantes. Lo único reseñable es que hay algo de ruido por los tranvías, aunque por la noche no circulan.

Romantic Trastevere in a central location
Our hotel was very lovely. Room was clean ja comfortable. All the great restaurants, caféis and the romantic little alleys of Trastevere was in a 5 minute walk. The tram line goes to the heart of Rome right in front of the hotel. You can also walk to the centrum, it's like 1,5-2km. Only minus was that because it was so central location, the noise from the street can be quite loud, also by night, but we were so tired every night that it didn't really bother.

gemeinsame Klimaanlage für zwei Zimmern
Man fühlt sich wie in einer Gemeinschaftswohnung. Wir müssten unsere Klimaanlage mit unserem Nachbarn gegenüber teilen was dazu geführt hat, dass ich nachts mehrmals aufgewacht bin um die Klimaanlage auszuschalten, weil wir uns wegen der Klimaanlage nicht erkälten wollten. Mein Nachbar war anderer Meinung und wollte über Nacht die Klimaanlage einschalten. So gab es ein hin und her, der Nachbar hat nie aufgegeben und nach mir die Klima immer eingeschaltet, wir müssten 4 Nächte mit Klima ertragen.

Billigt og enkelt værelse med god lokalitet
Området er helt fantastisk og værelset er okay ift. prisen, men forvent ikke luksus. Der var ret beskidt under og bag sengen. Der var tydeligvis ikke rengjort i krogene meget længe. Personalet er der i få timer og kan kontaktes per telefon, da stedet kun har enkelte værelser, men de er venlige og hjælpsomme. Perfekt hvis man kun skal sove på værelset og ellers vil opholde i ude i byen og lokalområdet.

Hôtel accueillant et personnel disponible
Super accueil, une chambre parfaite, un peu bruyante puisqu'elle est positionnée face au trafic mais rien de gênant. Notre hôte était très disponible et très serviable, il est d'une gentillesse absolue. La salle de bain était très bien entretenue tous les jours. L'hôtel est très bien positionné il est à proximité de tous les grands sites touristiques . Je recommande fortement !

Zunächst die positiven Punkte: Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Vom Flughafen kommt man unkompliziert hin, eine Tram- und Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Türe. Das Szene-Viertel Trastevere ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Kolosseum sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Team ist nett. Kommunikation funktionierte problemlos über Whatsapp (auf Englisch). Auch bot man uns unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer an, als wir beim ersten Zimmer Mängel feststellten (TV funktionierte nicht). Nun zu den Nachteilen: Wie angesprochen: Die Tram liegt vor der Türe. Das Rumpeln hört man bis spät in die Nacht, die Betten vibrieren dabei. Nachts ist Ruhe. Auch die relativ dünnen Türen sind ein Problem. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, dann ist das kein Problem. Die Sauberkeit der Dusche war ebenfalls ein Problem. Schimmelablagerung an den Rändern. Bed and Breakfast heißt übrigens: Italienisches Frühstück. Es gibt Kaffee und Süßkram (Kuchen, Muffin, Croissant). Das ist ausreichend, mehr gibt es auch in Cafes der Umgebung nicht. Ich sage das nur, weil man vielleicht ein kontinentales Frühstück erwartet.

No breakfast even when booked
I was disappointed with the room. The door difficult to open and closed. The Shower head was broken. The room was too noisy as it is very close to the room. Tramps and road noise all night. The most disappointed thing was that we were not provided with breakfast that we had already paid for. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. I will go back to the hotel that i stay last year.

Dulcis in Fundo
Ett rent och fint rum. Badrummet jag hade var inte det bästa kanske med det funkade! Träffade inte någon av personalen på stället på hela vistelsen vilket inte gjorde mig något, bara lite omständigt när man skulle komma in första gången men det löste sig. Största nackdelen var att spårvagnen gick precis utanför vilket var störande. Det bästa med hotellet var läget, nära till bra uteställen, (nattliv) och transportmedel (om man tänker bort ljudet av spårvagnen! )

Not a B and B!
Although Dulcis in Fundo is listed as a B and B it really is not! There is no breakfast despite being paid for and a sign on arrival saying "sorry no breakfast but enjoy the coffee". After the first day there was not even any coffee. After speaking with the owner on arrival breakfast was arranged for our 2nd day, however this consisted of Brioche, honey, jam, chocolate spread and crackers. The 3rd day there was not even half of this stuff and by the last day there was only a small, packaged croissant available with chocolate spread. This is unacceptable for a place which advertises itself as being a 'B and B' and when given the package room choices when booking I specifically selected breakfast included and was asked to provide information regarding dietary requirements. The room itself was pleasant enough and the cleaner came in every day (the only member of staff we saw throughout our stay ) however we have come back home and discovered insect/flea bites all over our arms and legs. Whilst we cannot 100% say they came from Dulcis in Fundo we do highly suspect that is where they are from due to the positioning of the bites. Stay here at your peril!

Séjour en amoureux
Nous avons passés 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien placé avec un bus qui passe toutes les 10min pour le centre de Rome. Chambre climatisée, très bon lit, salle de bain plus que correcte. Seul hic nous entendons un peu trop ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir (parquet). Machine à café et thé dans la chambre en libre service. Séjour très agréable et je recommande cet hôtel !!

Purtroppo mi sono trovata male, il b&b era sporco, nello specifico la doccia era molto sporca e la cosa più sconcertante ė stato trovare un mazzo di peli dentro l'asciugamano!!! inoltre nel bagno c'era molta puzza!! la posizione del b&b ė ottima, la camera in se era spaziosa e confortevole ma scarsa pulizia. Inoltre siamo arrivati in orario per il check-in che su internet risulta poter essere fatto alle 10.30; a quell'ora non c'era nessuno, telefono e mi dicono di avermi inviato una email (email che non mi è arrivata) per avvisarmi che avrei potuto fare il check- in non prima delle 14.30!! Nel complesso lo valuto negativamente, la pulizia della camera e degli asciugami non può essere trascurata! Inoltre ho inviato una email per far sapere del mazzo di peli sull' asciugamano e della poca pulizia della camera in modo particolare la doccia ma non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro!!

Pra quem está procurando preço c localização e limpeza e hotel razoável . Não existe serviço atendimento ou lobby e tudo por mensagem ou ligação . Tem quartos que compartilham o banheiro então ao lado do quarto em que fiquei ouvia barulho . Hotel para dormir .

Noisy and unstaffed
Central and clean, but very very noisy because of street traffic. Not having air condition in the b&B, windows had to be kept open, making the noise even louder. No mini-fridge in room. Minuscule sink in bathroom. No staff around (seen someone just at time of check-in). TV needed tuning, but no one there to ask

Jeg og min kjæreste leide et rom på Dulcis in fundo i 5 netter. Så fint ut på bildene, men da vi kom ble vi skuffet. Vi hadde ikke bad i ett med rommet, så når vi skulle dusje, gå på do og pusse tender måtte vi gå ut i fellesgangen og over på et eget toalett hvor det blant annet manglet såpe, var skittent på gulvet, låsen på toalettet førte til at vi ble stengt inne 2 ganger!! I tilleg sto det en ekkel sur mopp oppover veggen som tydeligvis ble brukt hver dag til å vaske fellesområder. Selve rommet hadde et TV som ikke fungerte serlig godt, de fleste støpsler var ikke i orden, så vi måtte lade diverse ting på tur. Det var også dårlig isolert både ut mot en travel bråkete gate og til naborommene, vi kunne høre de andre gjestene svært godt for å si det sån. Frokosten var en vits, noe tørre kjeks med billig engangssyltetøy og en kaffemaskin som ikke kunne lage kaffe. Personalet var dog veldig hyggelig men aldri til stede og vanskelig å kontakte. Vi fikk nokk etter 2 dager og stakk heller til Napoli og hadde den beste opplevelsen der på et ordentlig hotel. Når dette er sagt så er Dulcis in fundo helt ok sted å overnatte hvis man er på guttetur og man bare skal ha et sted å sove. Området Trastivere er kjempebra sted å gå rundt i, kommer deg lett til sentrum ved hjelp av trikk eller sykkel.

The location is Good really close to trastevere downtown, the rooms are pretty clean but our bed was not comfortable. the place is not quite because of the really close tram stop. Friendly check-in even if was by skype. i may back but for a confy bed!
