제발 가지마세요 진짜. 너무 불친절해서 2박 예약했다가 하루만 자고 나왔습니다. 겨울에 이용했는데 방에 난방이 고장나 첫날밤 덜덜 떨면서 자고 아침에 내려가서 사정을 설명했더니 상당히 불쾌하게 응대하면서 자기가 출근하자마자 일을 시킨다느니 자긴 이걸 고치는사람이 아니라 프론트 직원이니까 본인이 해줄 수 있는 건 기술자한테 연락해주는것 뿐이라며 언제 연락이 되고 몇시쯤 고치러 와줄수 있는지도 얘기해주지 않았습니다. 그리고 여긴 호텔이 아니라 호스텔이니까 제가 더 이해를 해야된다고, 한국에서는 이런 일이 없냐며 도리어 따지더라구요. 빈 방이 없다고 방도 못 바꿔준다고 거짓말을 하는데, 전 날에 빈 방이 있는걸 확인했었기 때문에 더 화가 났습니다. 제발 제발 제발 가지마세요 ㅠㅠ

No towel with payment gor tge washing linen sheet
It was okay for the price, however, providing no towel with 3 euro payment of washing linen sheet is no sense to me. No elevator we can use, hella hard to go climbing upstairs. American breakfast was awesome.

Not recommend
The room was on the fourth floor and you counld not use the elivator. There was no AC in the room but you can't open the window because it's extremely noisy. Drunken people scream in the stairway but no staff does anything about it. The roon was OK but it was impossible to sleep in the room. I stayed in the 6 shared bed room (22)

기대를 하지 않는다면 괜찮은 호스텔.
위치는 더 좋을수 없을만큼 최고. 리셉션의 직원 마리오는 정말 친절하고 재밌음. 침대는 푹신하고 침구는 깨끗했지만 침대가 살짝 흔들렸음. 화장실 온수는 매우 잘나오지만 샤워시설이 호스가 없어서 아쉬웠음. 콘센트가 침대옆에 없고 방 입구쪽에 몰려있었던 점이 제일 불편했음. 주방도 게스트들이 사용후 깨끗하게 안치워놔서 좀 지저분했음. 조식은 이탈리안 스타일과 아메리칸 스타일이 있는데 둘다 먹어보길 추천함.

위치만 좋은 호스텔
일단 저렴하고 위치는 좋아요 근데 시설, 청결도 모두 별로예요ㅠㅠ 침대는 10개인데 콘센트가 한 군데 밖에 없어서 방에 있는 사람들 모구 여기서 해결해야하고 화장실도 완전 지저뷴하고ㅠㅠ 방은 4층인데 엘레베터도 없구요.. 방에서 와이파이 전혀 안통해요.. 너무 별로예요ㅠㅠㅠ별 한개도 아까워요ㅠㅠ

다른도시로의 이동에 이용하기 괜찮았던 호텔... 가격이 저렴하고 리셉션이 괭장히 친잘했음.. 건물이 오래되서 최신식을 기대하기는 힘들지만 저렴하게 이용하기 나쁘지 않음

6인실이었는데요. 샤워시설도 있고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나와서 좋았어요. 다만 와이파이가 약했다는 거 하나 불편했네요. 저렴한 가격에 이 정도 시설이면 괜찮았어요.

値段だけ見ないように
値段が値段なので、本当に寝るだけでOKという方にだけオススメできます。 1人スタッフで日本語を話せる方が1人います。 ベッドは倒れるんじゃないかというくらいキシキシ音がなります。布団も羽が沢山とび出ていました笑 シャワーがありましたが、お湯はほぼ出ず、チョウバエが何匹も壁に止まっていました。wifiも部屋まではあまり届かない為、帰ったから寝るまではずっと共用スペースで過ごしていました。

I was upset that the upgrade was to a bed 4-6 inches off the ground and with a cracked and broken slat , woke up with half my body on the floor and some shady guests coming in the room at 3:00 am with a mask on, wasn’t very pleasant for myself or one other guest in the room ...

I was overall very pleased with our stay. The location and price is great. The staff is very friendly. This is one of the better hostels that I have been to.

Muy económico y céntrico. Los servicios son muy básicos, compartes el baño con el resto de las habitaciones. Camas cómodas pero en habitaciones reducidas.

シャワーの水が変な方向にしか出ず、浴びるのが大変でした。Wi-Fiも部屋まで届いたら届かなかったりと残念でしたが、立地は良く他に不満はなかったです。

The hostel is located in a really good location very central it was easy to find however the hostel name outside is not that big for you to notice it. The front desk people where very friendly, also provided suggestion on places to go and there is even a restaurant next to the hostel provide great food definitely worth trying.

The staff is pretty nice, it's well located and the guy who stays during the night is really nice. Too bad wifi doesn't work well in the rooms.

Caro e carente nei servizi
A mio avviso troppo caro per i servizi offerti che risultano essere esigui. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, puzza costante nel bagno e nel complesso locali igienici carenti. Di contro come lati positivi reception presidiata h24 e ottima posizione vicino la stazione Termini dalla quale si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il centro urbano.

Best Bang for Your Buck
The front-desk stuff was super friendly and the price was fair for what they offered. The only downside is the people you will be rooming with, which is a hit-or-miss. My stay and my fellow hostel mates were very nice people overall, except for one rude guest that would disturb the tranquility in the room. The hostel is clean, very close to Termini Station, about a five-minute walk, and one of the cheapest in the area. It is a hostel so do not expect more than a bed and some sheets. For me it was not a problem, since I prefer to bring my own toiletries and towels when I travel.

The people who work there are really nice. It's very close to Termini station and I really recommend it. I even made some friends.

Ideal para quem está em transito na cidade
O hostel é muito simples e tem muitas escadas, mas a simpatia e prestatividade do staff conquista qualquer um. A localização não é das mais turisticas, mas está muito perto da estação Termini e de onde sai/chega onibus para os aeroportos o que no meu caso foi perfeito

My experience was terrible, the manager cancelled my reservation and then said it would cost more money to stay there than the agreeded, I hated the whole experience, there is not warm water to take showers, the room is very small, everything was horrible.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your bad experience. But you must write all story. You didn't show the day of the reservation and you havent contact us to inform that your arrival was scheduled a day later. As you agreed and accepted terms and conditions, we did cancelled the reservation next morning at 10am. You arrived after 12am Instead of reissue a new reservation we only let you pay the difference for the new room available, a smaller one, the original room was already sold out. Have a great 2019.

This wasn't the cleanest hotel ever, but for the price it's a good deal. Can't complain. And the staff is great! Incredible linguists in just about any language, with lots of helpful info about the area. :)

Just a reminder that not all rooms look like the ones pictured online. the room I was put in looked more like a squat than a hostel and Id really rather have not had to use the bathroom there.

Creo que no hay palabras para poder describir este tipo de hostel. Sucio, y al decir sucio no digo que te encuentres una mota de polvo en un mueble, había bichos en las paredes, suelo lleno de pelos, inodoro lleno de sangre y orina, ducha llena de cal y todo oxidado, podría tirarme una hora y no terminar. Nos hicieron volver a pagar la habitación que ya habíamos pagado a través de Expedia, ya que eran las 10 de la noche y no teníamos donde ir. A la mañana siguiente llamámos a Expedia y nos cambiaron de Hotel. Lo peor que hemos visto en nuestra vida, las imagénes no tienen nada que ver con lo que es. No vayan!!

Overall it's not worth it.
The hostel is terrible, we booked for a 4 person dorm private and the system booked 4 persons in 1 bed (We were informed later that it was a server error although it got us 800€ out of budget). We were supposed to stay here because it was cheap but that didn't happen. The manager saw the mistake but did not contact us or hotel.com, he only informed us when we arrived at the hostel. The rooms are dirty and a lot of things were damaged and 3 out of 4 that stayed there got rushes all over our bodies from the filthy beds. The overall room and bathroom are badly maintained with a shower head that has really low pressure and most of the times not hot water. The shower has molds around it. On our last day I asked them not to come in the room for cleaning as I needed to put cream on the rushes so I needed to be in underwear but they ignored me and walked in the room while I was in. The manager is the only one that keeps the place together. They offered to change our room but as I saw from other reviews more people had the same problem and I refused in hopes to save the last person from getting rushes. They paid for the pharmacy as we needed to buy antihistamines and creme with cortisone for the rushes and refunded one night. The only good thing is that is close to metro and buses.
