We had great time. Hotel was clean, staffs were kind, didn’t have any surprises. Most of all, the location was perfect for us. 4-5 minute walk to colosseum and there were some really nice restaurants in 1-2 minute walking distance!

The hotel was not bad actually, but..
The hotel was not bad except bad-wifi connection in the room. Robby was well connected.. It is near the colosseum so you can walk around the colosseum whenever you want. It was good. and Hotel employees were all kind. It was 1.4km distance from the termini station if you go by walk but 3km distance by car. and took about 5-minutes by car. In conclusion, it was not a bad choice. but you have to be cautious about one thing. that tatol hotel fee. Actually first when I see the price in hotel.com It was may be 110dollar for one day(Non-refundable) . so I purchased for 3 days I expected the total price would be 360~370 dollar including tax. But.. the tatol price was about 580 dollar. I missed that the room fee were 330 dollars for 3 days but the tax was about 250 dollars.. (It was not clearly marked enough to be missed). when I purchased it .... So,, plz be cautios about it and dont make this kind of mistakes like me...

콜로세움이랑 가까워서 오며가며 지겹도록 봤어요 ㅎㅎ 테르미니 역까진 택시타시는게 낫고 우버보다는 호텔에서 불러주는거 타는게 훨 싸고 빠르더라고요. 주변에 마트비슷한 까페들이 많아서 밤 늦게도 맥주나 마실거 사러 나갔습니다. 안전하고 조용한 동네에요!! 조식도 괜찮고요, 테라스엔 비둘기랑 같이 식사하실수 있으니 실내 추천 드립니다

전반적으로 호텔은 친절하고 객실은 깔끔했으며 무엇보다 호텔 주변이 교통은 편리하면서도 조용하여 매우 마음에 들었다. 특히, 한국인은 물론 동양인이 전무하여 비로소 여행온 기분을 낼 수 있는 매우 흡족한 호텔이었다.

The front desk was very friendly, helpful beyond belief and a pleasure to talk to. My wallet fell under the bed, I hadn’t noticed, and only when we were far onto our next destination did I notice they had been trying to reach me to tell me. They organized shipping it to me and I’m very grateful.

We stay there for 7 nights. I'm not sure why this hotel has such a high rating but our experience is definitely not as high as we expected. The hotel is a 3-star in disguise and it shows with the quality of the service they provide. When we first arrived outside the hotel gate with our suitcases, the receptionist saw us approaching, despite knowing there is a flight of stairs to climb in order to reach the lobby, she neither offered nor facilitated another employee to help us. Her attitude does not make you feel welcomed, and she even says "you're welcome" before you say "thank you." When you go in and out of the hotel, only occasionally the person at the bar would greet you, the people at the reception would literally pretend to be busy so they don't have to greet you when they see you coming. This hotel is also stingy AF, they only provide you 1 time free INSTANT coffee in your room. They provide you with so many mini-bar options that they can't even keep track of if you used any. I had to tell them that they placed an extra bottle of water and handed it back to the mini-bar person to avoid the charges, in the end, the reception still tried to charge me with it. Anyway, this is the most disappointing hotel experience I had in my Italy trip, especially after our wonderful time in Florence. By the way, ask them to change your room if it's on the first floor. It is really noisy and you get no privacy as it is next to a road in an area full of bars and restaurants.

Very nice property close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to colosseum. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. Would stay here again. Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable.

I like the convenience of having complimentary bath soap, hand soap, lotion, shaving kit, cotton tipped swabs for cleaning my ears after showers, and makeup remover kits; the safe and quiet area; the cleanliness of the hotel, and that my linens and used towels were changed. One constructive feedback to hotel management: Please alert guests on your website/reservation website and at check-in of the following so that international travelers who may not be aware of your hotel’s or of Europe’s unique technologic regulations are not caught off-guard: 1) your hotel has safety technology that requires the electronic key card to always be inserted and stay inserted in the key card holder slot in each room not only for safet teasons but also to control the lights in the room; tell guests that lights will not turn on if this is not done; I was not told this latter part, so I had to ask how to turn lights on. because I forgot to put the key card in the key card holder slot; tell guest to remove and take the key card with them when they leave the room; 2) the electric outlets do not work if guests have only two-pronged plugs on their ekectronic devices; tell guests where to buy compatible adapters; 3) there are no irons. The things I did not like: No iron; the hotel was so old that the bathroom fan did not work, so the bathroom fogged up after showers. If I had had a longer stay, I would have said something to management, but my stay was only two nights, so I said nothing.

The room was beautiful, spacious, very modern, and had a very comfortable bed. The front desk and maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the Colosseum, Forum. A couple of lights didn’t work and maintenance had to come fix the TV connection, and our maintenance request was responded to quickly. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Overall, the stay at this hotel was pretty average. The staff was pleasant to interact with and the bartender in the bar below was excellent. The rooms are comfortable with good bedding and pillows. It is on the quiet side and bit further away from some of the busier and exciting areas in town (spanish steps, etc). But is in a great location if you are looking for a place near the colosseum (six minute walk). House keeping did a good job of cleaning the room but the tea / coffee were not refilled regularly and neither was the body wash. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. We had two connecting rooms and the smaller bathroom had a shower area that was an extremely small enclosed square with no lighting. The bathroom smelled like mildew and it had a noticeably bad smell all the time. We developed an allergy after two days of staying there and when looking around we noticed that the bathroom had a lot of black mold on the ceiling of the shower area. It was not immediately noticeable as the shower area does not have any lights. We took a video of the same but not sure if we can share it in this review. To give the hotel credit they did “clean” the mold after we informed them of it but were not apologetic about it and almost seemed annoyed. Additionally, in the second bathroom the water did not flow in the sink smoothly and the sink would just fill up while using it. In summary, if not for the mold in the bathroom would probably have given it a 4 rating.

This is the nicest hotel in all of Rome, at least among the many I've stayed at! Wonderful staff, luxurious accommodations, great breakfast, perfect location at the quiet end of the street but near the Colosseum and restaurants.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Thanks to Massimo, Katia, Giuseppe, Karina, Abul, the night shift reception staff and the Resturant staff for a memorable stay on my first visit to Italy!! I’ll definitely return soon and have recommended the hotel to my friends.

5 min walk from the Colosseum. Several restaurants and market around the corner. Has a fitness room, which many places I looked at didn't. The area around was ok, but upscale or trendy, but it fits the neighborhood of the Colosseum. The staff was courteous and very friendly and accommodating. There was a pretty good selection of things to eat for the breakfast bar (hot, cold, baked goods). Metro is about 10 min walk away and UBER/Taxi always seemed to be just around the corner and never waited for more than 2-5 mins. My only gripe was there was some construction the first morning I was there, but that was from outside and the wasn't there subsequent days. The staff offered to change rooms if I had wanted. I had a very good stay!
