음 안좋은거 없었음 저렴한가격에 진짜 좋은데서 묵은듯 ! 다음에 와도 또 올 의향있음 벌레도 없고 이불 깨끗하고 침대도 좋고 화장실까지 좋았음 다만 4박이었는데 화장실 휴지가 너무 부족해서 메세지 보냈는데 답장도 없이 휴지 못받아서 개인거 써야했음 첫날 점심 지나서 놀러 나가려고 씻고 있는데 문 몇번 두드리는 소리 들렸다가 대답 안하니 열쇠로 따고 들어옴 청소하시는 분이 .. 그래서 청소 안한다고 말씀 드렸더니 4일 내내 쓰레기통도 안비워주심 쓰레기통 비워달라고 휴지 달라고 메세지 보냈는데 씹힘 원래 4일 내내 원래 청소를 안해주는건지 그럼 첫날 문은 왜 따고 들어온건지 ..

Worst hotel don’t come here
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been at. The owners were aggressive and rude, they didn’t change any of the towels or bed sheets for our entire stay (4 days). They didn’t provide us with any shampoo or body wash. They charged us double the city tax fees that we were told we were going to pay on arrival without an offical receipt.

Worst hotel yet
Me and two others stayed in one room for over a week Overall: HORRIBLE 1) they never changed our sheets or pillow cases 2) had to ask for a change of towels and toilet paper even though the cleaner was in our room every day just to remake the bed using dirty sheets 3) when asking for more toilet paper they would only give us one roll for three people for the rest of our stay( which was 4 more days) 4) the owner was beyond rude to us upon arrival 5) old cigarettes could be found in the corners of the room and near the mini fridge 6) mold/mildew in the shower and mini fridge 7) men with keys tried to enter our room at 22:30 (10:30pm) without our permission When I asked the owner about it he refused to respond SCARY 8) beyond sketchy area -100/10

Too crappy for expensive price
Check in only till 11 pm and i had to call receptionist to his number because he wasnt even in reception. That was the only time i saw him in my 4 days. Internet didnt work for 2 days and they didnt change our towels or made the bed.

It is not signed and it is jot a hotel as it appears on this site. To start with, the reception was not in tbe building had to wait about 15mins for him to come and let us in, asked for a double bed and they told me the next day it will be sorted but during our stay of 5 days it was never done and since there was no reception, i couldn't bother to call and ask for this over the phone. On the other hand the cleaning lady was very helpful during our stay.

La ubicación es buena cerca de termini, donde salen todos los autobuses hacia el centro. Nosotros llegamos con el último vuelo sobre las 12 de la noche, pues sin decirlo en ningún lado nos cobraron 20€, por estar fuera de su horario de recepción, tanto fue así que en los tres dias que estuvimos no había nadie en recepción. Nosotros cuando llegamos solicitamos Transfer al aeropuerto y que nos guardaran la maletas hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto, pues allí no había nadie para hacer el check out, cansados de esperar nos fuimos y dejamos las llaves en la mesa de recepción. Por tanto, el servicio 0, no existe, la habitación limpia aunque solo funcionaba 1 enchufe de los 3 que habían para poder cargar el móvil.

Bohužel nedoporučuji
Ubytování bylo velkým zklamáním. Postele velmi nepohodlné, rozbité záchodovém prkénko, soukromí/odhlučnění žádné - cokoli se řešilo jinými hosty/personálem na recepci (chodbě) bylo slyšet a věřím že i naopak...hlavně zamrzí když se obsluha s někým hádá ve 21:00. Naopak musím pochválit každodenní úklid, to je bohužel jediné :( POZOR: recepce není otevřena dle otevíracích hodin (spíše o dohodě) pokud se i přesto pro toto ubytování rozhodnete, doporučuji zavolat den dopředu a dohodnout příjezd.

it’s about 8 minutes walk from termi station in Roma , so it’s very easy to walk about in Roma ,if you are looking for the budget hotel so this is the ideal one .

Muy muy poco recomendable
En general muy desagradable! No nos cambiaron las toallas en 3 días, ruido insoportable afuera hasta las 2 de la madrugada que se escuchaba desde la habitación. Muy poca higiene en el baño, no había papel del wc y el que había el primer dia estaba empezado. No teníamos fundas en las almohadas! No nos hicieron la cama el segundo día. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel al tercer dia por la mañana porque era penosa la estancia, y encima nos cobraron dos veces, una a la llegada y otra al cabo de dos dias, que nos cargaron en la tarjeta que pusimos en la reserva. El día que decidimos irnos le pregunté si nos iba a devolver la tasa municipal de las dos noches que no íbamos a hacer allí y me dijo que solo la del último día, la tasa eran 3’50€/noche x persona, éramos dos y me dio 10€ en vez de 7€ para que no me fuese descontenta😂 como si eso compensara todo lo demás. En fin un auténtico desastre.

Ibamos 5 personas y a 2 nos deribaron a otro motel porque no tenian la habitación. Al irnos tuvimos que dejar el dinero de las tasas con una nota porque no aparecia el de la recepcion. No limpian las habitaciones al dia. No hay productos de higiene. Y no sigo porque esto seria muy largo.

Habitación limpia, cama cómoda, baño correcto. Bien comunicado y cerca de monumentos importantes. Lo malo, el ruido de las habitaciones de alrededor se oye un poco, pero nosotros no tuvimos problemas para dormir.

One night stay
The location was convenient next to the Termini but still it was quite hard to find since there were no signs on the street. The room was nice and clean except for the bathroom being worn out and with no soap. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Guest House Castle is no castle!
The description of the facility amenities on the booking website was grossly exaggerated and misleading. Our 3-night stay turned out to be an unpleasant surprise. We were given a different room for each of the 3 nights we booked and paid for online 2 months prior to our arrival. For the first night, we were put in a sub-standard room on an upper floor that was desperately in need of repair, in fact in a hazardous condition with unsightly exposed wires connected to the inoperable window air conditioning unit and an unhinged towel rack dangling from the bathroom wall. On the second day upon returning from our outing, we found that the room we stayed the night before had new occupant and our belongings have been moved to a nearby storage room. We were then given a room on the lower floor that just became available. This room had a double bed without a headboard or a refrigerator. The bed was next to a window within earshot of the neighoring units across a rundown courtyard so small that conversation, noise of cooking and dishwashing activities can be heard loud and clear throughout the evening. For the 3rd night stay, upon returning from our outing, we were surprised once again to find that our belongings have been moved to another room on the same floor. This time it was a decently furnished room overlooking the street half a floor below, with a window heavily guarded by security-bar and interior shutters. Too bad this room was not available for our entire stay.

Bij aankomst rond 18:00 was er niemand in het guesthouse aanwezig. Na een telefoontje waren ze echter bijzonder behulpzaam en flexivel. De kamer zelf was netjes, de hygiëne in met name de badkamer scoort geen voldoende. De buurt, het ligt op loopafstand van Termini, maar voelt niet heel prettig aan. Het is alleen een plek om te slapen. Wel is er gratis Wifi en de gastheer was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor mensen met een beperkt budget en een flexibele houding als reiziger is het een prima plek. Voor de kritische toerist zou ik aanraden toch iets meer geld uit te geven voor een hotel met iets meer service. Maar wij hebben het er alles bij elkaar verder goed gehad, als slaapplaats.

Süßes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Guest House hat 5 Zimmer in einem normalen Wohnhaus. Handtücher werden gestellt, es gibt einen Föhn und W-Lan. Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Ecke ist von der Lage her ideal (direkt am Termini), leider ist es dadurch nachts etwas lauter (was uns aber nicht gestört hat). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist über die Maßen gut! So günstig ein ordentliches Zimmer zu bekommen hätte ich nicht vermutet. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

The hotel is easy to reach. The front desk manned by Rashel is very helpful with directions, advice and things to do. He communicate well with English. There's no 24 hour person in the front desk but Rashel waited for us close to midnight when we check in.

OTTIMO AFFITTACAMERE
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti dall'11 ottobre al 13 ottobre in camera matrimoniale. Camera pulita e confortevole. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La stanza è molto grande. Tra i vantaggi vi è la presenza del wifi e consentono di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza in modo da sfruttare sino all'ultimo il soggiorno. Consigliato.
