일인실 히터가 바람이 너무 바로 얼굴로 쬐이게되는 위치에 있음. 일인실 침대는 성인 남자에겐 많이 작을 수도 있음. 그치만 호텔 위치, 청결도, 인터넷 등은 매우 만족스러움

Dirty bathroom and terrible service
We recently stayed in Hotel King on our visit to Rome and it was awful. On arriving at the hotel we were a bit disappointed that the room was not as nice as what had been advertised, and then had some problems. The shower and bathroom floor was dirty and had hair from the previous visitors. We complained and asked for it to be cleaned. After housekeeping had visited and seemingly only wiped the sink and toilet, there was still hair on the floor and in the shower. We asked if there was another room that we could be moved to but they said they could not accommodate that. We emailed the management to complain about the problems but received no response. I then tried to chase up why they had not responded but never heard from them. Avoid this hotel. It really did spoil an otherwise nice time away.

Excellent location. Clean. Enjoyed the balcony. The bed was hard and the one pillow each was not enough and flat, no support. The reception staff were pleasant.

Lovely hot shower & cold AC in great location
Perfectly nice hotel with incredible excellent location- 2 stops from Termini station, steps from Spanish Steps and restaurants and shopping. Very safe area. Hotel is no frills, but feels safe and shower is really nice! AC worked perfectly and got nice and cold! Honestly a perfect stay.

The hotel has some good and some bad points. I chose based on its great location being minutes walk from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Room size was perfect , fridge with balcony terrace. On the downside the beds are hard and difficult to sleep on being a side sleeper. The aircon was super noisy and the opera cats in next door theatre can be heard (if you want some early shuteye). On my final day I made the mistake of asking to call a cab, being told to walk down to the piazza and hail one. But in all my Rome experience was great and location was perfect.

Valid option for a one night stay in Rome. The hotel is central, easily accessible from public transport and close to all the main landmarks. Terrace is amazing for a morning coffee with a splendid view

Just a wonderful place to stay. It would be nice if they had an in room refrigerator but not a deal breaker. My wife and I stayed in #319 the Superior Double room with balcony and enjoyed 6 beautiful nights. Staff was great!

Bel établissement mais bruyant, sans solution
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, la qualité des chambres et des services est indéniable mais un grand bémol : le bruit de 21h à 23h30 chaque nuit, on assiste au spectacle de la salle se trouvant sous les chambres. C est très dérangeant voir presque inacceptable, on entend l’orchestre, les voix et toutes les vibrations de la salle de spectacle. Je pense vraiment que de ne pas le signaler est presque une arnaque impossible de se reposer avant minuit. Je n ose imaginer avec des enfants en bas âge. La dernière nuit, samedi, a provoqué des cris et hurlements en réaction de la part de nouveaux arrivants à l’hôtel. Le pire est que le personnel n’y est pour rien et ne peu rien y faire, mais les clients devraient être informés, d’autant les prix des chambres.

Aire acondicionando no funcionaba fui a la recepción y la contestación del personal fue que estaban presentando problemas con los aire acondicionado a lo cual me dijo abre la ventana y ya que al otro día se supone que lo arreglaran cosa que no pasó toda mi estadía fue sin aire el clima era caluroso y no tener calefacción fue un desastre.

Nice hotel. Rooms are fully renovated and functional. Convenient amenities and staff very friendly. Location top notch, in the earth of Rome, close to Fontana di Trevi and other historical spots. Good public transportation connections. Highly recommended.

Better standard…
The communication through Hotels.com with the staff was great throughout the whole process. Our first impression was great, even though renovations was being done on our floor. We got a lovely room and any work outside in the hallway or the other rooms were done the same time we were away during the days we stayed. We left the hotel well rested, taken care of and happy. I would definitely think of staying there again. I think Hotel King is providing travelers to Rome with better standard.

Our stay at Hotel King was good. The hotel was in a great location, and our room felt clean and comfortable. Biggest complaint was that breakfast is not included, which is normally okay, except there was no fridge or coffee machine in the room, which made it feel like we had to spend the 10 euro per person on breakfast to eat at the hotel.
