Dear Guest , We are very sorry to read your review.All reviews on our guesthouse are with positive experiences of guests.You arrive late in the night and we checkin you without problem,Every morning at 7.00 you ask us How to reach the places close to use and we have replied in real time .All the evening when you come back you had some questions and we replied in real time . As we explain in every rooms we explain about city tax payment and you ask at 6.00 in the morning the day of checkout how to pay the city tax . You should ask one day before checkout not the day of checkout We are in the center of Rome and you bought our ECONOMY ROOM , is cheapest room we have in our house , you paid a very low rate but you ask for a 5 stars hotel service . All guests are satisfied about our job because we have 24 hours whatsapp number available more quick and very easy . Hope you will find place to stay like our guesthouse with the same kindly we have reserved for you even when you ask about somethIng we are not obligate to reply and that was not questions about our house Best Regards

Thank you for staying with us! The products we give to our customers are soap, vanity sets, sanitizing wipes, and a cap. The shampoo is present in the shower in a dispenser, we are a small structure but we try to protect the environment as much as possible in our own small way, we believe that the mini size of shampoo is a very big waste of plastic and for this reason we put a dispenser, which contains shower shampoo (same as mini size) but so we removed the plastic from this use. As for breakfast, which is free rare in other establishments, during your stay there were pies, muffins, croissants, plum cakes, a hazelnut cake, biscuits, bread, ham, mortadella, salame and cheeses as well as various drinks, breakfast that I gave you left available up to 12 despite ending at 10am. As for reception hours, I suggest you read the information better next time, to avoid disappointment or different expectations that could ruin your stay, because everything is clearly written before, during and after the booking.
