방넓은 것 말곤 불편해요
엘리베이터 없어서 체크인부터 약2층정도 계단 너무 힘들었어요. 조식은 빵 두개 커피한잔 가져다줍니다. 조식시간도 직원출근시간에 맞춰8시 25분 부터에요. 위치가 테르미니에서 지하철로오면 약 20분정도 걸려서 멀긴합니다. 건물현관, 2층 현관, 방 각하나씩 3개의 열쇠를 들고다니는것도 좀 불편했네요..

방음은 나빴지만 베란다가 딸린 넓은 방이었습니다. 침대정리는 해주었으나 타올은 교체해주지 않았다. 바티칸에 걸어서 갈 수 있었고 옥타비아노역에서 5분도 걸리지 않는 위치. 맞은편에 맥도날드가 있습니다

The hotel is quite cute, but there are some things can could be improved in terms of service and communication. Hotel staff was hard to reach, unfortunately. One day we end up having no towels, and we had to dry out after the shower. Location in terms of transport is great, just a minute away from subway, Vatican is also just around the corner. If you are in Rome for a day or two, you can definitely stay here, just make sure to ask all the questions and to communicate everything to the staff when checking in.

Overall was good. One evening we went to try to leave and the door to the hotel would not open. We were literally locked in. Another person staying at the hotel eventually opened the door and staff memeber did come when called (she was lovely). Convenient location for The Vatican. Stores and restaurants close by.

The facility was lovely: from the marble staircase up to the floor, to the decor in the lobby and the individual rooms. beds a little hard. wi-fi is only good in the lobby. service was slow (eg to get pillows, receipts). but the staff were friendly. great location. quiet neighborhood. would totally stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Acogedor, la habitacion todo el dia climatizada. Atentos , limpieza todos los dias , el desayuno en la habitacion a la hora que tu decides. Si vuelvo a Roma ire a Il Gattopardo Relais. Bares y tiendas por todas partes .Al Vaticano llegas andando en 5 minutos. El metro a 1 minuto desde donde puedes llegar a plaza España y desde alli dando un paseo a Trevi, Plaza Venecia ,Coliseo y Monte Palatino

Rome Mini Break
Excellent Hotel, Location great for all Rome attractions with great access to the Metro. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and recommended a great restaurant (with discount). Breakfast delivered to our room was an addition we didn't expect and was very nice and always on time. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent and powerful. Our only advice to the Hotel would be the addition of more hangers in the wardrobe and to check lightbulbs before a booking.

Liegt sehr zentral, leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Ziemlich laut, schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich, aber leider keine Klimaanlage. Frühstück sehr einfach.

Hôtel bien situé...mais réception vide souvent . Le soir de notre arrivée (vers 19h30) on a sonné à la porte du bâtiment et attendu vainement . On a fini par téléphoner au numéro indiqué et un monsieur a répondu qu’il allait arriver ... on a attendu un bon moment puis il est venu , expliquant que il gattopardo relais possédait plusieurs chambres , dont d’autres dans le bâtiment en face ... Il nous a indiqué notre chambre , était aimable mais nous avons été déçus par la taille de la chambre et surtout celle de la SDB où nous avons dû poser nos affaires de toilettes dans le bidet vu qu’aucun placard ou tiroir n’existait . La chambre était propre , soit...mais ...petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre : pas de jus de fruit ni laitage proposé . Café et croissant . Stop Vers 20h nous avons voulu quitter l’hôtel pour aller au restaurant . Dommage : nous étions enfermés ! La porte du palier ouvre avec un code mais a aussi une serrure . Quelqu’ un avait derme à clé . Nous possédions aussi cette clé mais il n’existait pas de serrure donnant à l’interieur : obligés de retéléphoner au gérant ...nous avons attendu au moins 30 mn !!! Ce qui a permis qu’on nous permette le lendemain l’installation dans une autre chambre plus vaste et moins bruyante . Dans la première , on a été réveillé par un vrombissement énorme (clim ?) dans la nuit . Le jour de notre départ , pas de wifi ...sans explication aucune . Je ne pouvais plus recevoir des messages Taxe de séjour demandée en cash!!!!

The staff were very nice and accomodating. There are limited amenities, however the location was great for convenience to the Metro and the Vatican. There are several restaurants to choose from close by. There was a problem with the credit card machine so we had to pay in cash, this seemed to be a temporary glitch. The will accomodate you and store luggage however be aware that it is stored out in the reception area and not in a secure location. The building and reception area are accessed by a key however the luggage is not secure from other guests with access to the building. We had no problem with our luggage storage. Overall a nice atay and property. Very convenient location.

I was about to rate this hotel with 4 star only, because there isn't any elevator. But the staff was so great. The cook even came in early for us, as we had to leave early, to serve our breakfast earlier than usual. Very nice service. I would rate this hotel the highest. Location is very convenient, hotel is clean and room is huge.

Shampo och dushkrämen var i små plastpåsar.På bilderna har dom en bar den var aldrig öppen under dom 4 dagar vi bodde där.frukosten bestod av kaffe eller te och en croissant. Personalen var jätte trevlig och hjälpsam när dom var där,Bemmaningen var sporadisk. Läget bra nära till tunnelbanan.

Il proprietario ed il personale ci hanno accontentati in ogni nostra richiesta con cordialità e gentilezza. La colazione in camera è davvero un piacevole risveglio. Dovendo tornare a riprendere i bagagli ho visto di persona la cura e l'attenzione nell'effettuare una profonda pulizia della stanza.

Esse hotel é bastante simples, porém arrumado. São poucos quartos e um corredor onde fica a recepção, basicamente. O café é servido no quarto, o que até é satisfatório. Você pode escolher os itens do café em uma lista na recepção, tudo estava fresco e gostoso, porém não havia opções de frutas. O hotel fica colado na estação de metrô e ao museu do Vaticano, o que é cômodo. Tem McDonald e restaurantes em frente. O único porém é que fica no primeiro andar e não tem elevador até este pavimento, o que pode ser chato com malas.

Authentic Italian home,very stylish
Authentic Italian home with very stylish decor,very European.Room was huge with super high ceilings and decorated just as in the pictures.Overall a very nice place.Only downsize is no elevator and id you have large suitcase you have to climb the beautiful 2 level stairs.But besides that,a great place and close location to Vatican and right by metro.

Great location
A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Small and intimate and right beside resturant bars and shops. We were made to feel valued and most welcome. The hotel very much suited our needs and was reasonably priced fir a Rome city centre hotel. Would recommend.

Wonderful little spot very close to everything. Super helpful front desk staff. Very accommodating with our extra luggage after check out. Lovely breakfast everyday. Highly reccommend!

B&B proximo ao metro e Vaticano. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Logo ao chegamos avisaram que o ar condicionado iria ser reparado no dia seguinte (mas estava funcional). No dia seguinte nos colocaram em um quarto muito melhor.

Decent location, but that’s about it.
Booked a double twin room on Expedia, got there to find one king in our room. The staff member working said “not possible” tho it clearly was. He could only speak a few words in English, so that didn’t help. Bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable. Pillows were flat as a rock and there were only two on a king bed. AC barely worked and was turned off by the staff when we left, so we had to wait hours after returning for it to start cooling down again. Breakfast was Ok I guess. A small coffee, croissant and a small toasted cheese and ham/salami sandwich. Maybe that’s what they eat for breakfast there, but it hardly qualifies as a Bed and Breakfast when your only selections are what type of meat on your toasted sandwich and which filling in your croissant. Over all we were very unsatisfied. It was cheap...and we booked based on other reviews. Would have happily booked elsewhere and paid more for a better experience on our first visit to Rome.

We arrived and the door was locked. We waited - but nobody came. We finally called and they said someone would come - we waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The ad said 24 hour service - but other than the morning - there was never any staff to help you.

molto grazioso, pulito ed accogliente. Personale molto disponibile, affabile e gentile. Colazione SUPERBA! Ottima la posizione nel quartiere prati dove si trova di tutto : bar, ristoranti, negozi, banca, comodissimo alla metro Ottaviano e a pochi passi da San Pietro. Torneremo sicuramente qui ad Ottobre!!! Lo consigliamo vivamente anche per chi ha bambini!!!

website is inaccurate and misleading
Horrifying experience on arrival. there was nobody to let us in and we were on the street with our luggage for over one hour. No response to the bell or the phone. we had to ask strangers to help us. They managed to get a mobile number of the manager by asking another tenant of the building and the manager said he was very sorry and would be there in five minutes. but it was much longer, and he had some story about an accident, but we could not understand. the 3 ladies who were there at different times on different days had very little English, so it was difficult to communicate. No concierge, no buffet breakfast and no 24 hour receptionist, as stated on the website. Also no mention of having to climb upstairs with baggage since there was no elevator. We are senior citizens and this was extremely difficult. Expedia should mention this so people with health condition are aware. It was very hot and there was no airconditioning, windows had to be closed because of very loud street noise. The room and bed was comfortable, towels were changed regularly, Location was very good, near the Metro and the Vatican.. Overall, very disappointing.

Nice Hotel near Vatican & Metro
Staff was friendly and helpful. Our luggage was not given to us when we arrived at Airport and the staff called diligently for 2 days on our behalf to help us obtain info! Great location!! Small hotel but good service and comfortable room!
