This moment is difficult for everybody in all of the world, and I'm sorry but we are not always in the hotel, so when you make a reservation is absolutly necessary to give the time arrival, otheriwse is the risk to not find somebody... I don't know for wich reason we can't contact the customer, so the customer must have care to inform the hotel for the time arrival... Anyway, thanks to staying with us. Regards

I can't beleve that you layer for credit card, is incredible, maybe the pickpockets outside in the street... NEVER NEVER somebody tell something like this...all the rooms has the seif and everybody put their things in the seif with YOUR COD NUMBER.. why you didn't tell us when you was in the hotel ?

Hello Rob, Very nice from you, befor your arrival we send many, many email to ask the time arrival, explain that we have not reception 24 hour, is not GRAND HOTEL, you doesn't care and never answer to our email... This is NOT Bed and Breakfast and wright very clear in all the portals, NO BREAKFAST, NO MEAL INCLUDED in the price, so NO BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE.. The Air Conditioning works very well, when we entrance in your rooms to clean , WAS FROZEN not Fridge, I mentione this.. So I'm so sorry that you wasn't satisfait. Have a good day

Hi Filippo, Thanks for your feedback, I'm so sorry that internet wasn't very good, but not depend of us, as I explain, we have FIBRA, the best in Italy, but sometime are problem, like everything electronic, cell phone, tv, fridge, washing machine, cars, etc.... sometime something wrong... what we can do, I'm not electronic thecnic to know, just to call the operator to resolve the problem. Hello we don't know hwo are you, if you don't wright your name is not good.. If is noisy, remember that you are in the center of Rome, with restaurant, shopping street, supermarket, bars open till 2-3 o'clock in the night, but the hotel has very strong insonorizet windows. I'm sorry we are not situated in the middle of the forest. Regards Michelle

Gentile ANONIMO, Innanzitutto, vorremmo sapere chi è Lei e che cosa non andava bene in struttura, visto il suo "pessimo", sempre se è vero che ha alloggiato alla Locanda Colosseo... Esistono delle prenotazioni tramite Expedia, che gli ospiti non sono mai arrivati in struttura, con la possibilità di fare dei commenti NON VERITIERI.
