The location of this hotel is great. Many places to eat, bars, a supermarket and even a laundry across the street. Ivan and the rest of the staff were super in every way. Be aware that the elevator; it's a traditional European elevator be patient.

The manager was the best, he gave us the best advise on where to go and pointed it out in the map. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was absolutely amazing, it was the best part of our stay here!!! Thank you!! The hotel location was perfect, close to everything important!! I would love to stay here again!!

Le seul avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il est bien placé juste à côté du métro et qu'il a une permanence qui permet d'arriver tard le soir si votre avion arrive avec du retard comme ce fut notre cas. L'hôtel se situe au troisième étage d'un immeuble ancien avec un ascenseur très peu pratique si on a de grosses valises ... L'hôtel est propre mais vieillot et les photos des chambres sont bien plus jolies que dans la réalité... les lits sont cependant confortables et l'état général est propre notamment la salle de bains. Par contre les murs sont très peu épais mal insonorisés et vous entendrez vos voisins de chambre discuter comme s'ils étaient dans la vôtre...il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger. Petite surprise du séjour : il faut payer une taxe de 15 euros par personne... payable UNIQUEMENT en espèces comme par hasard...pour 4 il a fallu trouver 60 euros en liquide juste avant de quitter l'hôtel.... Bref hôtel suffisant pour juste dormir et aller visiter Rome dans la journée mais ne restera pas un grand souvenir....

Not worth it
This was a friends trip. We all booked our rooms (4) back in May. When we arrived, one of our friends did not have a room. The hotel had canceled his room without any warning. Since the Ryder Cup was in town, there wasn’t anywhere for him to stay so he had to hotel hop every night. Our refrigerator went out while we were there and one of our neighbors electricity kept flickering and went out for good when she was using the hairdryer. The walls are paper thin. There was mold in the shower. The hotel offers to arrange a car service to the airport for you, but the car never came, and when I went up and asked the clerk about it, she told me to download an app to call. I felt it should be her obligation since it’s a service they offer. The best thing about this place is location and that it has AC. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

My family loved the property. It is a bit difficult to find but it is a very good hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and also let us hold our luggage there when we returned to Rome even though we were not staying that night before our plane ride home. Location is very central. Never waited more than 3-4 minutes for a taxi after they called them. In fact, taxis mostly beat us to the entrance as we had to wait for elevator. Kids loved the room and central location. A very pleasant stay. Room was spacious for 4 people. Highly recommended.

Great stay!
Hotel was perfect for our stay! Very easy to find and check-in. Our room was ready early when we arrived which was an unexpected bonus. Room is simple and welcoming. Great location walking distance to everything. Complimentary espresso and croissants were a nice touch.

Lovely Hotel
It was very hot in Rome! BUT this hotel had AC which was a big plus! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though the hotel is on a Main Street, the hotel (and surroundings) was quiet. The staff is very friendly and it is a very safe hotel as a key is needed to get into the building and then the hotel itself as well as the room. The metro station is just a short 3 min walk away and the bus station is about a 1min walk away. Overall I would definitely stay here again. FYI The elevator is very small , two people with a checked bag will fit. They offer stairs as well.

1. Location is perfect. Nice area. For the whole trip (4 days) we did not have to use any public transportation or taxi, we walked everywhere. We only used a train when we went out of city. 2. Staff are the sweetest! Anastasia and Ever are great! They very really caring. They gave us a map and showed best routes to check out attractions. Honestly best administrators ever! 3. We had free 24/7 coffee machine and some croissants for breakfast. 4. I’d recommend this place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced hotel with good location and good service.

Hotel simples, com equipe gentil e atenciosa
O hotel é simples, mas fica muito perto da estação Termini e tem a equipe de atendimento mais gentil e disponível que já encontrei em Roma. Ivan e Anastácia encontram sempre uma forma de orientar os hóspedes e atendem com prontidão. Podem ser de grande valia pra quem vai visitara cidade pela primeira vez (ele fala espanhol, o que facilita a vida de brasileiros). Os ônibus das linhas 64, 40 e H passam na porta e permitem alcançar todos os pontos da cidade, mas a localização também permite que se faça tudo a pé.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione. Personale disponibile. Pulizia e servizio mediocre: ogni giorno ci veniva chiesto se volessimo il servizio pulizia della camera, penso che la cosa sia scontata soggiornando con bambini. La sera ho ritrovato il cestino del bagno colmo non svuotato con i rifiuti a terra. Lasciati solo 2 asciugamani doccia nonostante fossimo in 4 in stanza. Non è stata fornita carta igienica aggiuntiva in bagno il secondo giorno.

Un soggiorno di lavoro da incubo
Ahimè è stata un’esperienza deleteria sotto ogni punto di vista: camera pulita male vicino al comodino c’erano delle gocce di cioccolato, la tv piccola e con problemi alla visione dei canali (non si vedevano), dopo il primo giorno torno in camera e la trovo ancora disfatta e mi accorgo che le pulizie non erano state fatte. Ho dovuto utilizzare gli asciugamani e le tovaglie doccia del giorno precedente, non c’era il bagnoschiuma perché l’unica bustina l’avevo consumata il giorno prima. La prima notte molto rumorosa e sono stato costretto a svegliarmi alle 5 del mattino per i rumori. È stato un soggiorno pessimo tra i peggiori a roma, andando ogni 15 giorni per lavoro cambio spesso struttura (anche in riferimento al prezzo) e questa è stata proprio pessima non ci ritornerò più ne tantomeno la consiglierò

Mi dispiace , non ero in struttura , mi occuperò personalmente del caso , di solito abbiamo un alto standard di pulizia come può vedere , ovviamente non ci dobbiamo scordare che c è il Covid , per questo le stanze non vengono fatte giorni per per salvaguardare la vostra salute e la nostra , quello che mi dispiace di più è che costa poco più complicato e gestire i cliente , speriamo torne presto alla normalità .

Me encanto el hotel muy limpio, muy tranquilo, las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy atentas desde que llegas te están explicando todo en cuanto a recorridos, trasporte recomendaciones etc, muy fácil la comunicación ya q el manager habla español, y lo mejor de todo la ubicación en mi caso,todo el recorrido de los lugares turísticos lo hice con mi esposo a pie, todo muy cerca y tiene a tres cuadras la estación principal de trenes, buses de todo para poder viajar a otras ciudades y muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto, fue mi primer viaje y como voy a volver, sin pensarlo me vuelvo a quedar ahí, un agradecimiento y felicitaciones para ellos

Comodo hotel nei pressi di Roma Termini
L'hotel si trova a circa cinque minuti di camminata dalla stazione di Roma Termini. La camera singola era carina, dotata di tutti i comfort come TV, minifrigo e condizionatore. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. La colazione viene servita tutte le mattine nella saletta a fianco della reception dalle 7 alle 10. Consigliatissimo.

Custo x Benefício muito bom
O hotel fica no 3º andar de um prédio, no início parece um pouco estranho, mas atende perfeitamente as expectativas. Café da manhã gostoso, mas com poucas variedades. Quarto e banheiro com bom tamanho, mas um pouco antigos (como tudo em Roma). Localizado muito próximo a Estação Termini (dá para ir a pé) e com várias linhas de ônibus para os principais pontos turísticos na própria rua do hotel. Também tem mercado bem próximo.

Quarto espaçoso para padrões europeus. Perto do Roma Termini, estações de metrô e atrações turísticas. Há muitas lojas e restaurantes. Problemas : - café da manhã é bem limitado ; não tem frios e nem frutas. - Wi-Fi lenta e instável - banheiro é espaçoso, mas o box faz muita molhação a cada banho . - pedi informações na recepção : me derem uma dica de loja fechada faz 6 meses. - o elevador é antigo e exige travamento manual ; ficou parado em 2 momentos. Subi uns 10 lances a Pé .

Proximity to the main station is about all the hotel can boast off. The family room we were allocated had the worst shower and toilet flush. You would have stand in the corner of the shower stall and get a trickle from the shower head and that was the best case scenario. Why would they have spray jets facing the shower door, and the shower stall is barely 18 inches wide! The breakfast was very basic, the coffee was good though. I wouldn’t be returning here.

la posizione dell'hotel è centrale vicino alla fermata della metro, ma la cosa che mi ha colpito di più sul comodino era pieno di polvere ho lasciato il telefono e mi sono reso conto del tutto. poi passando il dito si vedeva la striscia di polvere che lasciava. nel bagno mancava il bidet. la colazione al mattino e stato discretamente.
