당황했지만 생각보다 좋음
예약할때 별관 본관이 따로있다는 글을 못봤는데, 별관예약됨. 별관은 그리멀지 않지만 오래된아파트에 방이 있다고 보면됨 덕분에 조식 체크인 체크아웃 불편함 로마특성상 건물이 오래돼서 별관은 4성 호텔에 맞지않는 시설을 볼수있을거임 막상들어가면 싱글룸치고는 굉장히 크고 깔끔함 룸 컨디션만좋음

엄청 청결하고 주변에 명소가 많음 아침 조식은 깔끔하고 빵 종류가 많아 좋았으면 머신 커피가 맛있었어요

지하철역과 가깝지만 오래도록 운행하지 않는 역이라 거리상 이점은 그리 크지 않습니다. 도보로 다니기는 괜찮으나 전체적으로 봤을때 떼르미니역 근처가 더 좋은 듯 합니다 조식은 나쁘지 않으나 스탭들이 그렇게 친절한 편은 아닙니다. 방은 굉장히 좁은 편으로 2인 기준 캐리어 펼쳐 사용하기 다소 꽉찹니다.

위치 좋아요
로마 시내에 위치해서 바티칸을 제외하고 모든 관광지들을 걸어다닐 수 있어서 참 좋았어요. 일찍 나가야해서 조식 못먹는다니까 종이봉투에 몇가지 담아서 주시더라구요~ 직원분들도 친절하시고 편안하게 이용하고 갑니다.

동네가 안전하고 깨끗해요~ 트레비 분수랑 3분 거리이고 조식도 맛있습니다 ㅎㅎ 공항 드랍서비스가 있어서 55유로 주고 편하게 이동했어요

Lovely and clean hotel with helpful staff, the rooftop bar is excellent! Only downer was that the AC in the room wasn’t working.

I was unaware at the time of booking that my hotel room would be located in a separate building. After checking in, we were advised to go back outside, walk down the street, enter a dark green door, navigate another hallway, take an elevator past people's condos, and finally arrive at the other part of the hotel. The front door was difficult to find, and the hallway leading to my room was very dark, unlit, and seemed like something straight out of a horror movie. Eventually, I made it to the room, which was overall very nice. The bed was extremely hard, and there was a bit of noise from the hall, but overall, it was nice.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming, and close to amenities. The only downside was the small spa wasn’t private and had to share with strangers.

La struttura è pulita, le camere sono di dimensioni buone e sopratutto è collocata in posizione ottimale per un viaggio di piacere e per conoscere tutte le bellezze storiche di Roma. Sicuramente sarà un nostro punto di riferimento nei prossimi viaggi a Roma.

Definitivamente lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación y el spa! A 5 minutos de Fontana di Trevi y Piazza Spagna. Nos hospedaron en un edificio contiguo, y no tengo problema con eso, ya que nos obsequiaron el spa gratuito, 45 minutos al día. El único problema con el edificio contiguo es que están trabajando albañiles en el mismo piso, hay mucho polvo y ruido y ocasiones los trabajadores acaparan el elevador para subir sus materiales y toca usar las escaleras (Quinto piso). Fuera de eso, los desayunos fueron bueno, los cuartos no estaban insonorizados, en la noche se escuchaba todo el ruido de la siguiente habitación. El personal fué muy amable.

Nos gusto todo, muy centrico, puedes ir a pie a muchos lugares de interes. Si necesitas dejar la maleta antes de coger la habitacion te la guardan amablemente y despues te la suben a la habitacion. Todo el personal muy agradable. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Hotel was very poorly maintained. Shower drain, TV, WIFI, hair dryer, and phone all did not work. A shower rack fell off the wall. Gym equipment was broken and they even charged $2 if you wanted water in the gym. For the price and 4 stars its very misleading. Only positive was the location and staff were friendly.

Nous n'étions pas logé dans l'hôtel mais dans une "dépendance". Soit un autre bâtiment 50 m plus loin. Pas d'indication sur l'annonce. Pas de ventilation dans la chambre, donc de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Pour un hôtel 4*, les chambres pourraient être mieux entretenues. On en attend plus pour le prix

No power or water in a 4-star hotel?!
Considering in the description it said the hotel was 'one tower/building' and rooms were across 5 floors, we didn't expect to be taken all the way down the street to another building which has none of the amenities we thought we were paying for. The first morning, the power and water went off at 9am. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful and it turns out that the sign in Italian on the front door actually said this was planned work and it wouldn't be restored until 4pm. We are appalled that the hotel would take our money knowing that we would have no power or water for a day and now are refusing to refund us for that night. The power and water didn't actually come back on until 8pm either so we had to use our phone torches, as it was pitch black in our room and down the 5 flights of stairs. The staff did nothing to help or reassure us and we never even got an apology. The next day the water was freezing cold. The 'annex' building also felt unsafe, there was no visible fire exit and no smoke alarm in our room. As a result, some guests were obviously smoking in their rooms as we had a strong smell of smoke in our room. During the power outage, the door to the street and the hotel lobby door were left propped open for periods of time so anyone could walk straight to our hotel door. How this hotel has 4 stars, I have no idea and I can't believe how much money we paid to have the experience we did. We'd have been better off staying in a youth hostel.
