The located on the third floor, there is an elevator for your luggage. It is perfectly clean, very friendly and very helpful. The proprietor was excellextremely helpful in giving us directions around Italy and calling us a cab for the wee hours of the morning. It is extremely close to the Vatican. We loved it!

Noisy street, the shower was not situated properly and was flooding the bathroom area. We saw mold around the tub. The hotel did not have a key card to enter so you have to carry almost 6-7 keys with you all the time to enter the property. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and explained how to get around the city. Location was very near the vatican, almost 10 mins.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Close to the subway station Ottaviano and only 5 minutes a walk from Vatican. Very nice area with a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel and our room were very cozy and clean! Amazing and helpful stuff, also free tea/coffee items and some treats. We will definitely get back here next time! :)

Perfect stay!
Great stay! The manager was amazing so accommodating and helpful. Check in was super fast and access in and out of the building was secure but straight forward. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but we really didn’t spend that much time there anyway, cleaned every day with fresh towels and the window shutters were great for keeping the early morning sunlight out. Only one thing to mention would be the bath must have a leak as every time we used it it would flood the bathroom, so just something to be looked at, otherwise it was the perfect stay!

Great location. Close to the Vatican, Metro, and many great restaurants. Friendly, helpful manager. Easy check in, once i got in touch with the staff. Only difficulty was unlocking the outside door with the key, but that might be just me, hahaha.

Owner is very nice and helps you with anything you want. Beds were not the comfiest, but still OK. Took a little time to get hot water in the shower. After all we had a peasent stay at this price worthy hotel. Good location, near the Vatican and a metro station

Enjoyable Experience
The hotel is located very close to the Vatican and has easy access to the Rome city center. Also, the receptionist was very entertaining and gave us a lot of information about the city. He was helpful. The hotel room was clean and big enough. Thank you very much for everything, it was a very enjoyable experience.

C'est la première fois qu'on se fait arnaquer dans un hôtel, le responsable était très méchant avec nous et il nous a demandé de payer une taxe qui n'existe nulle part alors qu'on avait déjà payé notre réservation en ligne, c'est à jamais refaire !!!!

This property is a little different as it is located on the third floor of an old building. When I got there the door was locked and it took some of the other residents to get me into the lobby and find someone associated with the hotel. Once inside it's like a different building, fine finishes and comfortable amenities. The highlight was Joseph, who made me breakfast and told me the best ways to get around town and the best things to see. He is very informative and makes a great cup of coffee. The best travel guide in town. I picked this property because of location and it looked like a nice place and it didn't disappoint. Everything I wanted to see on this trip was within walking distance or subway ( which is close by ) and there are great restaurants and gelato shops at the front door. I enjoyed this property and this city and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

check-in war schon vor der angegebenen Uhrzeit möglich, alles gut erklärt und gezeigt bekommen. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück sehr kleines Buffet aber trotzdem ausreichend. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wirklich empfehlenswert und würde sofort auch dort wieder buchen!

這間根本不是酒店，只是一間在3樓的賓館
首先，我和朋友一到這裡的地下，就已經以為租車公司送我們到錯了地址，原因是我們以為預訂了一間酒店(相片如是)，原來該地址只是一幢大厦的大堂外貌，「酒店」其實只是3樓的一個類似公寓或賓館的地方，在大堂需要按門鈴才能進入大廈，而且大廈只是普通的住宅大厦而已。 我們預訂的是「豪華房」，設施尚算理想，然而，大門旁邊的接待處大部分時間無職員，而且晚上9時後完全無職員在賓館內。發生任何事故，只能自求多福。例如第二天，有人在大廳激烈吵架，我們不敢出房查看，他們講的是意大利話，完全不懂。 又例如我們原定最後一天需要接待處職員幫助時，乾急了兩個小時才有職員回來，我們忽然收到航空公司取消航班需要遲一天去機場，要急打電話去租車公司改時間，以及多住一天……. 還有，這「酒店」所謂包自助早餐，就是每人4個麫包，一瓶蘋果汁，一碟限量的火腿片，我們在這裡6天，都是吃完全一樣這些，最後一天連火腿片都變酸了，相信是同一包火腿我們就吃了6天。期間完全沒有任何其他住客跟我們在一起吃…… 如果這「酒店」的地址說明是「3樓」，我們絕對不會預訂呵，因為我們是想預訂一間有24小時接待協助，正正式式的一間酒店而不是賓館呵。 值得一提的是，該賓館的男職員(相信就是老闆)十分友善，也十分願意提供協助(如果找到他的話XD)。

Very bad beds I was sleeping on the springs my back kept hurting me and then they moved us to another room, one of the 7 nights they forgot to clean the room by the way they are only 6 rooms and breakfast is 7 to 10 wasn't ready till 8 !!

Moved to other property due to plumbing issue
We had reservations and there was a plumbing issue with our room upon arrival. We were moved to another property that the owners were affiliated with "Caesers Rooms". This was a very subpar room that was not very clean, no toiletries and the bed spring was coming through the mattress. The shower was so small and dirty. Overall we were glad to have a room as we understand issues arise and the management paid for our airport commute to compensate.

Awesome stay!
Our stay was pleasant. We were first greeted by the sweetest hotel receptionist which was very attentive to our needs. Location was great also for parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was superb and hotel standard. We had a good night's rest. Super value for money and would 100% recommend it.

Exklusive Zimmer in der Nähe der Vatikanstadt
Wir hatten einen kurzen Aufenthalt von fünf Tagen in der schönen Stadt Rom. Die Lage ist ideal, da es kurze Wege zur nächsten Metro, zur Vatikanstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind. Im Umkreis der Zimmer befinden sich einige Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten die gerne genutzt wurden.

Situato in una zona facilmente raggiungibile sia con la metropolitana che con i bus. Colazione inclusa tipicamente italiana con limitata scelta ma prodotti freschi ogni mattina. Personale cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità.
