메트로와 가까운 위치
주요관광지와는 가깝지는 않지만 메트로와 버스정류장과 가깝다. 호텔리셉션이 펍안에 있어서 찾기가 쉽지않다. 객실은 2층에있고 (우리나라로) 엘레베이터는 없다.

The staff was super friendly! Very welcoming. Our main purpose is to see the city. We simply sleep there for 7hrs and leave. It had everything we needed.

Two positives about this property. It was clean and the location. If you would like to get some sleep, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! Regardless of what you read about sound proofing, our room was not. Screaming, yelling, chanting coming from the bar below until the early hours of the morning almost every night.

Beliggenhed er perfekt, kan gå til de fleste attraktioner.Personalet er venlige og hjælpsomme, morgenmad er en croissant, juice, pakke med små toastbrød, og eller kaffe /the. Der er ikke beskidt, men det kunne godt bruge lidt maling samt renovering. Hotels glemmer lige, at fortælle at værelserne LIGGER oven på pubben, og at der er live musik til kl 02 om natten. Det synes jeg trækker gevaldigt ned, har sovet ca 4 timer hver nat, samt enormt meget banken og smækken med dørerne, fra pubben ikke de andre gæster. Man skal selvfølgelig påregne lidt støj, da pubben ligger under værelserne, men i den grad. Har boet flere forskellige steder i Rom, har aldrig oplevet støj i sådan grad.

Great location to cafes/next to Irish Pub!!!!
Check in was great, speedy and Giovanni was very helpful took out a map, marked close by areas to go ck out, walked us to the room (not in the check in spot) and explained all that needed. The morning ws loud with some banging and loud noise going on in the hallway so after being out all day and tired the loudness at 8-10am was not appreciated. The room was as expected, small but we knew that. The pictures do no match as far as the comforters, decor etc but the rest of it was on point. Also the site showed "iron/iron board" and there wasn't one to be found but we didn't call or ask for one so maybe that is the key. Overall except the noise in the early morning all was GREAT!

Vi havde 4 overnatninger. Alt var helt iorden. Meget god beliggenhed for både at gå rundt i Rom, men også meget nemt at tage bussen. Restaurante var lidt dyrt, men det var live musik hver aften som var rigtig hyggeligt at afslutte dagen med. Kan kun anbefales.

Small Rooms above the bar restaurant
- Rooms were not the same as the photos, tiny rooms with very little space and ventilation - Air conditioning was not functioning - Breakfast was bad, packaged toast with drink and a croissant with jam and chocolate spread. - Unable to upgrade breakfast for the difference in price (had to pay full) - Would recommend staying elsewhere - Wouldn’t have stayed here had we known the AC was broken (no compensation provided)

We booked for 4 people 3 adults 1 12 year old in arrival we were told no its only for 3 after a lot of arguing and proof of booking thwy put in an extra bed made the room very uncomfortable also bed and breakfast we got a croissant coffee and orange juice we were informed after the mix up on checking in we could have anything for breakfast false advertising and rude staff very disappointing

Albergo buono per visitare Roma
Albergo comodo e vicino alla fermata metro e autobus. Colazione particolare perché all'interno di un pub. Camera pulita e personale disponibile. A 5miuti a piedi dalla chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore. L'unica cosa un po' scomoda, il fatto che non ci sia il bidet.

Al principio desconcertado, si quieres un lugar limpio para descansar, es muy buena opcion. Esta a 75 u 80 mts. de la via nacional, sobre 250 mts de la estacion del metro termini y como a 550-600 mts de la estacion de trenes de italia.

Roma a pé
Localização muito boa, dá pra fazer quase todos os pontos turísticos a pé. Perto da Estação Termini e de transportes públicos. Cama boa, chuveiro bom, porém banheiro sem ventilação natural, o que deixava com cheiro ruim. O café da manhã era servido em um bar próximo, particularmente não gostei muito, não davam um cardápio para escolher o que você queria.

Não houve estadia! Cheguei em Roma e me avisaram que não tinha vaga! Reservei o hotel em 25 de janeiro e chegando lá não pude desfrutar do que venho pagando desde então. Tive que procurar outro hotel. E não me reembolsaram!

Erg fijn en centraal gelegen hotel!
Het hotel is op loopafstand van het collosseum en je kan er na een leuke dag uit, ook erg goed eten en gezellig een drankje doen!

Værelset meget nedslidt
Værelset er meget nedslidt, mange skrammer på væggene, meget smalt vindue med udsigt til en skakt. Brusekabine lille og ikke ordentligt rengjort. Sengene var rigtigt gode.

Liegt sehr zentral!
Das Hotel oder Bed&Breakfast liegt sehr zentral, keine exclusives 5*Hotel aber für ein B&B sehr in Ordnung. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen eng und klein geschnitten. Jedoch fährt man ja nicht nach Rom um im Hotelzimmer zu sitzen! 😉

Viajei com minha namorada a passeio e tive o desprazer de ficar uns dias neste hotel em Roma. Quarto e roupa de cama com cheiro de CIGARRO. Minúscula janela com vista para a parede de modo que não havia ventilação natural no recinto. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas só foi disponibilizado outro no dia seguinte ao da reclamação, sendo que tive que domir naquele ambiente fétido. No novo quarto, que era a 2 quadras de distância do hotel, saliento, para nossa surpresa e indignação, o banheiro tinha um forte cheiro de URINA. Antecipamos nossa saída de Roma por causa disso, amargando o prejuízo de 1 diária. Por fim, ressalto que o café da manhã era muito pobre (o hotel disponibiliza café melhor - com mais variedade - se você pagar um extra por isso). Não vale o preço que é cobrado. Uma das piores experiências que tivemos com hospedagem. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Perfecto para caminar a conocer esta gran ciudad.
Muy céntrico, cerca de casi todo lo interesante de ver en la ciudad, habitaciones con baño privado, perfecto todo para disfrutar al máximo el viaje ya que tiene muchisimos monumentos cerca.

Nice hotel in good location
I recently stayed here with my family. Expedia messed up and sent me to the wrong address for check-in but LUCKY FOR ME, Ana from Flann O'Brien directed me to the Pub for checkin. We liked the room, it's location as perfect. We felt safe in the room and there were plenty of places to eat nearby: McDonalds is on the corner as was the bus line and the Republica metro station- although we used the buses for everything (download the "Rome 2 Rio" app to help you get around town, it was awesome). Ana gave us a map and circled where everything was and also told us what areas to stay out of. Overall it was great and we'd definitely stay again.

Location is the BEST
Was our first time in Rome, so we were looking for great location. The rooms are in walkable distance from major attractions and the main thing, from Rome Termini. Great service and rooms are very comfortable. Downstairs the Irish Pub is always a good spot to start the day with breakfast included, and as guest you get a discount on lunch/dinner. Recommended 100%

Great location and friendly staff.
The hotel is located within a short walking distance from Republica metro station and Termini station. It's easy to reach the Colosseum by foot, as well as other attractions. There are restaurants and shops within the area. The staff are friendly. The room was clean, a few marks on the wall etc, but clean. Generally quiet, unless there are some other guests outside in the corridor using the coffee machine etc. But for the price paid, I was quite happy with the place. The check-out time was actually 11 am, rather than 10 am as stated on the Expedia site, so that was a bonus :)

Nice hotel for the price
The room was comfortable and bigger than I expected.The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small (to be expected in Rome) but fine, the only complaint, if I had one, was that I could not get the towel warmer to work after the 2nd night, but it came on again on our 6th night in the room. The location was in a great location to walk to many different tourist areas in under 15 minutes. Housekeeping did a great job of tidying up our room daily, and the staff we interacted with were always helpful and pleasant.

Convient clean and good value
I did not stay above the bar but in rooms nearby very quiet and felt secure. Room was cleaned daily. These rooms have all you need and at a great price I would stat here again.

Decepcionado com quase tudo. Nunca tive a experiência como essa, reservei o hotel em um endereço e tive que me hospedar em um prédio que ficava duas quadras de distância e em um prédio bem estranho que não tinha nenhuma estrutura de hotel. Tínhamos que acordar em um endereço e ir tomar café em outro.péssimo. A única coisa que salvou foram os funcionários Sílvia, Ana e Saro.

Die Adresse wo der check Inn und das Hotel ist sind verkehrt herum. Entweder sollte das Expedia oder das Team von Flann O'Brien das mal änder. Ebenso checking checkout zeiten sind anders. Was ich gut fand war dass ich 1-2 tage bevor die reise losging vom hotel angeschrieben wurden sind und diese sich erkundigten ob es irgendwelche infos gibt. Naja habe die infos dem hotel mitgeteilt aber nie eine Antwort zurück bekommen.

Cuando llegamos no sabiamos donde hacer el check in porque en la reserva pone la calle firenze pero no es alli... tienes que hacer el check in en la avenida nazionale, cosa que esta mal explicada en el email. La mayoria del personal entiende español lo que facilita las conversaciones. La responsable de la manana no habla mucho español y menos por telefono. Os recomiendo q pagueis la tasa de ocio al llegar para evitar mal entendidos. La zona es muy buena y tranquila.
