테르미니역에서 가깝고 넓음
전체적으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 가장 큰 장점은 가격대비 모든것이 좋았다는 것. 가격이 4~5배 높은 호텔보다 조금 넓었습니다. 간이 침대를 하나 놓고 3명이 써도 큰 불편함은 없을 것 같네요. 캐리어 28인치 두개 펴고 잘 썼습니다. 테르미니역에서 정말 가깝습니다. 간판이 없어서 고생한다는 글을 보고 걱정했는데 알고 가서 그런지 큰 문제 없었습니다. 한번에 찾았고 테르미니역에서 5분정도 걸렸습니다. 호스트가 정말 친절했고 호탕한 남자였어요. 사실 그게 가장 인상적이었습니다. 조식이 이탈리아는 빵하나 커피한장을 먹는다면서요. 이것도 알고 갔고 빵 두개와 과자하나 쥬스 작은것 하나를 받았고, 커피 머신이 있어 편했습니다. 하루였지만 편안히 잘 보냈습니다. 참 단점이라면 물은 한 수단으로만 사용하세요. 모든 것이 연결되어있는지 동시에 사용하면 수압이 많이 약해집니다. 한군데서 쓰면 괜찮아요.

호텔이아니라 일반가정집을 개조해서 사용한 호텔이라서 찾기가 힘들었음. 아침은 빵하나와 우유가 아침이라고 설명함. 추가적인 요금청구. 내생에 가장 최악의호텔

Horrible experience
The hotel is very shady which runs by a India couple. There is no such hotel except a very old building with front door locked. I got lost inside without anyone’s help. There was no reception service, no continental breakfast, neither transportation to the airport as they advertised on the website. I arrived there with no one to contact neither to open the door for me. The waiter from restaurant next door gave me keys and told me to check in myself. The old outdated elevator is super scary and the front main door key even didn’t work for the second time. There were so much to complain about this shady place. Don’t go there.

horrible experience for me a horrendous person who left me the dirty room with all the lights and air conditioning turned on, rude a person really out of the world. I tried to contact the person in the past days but the number was wrong. He couldn't handle the key to the door. paid 36 € is claimed a 5 star hotel. I hope that people like that never come back.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Prior to our arrival, the owner messaged me and asked when we were coming. Once I gave him the time, he told me that he left the keys at a mini market next to the building. While I thought this was weird, I figured they were friends and probably did this all the time. When we got to the mini market, my friend and I were harassed by the guy working there before he gave us the keys. However, he did not give us the correct keys, so when I went back to ask for the correct ones, he was gone and a different guy was there. This guy told my that his friend left with the correct keys and was now an hour out of the city. I started to question him and then he started to yell at me/complain about how no one paid him to do this. A few minutes later, ANOTHER guy comes into the store with our keys, despite the fact that we were just told that they were an hour out of the city. The whole thing was extremely sketchy and throughout this process the owner of the company was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate to the situation.

We stayed here for just a night coming from Amalfi to catch a flight in Rome. Super close to Roma Termini literally a block away. Room was clean but space is not big and water pressure on the shower could be better. If its not for some guys hanging out on the street playing loud music n drinking beer the location would be perfect (it helps that my husband was with me for my sense of security). If you need a place to just stay overnight n not too expensive this is the right place to be.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, è pulito e tranquillo, in una posizione centralissima e a poco prezzo. Ho sofferto un pò il caldo perchè a mio parere era troppo, mancava qualche dettaglio come lo shampoo nella doccia, tovagliolini di carta per la colazione, bicchieri di plastica, una bottiglia d'acqua, e il water e lo spazzolone non erano perfettamente puliti, però sono dettagli, appunto.

FloweRome for long weekend
The room is totally fine, but there are only three rooms in the apartment. During the whole time we did not see anybody from the staff. The stated breakfast was a basket with packaged croissant and sweets (which was also not re-filled). I guess breakfast is not an important meal for Italians but what was provided does not deserve the name "Breakfast" but is more an afternoon snack.

更像是个bnb,并且联系房东check in很难: 无人开门, 门口的电子邮箱也无人回复, 电话占线!!! 花了1个多小时才住进去. 如果房东坚持要继续营业,建议增加密码锁.

Recomendo.
Gostei da estadia, o quarto é amplo e confortável, o Marco (proprietário) muito gentil. O café da manhã é bem simples, um pão doce e café com leite. A localização é ótima, perto da estação de metrô e trem, vários restaurantes e lojas de souvenirs.

A estrutura do hotel por fora é muito velho, não tem recepção, o que causou um belo transtorno na hora de fazer check In já que tivemos que esperar a pessoa chegar até o hotel para abrir, ficamos mais de 30 minutos esperando. Não tive coragem de usar o elevador que é muito antigo e estreito. O quarto era bom, parece ter sido reformado. Porém, o café da manhã é uma piada, ganhamos três pães recheados com geleia e três sucos durante os três dias de estadia. E não tinha reposicão. Meu café da manhã era um pão muito ruim e suco de laranja. Odieiiii!

Hotel reformado, mas muito pequeno,café da manhã ridículo, sem TV,chuveiro bem ruim. A única vantagem é a proximidade com a estação Roma Termini. Mas não vale o que paguei.

Van hieruit highlights Rome goed te bezoeken (te voet en/of openbaar vervoer) vanwege nabijheid station Termini. Vriendelijke eigenaar die goed uitleg geeft. Omdat je in centrum slaapt natuurlijk wat verkeerslawaai, voor ons geen probleem. Schone kamer en badkamer. Prima bedden. Wifi liet soms te wensen over.

Para empezar este Hotel no tiene ni letrero en la calle , esta situado en una segunda planta de un edificio que tiene tres dormitorios ,no hay recepcion y el dueño te atiende la la llegada , que por cierto no sabe hablar español .NO HAY INTERNET Y NO HAY TELEVISiON , pagas unos servivion que no tienes.el desayuno esunos dulces que te dejan en la habitación al igual que el cafe , osea autoserviciosi te gusta lo que hay y si no te aguantas.Lo unico positivo es la limpieza y la ubicacion el resto sin comentarios.Por cierto te cobran 7 euros mas diarios por habitación doble.

Excellent rapport qualité prix !
Appartement composé de 3 chambres. La nôtre était impeccable, propre, grand lit confortable et belle salle de bain avec douche et grand miroir. Chaque chambre est sur le thème d'une fleur. Déco pas trop chargée pour autant mais plutôt moderne. Plateau petit déjeuner à disposition dans la chambre. Pour résumer, chambre idéale pour un séjour en amoureux pour les petits budgets mais sans faire l'impace sur la qualité.

La habitación estaba bien y muy limpia, pero es bastante ruidoso si la gente entra y sale por el pasillo. El desayuno normal. La situación es muy buena, al lado de termini, con bastante vida.

Die Pension (1 Wohnung im 2ten Stock)hat 3 Zimmer, keinen Aufenthaltsraum und zum Frühstück bekommt man eine Packung Kekse für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Kaffee darf man sich mit einer Espressomaschine selbst machen. Obwohl ich meinen Flug per email bekannt gegeben habe, war niemand anwesend um zu öffnen, ich musste erst nochmals telefonieren und wieder warten. Für einen 3 Tage Städteflug gerade machbar. Wenn man gerne bei offenen Fenstern schläft ist es ein Problem, denn es ist so laut das man mehrmals aufwacht - Müllabfuhr, Lieferungen an die umliegenden Geschäfte und Lokale etc.

Mancava la reception e la "colazione" era una confezione di nescafe e un bollitore. Inoltre non c'erano bustine di shampoo o bagno schiuma x la doccia. Comunque la camera era carina e pulita,che era la cosa più importante. Valutazione 2 stelline su 5.

很棒的地方,距離車站近,附近吃飯和買東西都相當方便!!!房間大小適中,住起來很舒適。唯一美中不足是淋浴時的水量,若遇到其他房間的房客一同洗澡,水壓會有不穩的情形,其他一切都很好!!

Great location for a great price.
The best part about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance from Roma Termini Train Station and Metro station. We were able to take the Metro to the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Also gave us many bus options The staff was also very courteous and helpful with questions we had regarding Rome.

Camera vicinissima alla stazione termini, pulita , come B&B il cestino dei biscotti era vuoto cosi che solo puoi prendere un tè o un caffe solubile in stanza . Per dormire e vasta va bene è pulito. Se andate portatevi gel, champu e quel che vi serve in bagno. Per noi donne il phon e di quelli da viaggio, quindi se volete farvi belle portatevi quello da casa. Non spaventatevi quando entrate nel portono troverete i bidoni della spazatura e anche la puzza. comunque la camera non è male.

If you like insect infestations & dirty rooms....
Everything about this hotel was horrible. I wish I had enough time to express all the negative things wrong with this hotel. The Italian government should shut them down! The hotel is in a very poor neighborhood, but then it gets worse. There is a bed bug infestation in the mattresses, my wife and I are still trying to stay sanitized after finally getting back to Los Angeles, CA. We are bitten all over our bodies with line bites from the bed bugs. It gets worse...The air conditioning was spewing out chunks of dirt into the room. we had to turn it off and open the windows, this added to the insect problem. It was the middle of August and we were also bitten my multiple mosquito bites. Oh and it gets WORSE! On the day we checked in, they had not cleaned the room. The last occupants old towels and disheveled room was just as they left it. They had us leave our bag and come back. When we got back, it was raining and we were tired, they "cleaned" the room, but left no towels. Doesn't really matter anyways because you can barely take a shower! The shower is so small you cant even bend over to wash your knees! But here's the best part, the shower head is a balloon. Yes folks, that is NOT a typo. The shower head is a BALLOON that fills up with water, and there are holes in it that spray water on to your body. I had to save that one for last. I have NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS IMAGINED SUCH A DISGRACE OF A HOTEL! I will be posting pictures for you non believers on TripAdvisor.

Ideal location to see the main attractions in Roms
Great location to visit all the main attractions in Rome. Just around the corner from the bus station so it makes travelling around Rome easy. Very helpful staff as well

酒店位置、房間整潔。 唯職員不是經常在旅館，check out時只有house keeper,謹記事前與職員安排退房時間及寄存行李時間。不然會錯過火車班次。
