유럽 첫 경유지 로마에서의 첫 숙박.
역에서 15분이라는 거리는 여행자에겐 무시할수 없는 거리다. 이곳저곳을 돌다가 떼르미니에서 15분간의 도보는 피로를 가중시킨다. 호텔이라고 하기엔 많이 부족한 서비스, 조식이 7:45부터라는 건 더욱 여행자를 배려하지 않는 것이었고..

로마 시내에 있는 개인 호텔의 기분을 느낄 수 있다
베르리니 역에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치에 있는 호텔이다 호스트는 상당히 친절하게 응대해 주었고 욕실의 청결도는 만족스럽고 수압도 좋았다. 방은 춥지 않게 난방이 잘 되었다. 트레비 분수가 걸어서 10분이내이고 스페인 광장/계단도 20분 이내에 갈 수 있고 떼르미니 역에도 걸어 갈 수 있는 위치에 있다. 호텔 간판이 없고 초인종 옆에 작게 있으므로 주소를 잘 찾는 요령이 필요하다.

The shower had mold, was told the curtain would be replaced but it was just lightly cleaned. The air conditioning was very good. Right around the hotel is dirty and it’s on a steep hill. Close to the tourist attractions. Good place to just sleep and that’s it.

No había el desayuno en si
El anuncio decia que nos ofrecía el desayuno incluido pero en realidad era de hacernos en la cafetera del cuarto con unos panes y yogurt que funda que nos pasaban , aparte de prevenir a los futuros clientes que no se pueden llevar las llaves de vuestra habitación… “son obligados a dejarla en el ingreso”.

This was not a hotel, it was a poorly converted apartment building. It was filthy, and unsafe. Avoid at all costs!

Quite a disappointment - the Luxury Rooms H 2000
In my opinion, the accommodation Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma is not a hotel but mostly a hostel or guest house. There was no elevator in the Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma. We had to carry our suitcases (23 kg / 51 lb, lbs each) to the second floor in a cramped staircase. The soundproofing of the room was non-existent so if you want to stay in a room where even the quietest sounds from the next room can be heard, then you should stay in the Luxury Rooms H 2000 Roma. The room was not in good condition. In my opinion, the room was in satisfactory condition. The bathroom was good and clean, nothing to complain about. We didn't see any staff other than one person who was friendly. In my opinion, the price of the accommodation did not match the level of the accommodation. A few words about breakfast - there was a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was a small yogurt and a dry bread roll. The room had a coffee maker/kettle and coffee powder and tea. Breakfast was to be enjoyed in one's own room. The breakfast was very poor. I would not go to this accommodation again.

Decadente.
El nombre engaña.Quizá en otro tiempo fue "luxury" ahora es un hotel decadente. La habitación individual es un plegatin. Te dejan el desayuno para que te lo hagas tú en la habitación (un croissant embolsado, cápsula de café, jugo de fruta de tetrabrik, yogurt y leche en el minibar) aunque cualquiera se fía de tomarlo ya que está estropeado. Varias veces lo advertí y nadie hizo nada (dormí tres noches)Lástima porque tiene muy buena ubicación. La limpieza justa y el mantenimiento de instalaciones diría que es más que olvidado de hace años.No volveré a hospedarme allí.

Great place for the price. Its cozy and the two staff members are so friendly and helpful. It is exactly what you pay for perfect for Solo travelers and amazing location. Less than a 10 min walk for Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain.

Leider, war das Hotel….einfach ein paar Zimmer mit halben Fenstern. Das mit dem Transfer bri der Ankunft hat nicht funktioniert, darum durftrn wir dann 20 Euro mehr bezahlrn für ein normales Taxi🙄 Zimmer tragisch, ausser den Betten, die waren bequäm. Die Dame von der mini Reception hat auch dorft gewohnt mit ihrem „schmudeligen“ stinkigem Hund. Badezimmer war einigermassen. Frühstück, ein Croissont im Zimmer. Umgebung war der Hammer👍Mitten in Rom von sllen Sehenswürdigkeiten, darum sind wir auch geblieben. Nicht wirklich empfehlenswert, aber die Fotos zeigen halt was anderes. Aber unsere Zeit in Rom war trotzdem mega schön.

The coffee maker didn’t work, everything was old, dirty and outdated. Couldn’t get us a taxi, no hair salon or bicycles to rent and was hard to communicate with.

Every staff who I met was kind and welcoming. This hotel is located in a slight slope. It’s near to walk to metro and bus stop.

I would not stay here again. I know Roma is over 2000 yrs old but the state of the rooms is far cry from my expectation at 200E a night. My brothers room base mattress was extremely nasty. I will forward picture upon return from my trip

I’ve no idea where to begin but my overall experience was 0 ! For 4 people they gave us a tiny tiny room with 3 beds although they were aware of a baby being on the booking no baby bed was provided Twice was told they will bring baby bed but we never saw it! The rooms are tiny and dusty expect a lot of dust! And they said breakfast included what they mean is they have these dry cheap croissant in the room that are terrible ! That’s what they mean breakfast

Never saw or spoke to anyone at the reception desk multiple times during out short stay of one night. Everytime we went by there was no one there. Then I received an email later that we didn’t check in. Our key was left on the counter instructing us to let ourselves in.

The room we stayed in was outdated, bedspread looked old, and the shower curtain was old and stained, bathroom was very small, especially shower area. AC was the best part of the room

Very nice and helpful staff. Bathroom was small and outdated. The bed and pillows surprised us as they were really comfortable even if not fancy. The free breakfast is “European style”, so some dry items left in the room the previous day. It was ok. For the Quebec tourists, this hotel is in the same building than the Quebec delegation office in Rome. Could be helpful.

Great location. Hotel was very small for three adults and the queen bed broken in the middle of the night. Breakfast was bread and yogurt.

Advertising on the hotel was very misleading. The distances to main areas where further. They had advertised breakfast included. You received a prepackaged croissant in a bag and that was it. Drink not included you had to pay per item. I was very disappointed in this hotel.
