추천하고 싶지 않습니다.
일단 메인 도로쪽이 아니라는 점이 가장 큰 단점이였습니다. 지인이 호텔까지 데려다 주는데 일방통행길이 많아 엄청 돌고돌아 겨우 도착했구요 로마특유의 안 좋은 길을 따라 캐리어를 들고 호텔로 오가는데 너무너무 힘이 들었습니다. 그리고 호텔이 생각보다 너무 작고 조식도 메뉴도 부실 커피도 맛이 없구요. 왜 평점이 높은지 모르겠더군요. 단 직원들은 매우 친절했어요. 두 번 다시는 안 갈것 같구요. 추천도 안 할 것 같습니다.

지하철역에서 가깝고 콜로세움 가까움
테르미니역에서 한정거장거리로 지하철역 에서 가까워요 콜로세움까지도 걸어다닐만 하구요 직원들도 친절해요 시설상태는 보통이에요 그런데 화장실 샤워호스걸이부분에 끼어있던 머리카락이 3일내내 치워지지않았고 옆방소리방음이 전혀안되서 마지막날 잠드는데 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ

For those 3 liners/TLDR folks: room 10/10, (bathroom 10/10), neighbourhood 10/10, staff 20/10. Did not try hotel food. For the ones that like details: We had a family suite. Room was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 11 & 13). Room was clean, beds were comfortable, room temperature was perfect (early March). There was an AC unit in the room, but we didnt need it. Location. Location. Location. Everything is walking distance. 8min to the Colosseum, if you walk slowly. 10-15 to Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Vatican is also walkable, but we took a cab and walked our way back through Trastevere and Jewish ghetto, stopping here and there for snacks and aperitivo. The neighbourhood has plenty of good restaurants (Mizio for a porchettta sandwich, thank me later). What makes me recommend this hotel however, is the staff. You can only really assess the quality of the staff on how they respond when things go wrong and for us, they were simply amazing. I will spare the details, but my daughter redecorated the bathroom with her late night meal resurfacing at 3am. The gentleman at reception was at our door within minutes with cleaning supplies. Poor lad. It. Was. Bad. He was so nice about it and asked us how our daughter was feeling the next day. I did a little ninja roll on the cobble stones and injured myself a little on our last day. They provided ice and first aid supplies and again, demonstrated genuine care. Super helpful and had great recommendations.

This was by far the best hotel staff we’ve ever had. They took care of all of our needs, going above and beyond in many areas. This was our first trip to Rome and we would recommend everyone staying here. We were in the annex building, which does require a good amount of stairs, but that is Rome lol

We loved this boutique hotel and everything about it. The staff was attentive and helpful, the location was great and just a few blocks from the colosseum but felt very much like you were in an old Italian neighborhood. We will be back again and would recommend Hotel Duca D'Alba to our friends and family traveling to Rome!

Everything was lovely at first, but on our second (and last night) we woke up in the morning with ants in the bed and all over the floor. We notified reception but nothing was done so won’t be coming back!

Hotel Duca d'Alba does not have elevators and they put us in a room on the 2nd floor. Although they helped us get our luggage up and down, climbing the stairs was difficult as were senior citizens. This was very annoying and uncomfortable. We were not happy about it. Javed Khan

Hotel well placed to see all the major sites of Rome. Room was compact but acceptable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Buffet breakfast was average, nothing special. Would return there on a future trip.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location & close to Colosseum and the train station is just walking distance. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Everything is walking distance.

This is not a 4 star hotel. At best, it is a two star hotel. The service was good and the location is great but it is not a four star at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and the room was very clean and was a good size considering other options. The air conditioning was great and needed it in the heat we had. Would recommend it

A convenient location to walk around the city and the hotel had some nice art deco style design. But it was very noisy around the property (street cleaning and rubbish removal at 3am woke me up). The room (admittedly a single was very small), you had to be careful not to step into the toilet from the shower, the bed was also a bit too firm. So you are paying for the location really (but as noted if you’re a light sleeper this could be problematic). Staff were friendly enough but limited facilities and space in the general hotel.

W\h At a great find, we have really enjoyed staying at the Duca D’Alba so central to everything that Rome has to offer all within walking distance. There are so many restaurants in the area to choose from The staff have all been very nice and helpful would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Rome
