좋은 위치의 로마호텔
관광지가 가까워서 정말 좋았어요. 룸도 별도의 베란다같은 곳이 있어서 정말좋았어요~조식은 진짜 간단하지만 그래도 다시 찾을 수 있는 호텔이예요~

Very noisy
The hotel is at a big boulevard which makes you suffered from a big noise.아주 시끄러운 대로변위치. 아침식사 정말 맛없고 침대불편..가지마세요.. Room is tiny and thr breakfast is bad. totally not worth money. You should know that you need to pay 6 euros per night and per person for tax. Service is not great. I don't understand how it got 4 stars.

I travelled to Rome with my brother, we booked twin beds with a little more expensive cost that normal double bed room. We checked in about 1pm, the bell boy borught us to the room had a double bed, so we told that was not we the room we reserved, so we moved to the other room, but it still had a super king bed. We had to wait until they got ready for our beds seperately. Except that, good location.

정말 최악중 최악의 호텔. (the worst of worst hotel ever!)
유럽에서 경험한 호텔 중 최악이였어요. 특히 호텔 조식은 전 세계를 통틀어 지금까지 먹어본 조식 중에서 최악이었습니다. 일단, 아침 7시 반부터 조식 시작이라고 하면서 7시 반 넘어서 가면 음식이 준비되어 있질 않아요. 음식 종류도 별로 없는데 맛도 엉망입니다. 얼마나 형편없냐면, 에그 스크램블처럼 간단한 요리조차 맛이 없어요. 심지어 따뜻하지도 않고 미지근합니다. 빵은 종류가 별로 없을 뿐더러, 빵을 구워먹을 수 있는 곳 조차 없습니다(게다가 자리에서 주문하지 않으면 아예 있는지도 몰라요). 그리고 콘 푸로스트를 먹으라고 뒀으면 우유가 있어야 되는데 왜 우유는 없나요? 그래서 호텔 직원한테 달라고 주문하면 주문한 거랑 다른걸 가져다 줍니다. 예를 들어 차가운 우유 달라고 하면 뜨거운 우유를 준다던지.. 저희 부부는 둘 다 영어로 대화가 가능해 원하는 걸 명확히 지정했음에도 제대로 가져다주지 않습니다. 심지어 잊어버리고 안가져다는 경우도 많았어요. 그리고 과일은 왜 그렇게 상태가 안 좋은지.. 오렌지가 곯아 있는거 호텔 조식에서 보신적 있나요? 신선한 과일은 아예 없고, 통조림에서 방금 꺼낸 파인애플과 복숭아 뿐이더군요ㅠ 하하.. 정말 충격과 공포의 조식입니다. 또, 기본적으로 자리에 놓여있는 접시로 끝까지 계속 식사를 해야합니다. 그릇을 안바꿔주는데.. 이게 말이 되나요 조식 '뷔페'인데? 마지막으로 조식에 대해서 한 마디 더하자면, 이탈리아에서 커피가 이토록 맛이 없을줄은 몰랐습니다. 에스프레소, 아메리카노, 라테, 카푸치노 다 먹어봤지만 다른 호텔이나 길거리 카페에 비해서 수준이 너무 떨어집니다. 다른 단점들을 꼽자면, 엘레베이터가 너무 작습니다. 정원이 5명이라는데 거기에 세명이 타면 숨이 답답할 정도고, 사람들이 많이 다니는 시간엔 아예 탈 수가 없을 정도로 붐비는데 방법이 없어서 결국 걸어서 내려가고 올랐갔답니다. 또, 호텔 청소하시는 분은 정말 너무나도 성실하셔서 저희가 방에 있어도 몇 번씩 똑똑하십니다. 사람이 있다고 말을 해주는데도 몇 분 뒤에 또 귀찮게 하는 거 보면 불쾌했습니다. 외출할 때 열쇠를 맡기는데 그거 체크하고 청소하는게 기본 아닌가요? 게다가 220v 코드 중 몇 개는 전기가 들어오다가 말다가 해요. 참 어이가 없는 곳입니다. 마지막날 체크아웃을 하고 시티텍스를 내려고 하는데 갑자기 카드머신이 카드를 못 읽는다고 결제가 안된다고 하는 겁니다. 거의 삼십분 동안 가지고 있는 모든 카드를 가지고 열 몇 번이나 결제를 시도했는데, 결국엔 프론트에서 요구하는대로 수수료를 잔뜩 물며 부근 은행 ATM에서 환전을 해오니 갑자기 카드 결제가 된다고 하더라구요. 남편이 환전하러 간동안 제가 프론트에서 계속 지켜보고 있었는데 특별히 뭔가 기계를 만지지도 않았는데 갑자기 결제가 된다고 하니 뭔가 찝찝한 그런 기분.. 마지막까지 기분이 나빴어요. 주변에 어떤 호텔이 있는지 모르겠지만, 이 호텔만큼 나쁜곳이 있을지 의문입니다. (남편 계정으로 대신 작성했습니다)

만족스러운 숙박
따로 요청하지 않고 일찍 방문했음에도 early check-in을 해주셔서 여행의 시작을 기분좋게 할 수 있었습니다. 객실이 조금 좁은편이긴 하지만, 위치가 너무 좋아서 로마의 거의 모든 유명한 장소는 최소5분~최대30분이면 걸어서 모두 다닐 수 있었습니다. 물로 지하철역도 5분이내로 이용하기 좋았습니다.

복잡한 테르미니와 달리 비교적 조용한편이며 주변에 상점과 마트, 맛집이 많다.교통은 편리하고 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있다.테라스에서 분수대가 보일정도로 가깝고 맞은편 바에서 들리는 음악소리도 분위기가 있다.친절하고,조식도 괜찮은편 .다만 치약과 칫솔,컨디셔너는 준비해 가는것이 좋겠다.

깔끔하고 세련된 4성급호텔과 서비스 그리고 좋은 위치. 추천해요!
전철역, 버스정류장이 바로 앞이에요. 그리고 리모델링한지 얼마안되었는지 깔끔하고 세련된 호텔이었어요. 서비스도 좋았고 여러 곳 걸어서 다니기도 좋았어요. 떼르미니 역 주변에 많이 묵는 것같은데, 전 조용하고 안전한 느낌의 이동네를 더 추천합니다.

just 1 min for Barberni station, 5~10 min for Piazza Spagna, 15 min for Trevi. It was really perfect location. Also, the rooms are very clean, classic, comfortable. However, the breakfast is not that good, just so so.

good location. near Spanish steps, bus stops right in front of the hotel. small but clean. service was good. one thing that still bothers me is the man who agressively recommended a restaurant. We got to the hotel after dinner but he insisted on writing a recommendation note. The restaurant was quite decent; however we had to wait for an hour to be served. Although the hotel staff mentioned some discount, we paid a lot. Except for him we enjoyed staying there.

Staff during reception and checkout are script followers, a Robot more like. The Elevator unfortunately was out of service for the duration of our stay, so having to climb 4 flights made the stay a bit more inconvenient. The hotel did help us with luggage nevertheless. Location is great, and close to the metro station.

We had a very nice one-week stay. The location was amazing but if you're in the front, 01, 02, 03, be ready for a bit of noise. The building is well insolated for sound, however Tritone is a very busy street. Staff were friendly and courteous, especially the woman that took care of our room. The daily breakfast buffet was a great convenience. Most major sites are within a twenty-minute walk. Would recommend this hotel.

Disappointing. Not a 4 star in my opinion. Very noisy road with traffic noise all night. Our Superior Rooms were overlooking the road. We were told that there weren't any quieter rooms. I think the standard, tiny rooms are mostly at the back of the hotel. Smallish rooms. Had to ask for cups to go with our kettle and tea/coffee tray which was odd. Had to ask for dressing gowns even though our type of room is advertised as having dressing gowns. Hotel seemed very clean. Lots of plastic which isn't good like plastic wrappers around soap and disposable plastic squishy cups in bathroom. Very thin towels. Not a bad location to get around. 10 mins to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Lots of restaurants on lane that leads to Trevi Fountain. The restaurants closer to the hotel didn't look very nice. Metro stop 3 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was ok. It was included in our rate. I wouldn't pay extra for it. I wouldn't recommend it purely for the noise.

Beautiful Hotel
Absolutely BEAUTY!!!! Perfect room (comfort) was well laid out and very cozy. Bed was very comfortable, washroom was large and shower is amazing. Walking distance to all the sites in Rome, Trevi just down the road with loads of restaurants. The staff at the front desk are excellent and guided us to where we wanted to walk. The breakfast is the morning is really good

Hotel was in a great location, very close to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was amazing and offered a nice place to relax after long days. Highly recommend.

My family just stayed here, it’s a clean modern hotel so close to the Trevi fountain and other tourist areas. The staff and service was great overall, the only disadvantage was that we paid for bed and breakfast, the ‘free’ breakfast was quite small and lacking, and the tables weren’t big enough to hold all our food for a family of four. Everything else was perfect but breakfast could be improved.

Hotel: dormito in un Junior Suite al quarto piano con entrata diversa dell'albergo. Camera nuovissima e veramente bella. Minibar con bibite gratis. Tanti complimenti per la pulizia anche. Colazione in hotel a buffet oppure nell'edificio dei Suites c'è servizio a tavola. Siamo state contentissime sia del servizio che la qualità e scelta del cibo. Zona perfetta per girare Roma a piedi. Tornerò.

Great hotel poor wifi
The hotel is lovely however of I do have to critique them on one factor it is the wifi. The wifi is unusable due to the constant disconnection and slow speed. Otherwise good value for money.
