나쁘지 않은 숙소!
테르미니 역에서 걸어가기엔 조금 먼 거리입니다. 침대 매트리스가 고르지 않아 예민한 분들은 잘 때 불편할 수도 있을 것 같아요. 건물이 낡은 것에 비해 잘 관리가 된 편이지만 화장실은 조금 더 관리가 필요할 것 같습니다. 그리고 커피포트는 정말 더러웠어요! 제가 10분 넘게 씻어서 사용하려 했는데 깨끗해지지 않더군요. 방 열쇠, 집 열쇠, 대문 열쇠 등 다 따로 있어서 보안은 철저하게 되구요. 호스트는 매우 친절합니다. 아침은 근처 카페에서 커피와 크로아상 하나 줍니다. 매일 청소해주고요, 수건은 이틀에 한번씩 바꾸어줍니다. 아주 추천하지는 않지만 나쁘지 않은 숙소입니다.

위치도 테르미니에서 걸어서 10분, 콜로세움도 걸어갈수 있고 지하철역도 바로앞에 있고 청소하시는 아주머니가 매우 친절히 설명해주시고 화장실도 넓고 물도잘나오고 모든면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고 숙소는 별 흠이없었습니다 가격대비 너무괜찮은 곳이였어요.

친근한 분위기 훌륭한 서비스
다른 후기에서처럼 호텔 간판이 없어서 찾아가는데 힘들었으나 이웃 가게에서 안내를 해 줘서 찾아갈 수 있었음. B&B 오너가 직접 밖에서 기다려주고 있었으며 늦은 시간임에도 친절하게 주변 관광지 및 접근 방법등을 상세히 설명해 줌. Free-Wifi 여서 편했으며 로마 전통 주거 하우스 형태에 내부 가구 및 화장실 등은 다 리모델리을 해서 매우 단정했으며 사용하기 편리했음. 테르미니 역에서 짐을 들고 걸어오기엔 좀 거리가 되며 Mazoni 역에서 접근하기 쉬움.

This was a wonderful stay for us, with the most hospitable and friendly hosts, Christiano and Manuela. We enjoyed walking around, felt completely safe and there’s no shortage of food options. The hotel has a breakfast arrangement with a wonderful cafe two doors down, and we always felt welcome there. Fair warning: If you can’t stand thin walls (which is a norm in buildings like this in Rome) that will allow you to hear the noises from other guests, book another, regular hotel that is not a B&B. We were out and about most of the time, so it didn’t bother us at all. We liked the fact that the hotel is a 10-min walk from the Coliseum and one block away from the metro station, which made our movement around the city easy. Thankful to the hosts’ and city hospitality and would definitely stay there again.

Mooie B&B op een handige locatie. Je bent zo in het centrum van Rome en staat ook snel op het centraal station. De buurt is wat groezelig maar voelt overdag erg veilig aan. Alles is in de buurt, prime restaurant, koffietentje en winkeltjes in de straat. Kamers zijn schoon, wel erg gehorig. Eigenaar is erg gastvrij en de self check-in werkte perfect. Kan deze plek zeker aanraden!

The room was clean and quiet. However if you have any dietary requirements they will accommodate but the cafe downstairs gives you a tiny gluten alternative.

Bedroom was Perfect. Just slightly problems with a toilet. No carpet in the bedroom, it’s a nice wooden floor. Need to bring your own slippers and maybe robe. I had a shower, After that I wanted a nice hot drink in the evening after a long walk in the Rome. Kitchen is next door, nice small kitchen. So I needed to jump back in to my clothes Just to go to make cup of tea. People who is working there was so friendly

Nette kleine Unterkunft. War schwer zu finden. Hausnummer war nicht angeschrieben. Dennoch war der Empfang, wie wir es gefunden haben, sehr Herzlich. Frühstück zwar ausserhalb und ein bisschen mager (Heißgetränk und ein Gebäck) aber auch Nett und Freundlich.

Good stay for a quick break with a great welcome & detailed advice given on Rome. Very quiet too & clean, don’t let the outside & entrance put you off. Good location just 10 minutes walk down the road to the Colosseum.

Fantastische bed and breakfast
Een heel goed gelegen bed and breakfast, zeer dicht bij het Volosseum en andere bezienswaardigheden. Op 200m van een metrostation wat ook zeer handig is. Persoonlijk niks op aan te merken, zeer tevreden enkel het lawaai van de mensen in de kamers naast ons en op de gang is zeer goed hoorbaar dus dit is een minpuntje.

Ok stay nothing fabulous about this place.
This is a BNB with only 4 rooms. The rooms are large with private showers and toilet. The internet was working off and on, that was the most complaining from my teenage Son. Breakfast is tea or coffee with a pastry. Ok stay but I will probably look for something else if I come back to Rome

Lovely room in close proximity to Termini Station. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and modern with all the required amenities. Easy communication with hosts who provided great service. Overall, a wonderful stay!

La struttura è accogliente, si tratta di un appartamento adibito a B&B sito al 2° piano con ascensore. La camera denominata "Ametista" è molto spaziosa dotata di aria condizionata, infissi con doppi vetri, balcone e vista lato ingresso principale. Comodo il letto matrimoniale, gli arredi sono in stile moderno, il bagno è più che sufficiente con ampio box doccia e kit di cortesia fornito quotidianamente mentre gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti a giorni alterni. Una nota che mi sento di segnalare che in questa camera manca il bidet, non so se sia presente nelle altre. E' possibile consumare la colazione in un vicino bar tramite una card che viene consegnata al momento del check in per ogni giorno di permanenza, la colazione di compone di caffè o cappuccino e croissant a scelta, eccetto la domenica che viene fornita in camera con un succo di frutta e un croissant. Inoltre la struttura dispone di una cucina con frigorifero dove è possibile prepararsi gratuitamente del caffè o del tè, buono il Wi-Fi gratuito. All'arrivo vengono consegnate le chiavi e ogni informazione che si necessita. La "location" è ottima a meno di 5 minuti dalla fermata metro A Manzoni e le linee di superficie, il Colosseo dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio assolutamente se state pensando di visitare Roma.

Nice B&B close to Coliseum
A very nice apartment with 4 rooms, each room having its own bathroom. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. Very good isolation from outside; I could sleep very well. The street is quite noisy, but once you close the windows, no noise in the room at all. The breakfast has to be taken in the coffee shop next door, and it is rather simple, just coffee and croissant, which are very good. It is also possible to make tea and coffee in the kitchen of the apartment. The place is very close to Coliseum, just 10 min walking. I enjoyed staying in this apartment.

Fuimos en pareja a Roma a conocer. la ubicación está perfecta tenes dos estaciones de metro muy cerca. Veníamos de Venecia, Florencia y en esos lugares el desayuno había sido bien sustento, pero en este Hotel lo único de desayuno es un croissant y una bebida. Algo que nos incomodó bastante fue el olor desagradable en el baño que lo logramos minimizar con agua en el baño en la ducha y lavamanos. La plancha de ropa está un poco dañada no se puede regular la temperatura. Aparte de eso el señor y la señora espléndidos. Recomendado.

Great stay for the price
The hotel is located close to the Colosseum and the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, although only there in the mornings -which did not bother us. I believe they would have been easily accessible if there was anything we needed. It's a great place if you are looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep that is easily accessible.

Bardzo fajne miejsce w klimatycznej kamienicy. Bardzo blisko metra, autobusu i tramwaju - około 150 metrów. Restauracja podająca śniadania jest naprzeciwko ale śniadania mogłyby być większe - w cenie jest jedynie rogalik i kawa :)

Tuve que cambiar el vuelo de llegada a roma con la consecuencia que llegaba a la noche. No me ofrecieron late check-in ni ninguna opcion para cambiar o modificar la estancia. Se desentendieron completamente y me dejaron que durmiera en el aeropuerto de roma. Me dijeron que me arreglara con la agencia de viajes y no hicieron gesto ni de devolver dinero ni nada. Lamentable. Me pregunto si fuese italiano, ¿Me habrian tratado igual? No le recomiendo a nadie la experiencia que me hicieron pasar

Our Romantic Italian getaway
Our stay was quite enjoyable in Rome this past weekend, the guesthouse was quite secure (had to pass 2 main doors before reaching the lift) which then had a main door and the room door. We didn't have any specific expectations for our trip but the room was very nice and clean, big enough to move around freely and theres a nice view of the street from the window which was nice to look out of at night time. The only downside we could think of was at night time, the area came off as dangerous but overall didn't really effect our stay. There are 2 metro stops (Vitorrio Emmanuele (?) and Manzino) very close to the guesthouse (5/10 mins walk), if you get lost don't be afraid to ask locals for help. One Italian gentleman was kind enough to escort us to the metro which we greatly appreciated! From this point onwards the transport gets really easy to use if you're heading out to Trevi Fountain or the Colosseum (the only 2 stops we had much time for). We had decided to leave at 2am for our flight which the host arranged a taxi for us! Sadly we got there too early, so if you are leaving for the Ciampino airport bear in mind it only takes 20 mins via taxi and the airport is closed between 12am - 4am. May be best to catch an extra hour of sleep rather than stand in the pouring rain wishing you hadn't left so early! Overall we had a lovely stay at El Dorado Colosseum, with public transport being so close and easy to use we expect to drop by again sometime very soon.

Great value stay conveniently located
Great little B&B in a good location, close to all the sights. We got a great price (~ $100 Euro for 2 nights) and thought it was excellent value for money! We thought we would need to use public transport but from this B&B we spent a day walking a 17km round trip and saw all the major sights! It was a great place to rest our tired legs after - clean, roomy and with air conditioning (don't underestimate how good this is in summer in Italy - many other places we have stayed didn't and we really appreciated it here!). The Colosseum is only a short walk away. One thing to note - it's very hidden, so make sure you check the street number and buzz to get in, which we didn't do! Lucky we were rescued whilst standing looking puzzled on the doorstep. The metro was out of service when we were there which made getting there from Termini a bit of a hassle (replacement buses were very crowded and not fun with luggage) but I imagine when the metro is in service it would be very easy. The free breakfast was across the road at a little cafe/restaurant - just a coffee/drink and croissant but that was all we needed! Lots of little supermarkets and a pharmacy etc. nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!
