Monsieur, Madame, nous vous remercions d’avoir sejourné à l’Hotel Hassler pendant votre visite à Rome mais nous regrettons que votre expérience n'ait pas été aussi agréable que nous l'aurions souhaité. Concernant la réservation du restaurant, malheureusement notre restaurant Michelin Imago était complet le soir du 23 octobre et nous n'avons pas pu vous satisfaire bien que nous vous avons proposé de dîner sur notre terrasse panoramique au 7ème étage. C'est en effet l'un des endroits les plus romantiques de Rome ! Merci également de nous avoir signalé le problème technique lié au dysfonctionnement du téléphone dans votre chambre : le personnel de maintenance a déjà réglé le problème et nous sommes désolés de ne pas l'avoir su pendant votre séjour car nous serions intervenus immédiatement. Encore une fois, nous regrettons votre déception, mais nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires qui sont utiles pour améliorer notre service.
