Hello, Thank you for your kind review. We understand that for those who are at the first experience in a Guest House, the first impact may not be the best, especially if the Guest House is located in a historic building. At the entrance of the building there is a plaque with information on the floor where we are located (the 2nd) and with our phone numbers. Being a historic building, we can not make any changes to the elevator that, in fact, stops in the middle of the floors, so guests must make a flight of 13 stairs to get to our front door where they can see the second sign with our name.
