buongiorno mi spiace che abbia avuto questi problemi le nostre recensioni sono tutte molto alte soprattutto per l'aspetto delle pulizie, a cui stiamo molto attenti mi sembra molto strano che le lenzuola fossero sporche! forse una macchia sfuggita agli occhi delle ragazze ma sicuramente pulite, l'ter della lavanderia è standardizzato e sanifichiamo ad ogni cambio. grazie comunque, Laura

Mi spiace ma una persona che lascia una recensione negativa senza spiegare perché e in modo anonimo non dovrebbe avere neanche l'attenzione di chi le legge. Le recensioni dovrebbero essere una cosa seria, strumento per migliorare il servizio che diamo ai clienti, ed Expedia non dovrebbe permettere che vengano rilasciate se non ben argomentate e col nome e cognome dell'ospite.
