예약하실 분들은 본관과 별관 주소를 잘 보고 방을 예약하세요. (main building 이외에 적혀있는 건 별관 주소입니더. 별관은 리셉션이 따로 없어요.) 저는 별관인 건 알고 갔는데 방음이 너무 안됐어요. 옆 방에서 화장실 사용할 때마다 물 소리가 너무 크고, 대화하는 소리도 다 들렸습니다. 4박 동안 하루는 청소도 제대로 안해주고 갔어요. 이 호텔이 4성급이 맞나 싶더라고요. 스페인 광장 옆이라 관광하기에 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 방 크기가 다른 호텔보다 조금 더 큰 점도 좋았고요.

나름대로 관리가 잘 되어 있으나 너무 좁아요
나름대로 깨끗하게 관리하고 있고, 직원들도 친절한 편이지만 침대에 조그만 개미가 나올 때가 있었습니다ㅜㅜ 그리고 방이 너무 너무 좁아서 24인치 캐리어 펴는 것도 힘들었어요ㅜㅜ그허나 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 뽐삐 티라미수 20초 컷이에요~ 스페인 광장도 1분? 2분?정도에요~~

I stayed for 5 days, overall was satisfied. The staffs were kind, the room was clean and the location was perfect. One thing need to be mentioned is the room size. There was tiny space other than the bed.

프런트에 직원이 유쾌해서 좋았고 룸도 깨끗하고 기본설비가 잘 되어있었습니다. 스페인광장이 바로앞이고 판테온과 트레비분수도 10분거리에 있어서 자주 들리기 좋았습니다. 다만 본관근처 별관에 묵었었는데 옆방 사람들의 목소리가 너무 잘들려서 방음은 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

Last place to stay in Rome
High price, terrible interior, poor service. I would never visit this place again or never recommend to anyone. Total waste of my time. I can share the whole story but it even wastes our time. Just don’t stay here.

황당한 호텔
메인 호텔로 택시를 이용하여 도착하였습니다... 갑자기 나의 숙소는 300미터가량 떨어진 별관이라고 하더라구요... 난감했습니다... 발이 너무 아파서 택시로 이동하였는데... 바로 멀리 떨어진 곳으로 빠르게 이동하느라 힘들었습니다. 별관이라는 곳은 로비도 없고 식당도 없고... 조식포함으로 예약하였는데... 조식은 이용할 수 없고 미니바는 공짜라더군요... 하지만 미니바라고 대단할것도 없고 딱 우리나라 후진 모텔 수준이었습니다.. 난감한 호텔... 의사소통도 잘 안되고...완전 별로네요... 조식을 잃어버린 슬픔...

최고의 위치
전 별관에서 머물렀습니다. 위치가 최고입니다. 다들 로마가서 꼭 가보고 싶어하는 티라미수집인 뽐삐가 문열고 나오면 바로 앞에 있습니다. 스페인광장까지 걸어서 1분 거리입니다. coop까지 걸어서 2~3분(구글 지도에 오류있으니 확인해야함)? 까르푸는 좀 더 가깝구요. 기타 쇼핑 및 볼거리 아주 지근거리에 있어 걸어서 금새 이동이 가능합니다. 메트로도 걸어서 3분이면 가요. 다만 로마 시내 어딜 가나 그렇듯이 건물이 오래되었습니다. 그래서 방음은 상당히 심하게 안됩니다. 하지만 호텔 경영 마인드가 확실히 되어있어서, 직원들 서비스 매우 좋고 애초에 낡은 호텔 건물에 비해서는 매우 관리가 잘 되고 있다고 보여집니다.

괜히 후기에 위치랑 조식얘기만 나오는게 아니었네요. 몇발짝 가면 스페인광장과 명품거리에 슈퍼마켓(coop)도 근처고 티라미수로 유명한 폼피도 코앞이에요. 조식도 금액대비 종류도 많은 편이고 훌륭합니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 늘 즐거워보입니다. 특히 저녁때 리셉션에 계신 분은 정말 유쾌하심.. 단점을 나열하자면 가장큰건 사람들이 물을 많이쓰는 시간대에는 지혼자 물이 뜨거워졌다 차가워졌다 난리난다는 점입니다. 냉수마찰에 화상입을뻔한 적이 꽤 있었네요. 그리고 잠깐이라도 호텔을 나갈때는 꼭 키를 맡겨야 하는데 은근 귀찮더군요. 시설은 딱 모텔생각하시면 될것같습니다. 물온도 바뀌는것만 빼면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔이었네요.

Generally speaking, nice stay
Location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing. Employees were very kind. Mattress was a little bit uncomfortable. But it was nice stay for one night in the center of Rome.

St lucia역에서 캐리어와 함께는 10~15분, 그냥 걸어서는 10분 미만의 거리입니다. 다리를 건너야 하는데 캐리어를 끌고 오르기가 조금 힘들었다는 점을 제외하고는(그러나 예약시 감안한 부분이기도 했음) 바로 5분 거리에 무라노, 산마르코 광장으로 갈 수 있는ㅈp.le roma 수상버스 정거장도 있고 정거장 옆에 coop슈퍼도 있어서(8am to 8pm)편했어요. 프론트는 24시간 운영되며 베네치아 지도와 주요관광지와 숙소 사이의 교통정보를 제공해줍니다. 조식은 토스트, 크로와상을 비롯한 빵 네댓가지와 서너가지의 치즈와 햄 종류들, 세 종류의 주스와 소시지, 스크램블드에그, 요거트, 각종 잼 소스 스프레드류, 과일, 뮤즐리와 씨리얼이 제공되었고 커피와 티도 주문받는대로 내려줍니다. 기대 이상이었고요. 베네치아는 두 번째 방문인데 다른 곳보다 숙소 가성비가 낮은 도시임을 감안하면 가격대비 추천할 만한 것 같네요. 직원들의 친절한 서비스도 포함해서요.

We loved staying at Hotel Condotti. The staff, front desk and bellmen were very warm, friendly and accomodating. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The area was great! It was so close to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. There were a lot of dining options and places to shop that were walkable. Staying at this hotel made our trip to Italy very memorable and enjoyable.

This Hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to the Spanish Steps and also several restaurants and shopping if that's your thing. The hotel's staff are helpful, polite and ultimately keen to ensure your stay is pleasant. I would definitely return if travelling to Rome again.

This place is wonderful. I stayed for 5 days here and will definitely stay again. The entire staff was extremely nice & helpful. Located in a perfect and safe area. You will be walking distance to most cultural places, there’s also a vast selection for dinning and shopping all walking distance. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I highly suggest it.

We loved our stay! Our room was spacious, clean and very cozy. We had issues with wifi and tv not working in the room, and they immediately moved us to an upgraded suite. We loved how accommodating all staff were.

I booked in Expedia Hotel Mario de Fiori and because it is closed, without informing me they sent me to tCondotti boutique hotel, They didn’t have a room there available so , they sent me in one of their propriety in Via del Corso . The stuff was great, kind helpful, but I didn’t like the propriety, we didn’t like our room at all, uncomfortable and pretty small .. Many things went wrong including the price fir such a ugly room

Great central location. All the sites and shops were within easy distance. Clean and well maintained Only 2 downsides were the aircon didn’t go below 16 which was too warm overnight. Could be more of an issue in the summer. My shower doors weren’t sealed properly so the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower.

A wonderful situation, great for walking to all the main sites. A high standard of accommodation at a reasonable price. It’s well worth paying for breakfasts, served in a small restaurant next to the hotel. Really helpful and efficient staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in late February and would highly recommend! We booked by chance and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere as it was just 30 minutes to either the Vatican or the Colosseum. The street can be a bit on the noisy side but the selection of eateries and shops on the literal doorstep outweighed that for us. Upon arrival we even had a free room upgrade and it was just lovely - so spacious, clean and modern. Overall we couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient location but I had reached out to the property earlier to advise it was for my honeymoon and they told me that they would do a few special things and I was all excited but they didn't do anything... Thats the only downfall, but other than that it was ok.

We stayed at their apartment hotel which meant we had to find the hotel first, and check-in and then walk with lots of bags for 10 minutes. Once you arrived, you enter the building with a code and key and make your way to the second floor where security is somewhat limited and no staff in view. The room was comfortable for three people and we enjoyed the view of the New Year Parade from our window. We were able to open the window and have a wonderful time watching it. It is also walking distance from the Spanish Steps and lots of shopping around to do.

Beautiful hotel accessible to everything and shopping. Close to the metro, around the corner taxis. Loved it. Clean room very spacious. Amenities all good. Beds are very comfortable. They did my reservation for my airport shuttle and everything was smooth. I would recommend them. I definitely will return to this hotel when I come back to Rome. You get your moneys worth. Everyone is also nice and attentive.
