테르미니역 근처여서 공항 도착해서 급행 열차타고 바로 들어갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다! 체크인 해주었던 남자 직원분이 매우 친절해서 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 꽤 많아서 만족스러웠는데, 다른 테이블은 다 카푸치노 마실건지 물어봤는데 저희한테만 안 물어봤어요.ㅠㅠ 바빠서 잊어버리신거라고 생각할게요... 엘레베이터가 많이 좁아서 짐 가지고 두명이 겨우 탔어요. 방은 꽤 넓었습니다. 다만 화장실에 악취가 많이 나서 힘들었어요.ㅠㅠ 여행 중에 기념품으로 샀던 방향제를 뜯고야 말았어요... 비누 받침대와 양치컵이 없어서 불편했고, 특히 샤워기 사용이 너무 불편했습니다 ㅠㅠ 샤워기로 바꿀때 돌리는 버튼 조작이 잘 되지 않았고 수압도 약했어요.

전체적으로 시설을 갖추었으나 좁은 엘리제이터의 한계 및 너무 앤틱한 벽지로 산뜻하지 못함. 배쓰로브와 실내화 구비가 만족 스럽지 못하며 티브이 작동이 쉽지 않음. 나머지는 뭐 상당히 좋음

Really enjoyed this hotel - shame that it’s in the middle of an area with some dodgy characters. The room we had was lovely and the reception staff very helpful - they allowed for us to have an early check for which we were very grateful. Breakfast was good and staff there were very good.

Excellent hotel if you’re transiting or traveling via Roma Termini. Lots of restaurants around. Super close to the station. Whilst rooms ares compact which is to be expected in a major city centre so close to the redolent station, the rooms are super clean, staff are excellent, water pressure amazing, what more can you ask for? Impressed and highly recommended.

I travel to 69 countries and I always stay in 4 hotels . This was not a 4 star hotel at all . The room smells nicotine mixed with mold . The corridor carpet is dirty , and the walls have concrete patches . The facade is all deteriorated . This hotel should be shut down by the health department.

Lovely hotel close to Roma Termini. Service and staff were kind, helpful and professional. Stayed for two nights when we arrived in Rome and then spent another night prior to our departure from Rome. The rooms were warm though, and the temperature was not self regulated. Would highly recommend this comfortable hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

　部屋のコンセントが少ないし、接触も悪いですが、大きな机があって、棚もあって、とても便利です。フロントのスタッフさんの愛想がイマイチですが、レストランのスタッフ達はとても親切でした。 　テルミニ駅に近くてとても便利です。治安が悪いと言われましたが、夜7時ぐらい一人で駅からホテルに帰って、何もなかったです。

Very nice staff, the room was very small, no parking near by, supposed to have a discounted rate for a garage not that close by however did not have a way to apply it prepare to pay full price.

The hotel is great. The area unfortunately is not the best - just like most downtown areas. Shady people on the streets, noisy at night and broken beer bottles and dog poop all over the roads To be fair again, the hotel is great, great staff, great breakfast. And also very convenient location. Just by termini station and walking distance to all the tourist locations

Hotel muito antigo, quarto muito pequeno, elevadores ridiculos (ou entra a pessoa ou as malas), decoração dos quartos de péssimo gosto, cortinas velhas, um bom criatório de ácaros, cama muito ruim, lençóis com boa limpeza. Bom atendimento. Banheiro razoável com boa limpeza, mas muito antigo.

Good stay. Very clean hotel, quiet rooms, hot shower. Excellent location close to Roma Termini - the central train station in Rome. Kids say internet connection was a bit spotty in their room but I have found that to be the case at every hotel in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff where very helpful. Several restaurants nearby. Restaurante Rosy became a favorite for us. Hotel staff was anxious to serve us for any request we had.

Hotel mediocre. Non vale 4* . Non ci tornerei
Hotel mediocre, stanze piccole ma pulite, e silenziose. Il resto invece non va. Ascensori minuscoli e lentissimi (ho fatto quasi sempre 4 piani a piedi). Assenza di un bar dove poter incontrare persone e prendere qualcosa. Colazione terribile: aranciata fatta probabilmente con le bustine , imbevibile, acqua sia naturale che frizzate che sanno di cloro (del rubinetto …. Non purificata a dovere). Ho chiesto un espresso doppio in tazza piccola e mi portano una tazza da cappuccino quasi piena. Infine check out molto lento per pagare la sola tassa di soggiorno.

Hotel was ok but not 4 star. Tired/old fashioned like a number of Rome hotels but when shower cabinet is broken a homemade replacement tube and shower curtain is not acceptable!

Very good hotel. Only thing weak about it was the Wi-Fi connection. Poor resolution taken to fix it, specially bad on the 1st floor up. Other than that I recommend it. Location was perfect.
