Great location, great hospitality
We messaged the host as we arrived he was there to accommodate us and hold our luggage within minutes. Location is wonderful- 5 minutes from Trastevere and 10 minutes by walk from Piazza Navona. It is a comfortable place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved our stay at Pettinary Village. It's in a local area where you are closed to everything you want to visit and eat. Christian was such a nice gentleman. He helped us carry our luggage upstairs in a hot hot day. The room was excellent with everything we need. The Terrace was perfect where we could just relaxed and enjoyed after a long tiring day visiting many places in Rome. Overall, I'd stay here again and again. Thank you so much for a great first time experience in Rome!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom und in unserer Unterkunft Pettinary Village. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Wir konnten am An- und Abreisetag unser Gepäck in der Wohnung lassen und so in aller Ruhe auf Sightseeing Tour gehen. Die Lage in einer Seitengasse ist auch super, kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Man ist mit nur wenigen Schritten am Tiber wo direkt eine kleine Brücke in das angesagte Viertel Trastevere führt mit jeder Menge Bars und Restaurants. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir hätten sogar selbst kochen können. Ein kleines Manko war vielleicht das Frühstück, da es ausschließlich süße Speisen gabt. Hier wäre vielleicht ein bißchen mehr Abwechslung ganz gut.Dafür gab es aber täglich frisches Obst. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Grazie mille!

Great value for money & would recommend
Cristian was very helpful, responsive and also arranged collection from the airport for us as well. The property was really nice, location was great as well which was important for us. The only thing was the mattress was quite hard, there was a spare duvet which we put down and used as a mattress topper to soften it a little! Overall though it was great value for money.

Location for this property is amazing, only a 10 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk from the port and seconds from the Main Street! Room was very clean and air conditioning worked nicely! Overall good stay

What a great place to start your Rome adventure.
This is a lovely B&B. The location couldn't be beat. Very short walk to Piazza Navona and Campo di Flori, across a short bridge from the Trestaverde section. and a five minute walk from the Jewish ghetto. We took the train from the airport to the Trestaverde stop and a $10e taxi to the B&B. Christopher couldn't have been nicer or more hospitable. The room is actually an efficiency with a kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast, juices, water, and more. A bottle of wine greeted us on arrival which we drank on the little veranda. Next door is a Co-op grocery store. The room was cleaned every day and the kitchen re-stocked. Christopher would not let us carry our bags up to the room when we got there and came to carry them down when we were leaving. We LOVED our stay here. At night we walked to Trestaverde which was hopping long into the night. Much better than the more touristee piazzas of the main Rome.

Séjour agréable
Séjour de 4 nuits agréable. Cristian a été disponible et s'est adapté pour nos arrivée et départ. Hébergement correct sans être exceptionnel. Excellente literie! La salle de bain mériterait un bon rafraîchissement par contre. Très bon emplacement pour visiter à pied (10 à 30 minutes de marche selon les points d'intérêts) dans un quartier sympa à deux pas du Trastevere. J'étais bien informée de comment était prévu le petit-déjeuner et en définitive cette option ne nous a pas vraiment convenu. Après le 1er petit-déjeuner, les fruits mangés n'ont pas été renouvelés (1 kiwi, 2 bananes). Il y a une pâtisserie sicilienne un peu plus haut dans la rue...

Charmant B&B extrêmement bien situé. Cristian est très agréable et réactif. Le seul petit désagrément c'est que les photos ne correspondait pas à la chambre surtout en ce qui concerne la terrasse qui était en fait un petit balcon. Mais pas de regret... prendre son petit déjeuner sur une terrasse en février aurait été tout de même un peu ardu. ;) Il y a trois ou quatre chambres et une seule à une terrasse. Faites-vous préciser de quelle chambre il s'agit lors de la réservation. Sinon je recommande donc chaleureusement cet établissement. :)

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Pettinary Village B & B. The owners were wonderful. The location was great. The facilities although somewhat tight we really fine.

Det her er det helt rigtige sted, hvis du vil bo centralt i Rom (vi kunne gå alle steder (Vatikanet, Den Spanske Trappe, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Pantheon etc.) og det ligger lige ved Ponte Sisto, hvor der er en masse gode restauranter, barer osv. - Famlien der ejer dette B&B er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Vores bedste hoteloplevelse i Rom.

The true heart of Rome
We were so pleased to have personal attention, the staff was very accommodating. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. We had our own true Roman apartment.

Sjarmerende sentralt i Roma - like ved Campo Fiori
Fin leilighet! Men OBS: det er bare et soverom med kjøkkenkrok og bad + liten balkong med nydelige blomster (men ut mot lite spennende bakgård, uten utsikt). Så det er mer et rom enn en leilighet. Likevel sjarmerende. Veldig rent! Fin dusj. Personlig service. Eier kjøpte inn det vi ønsket for frokost hos den lokale kjøpmannen. Egg, yoghurt, skinke, ost, brød - supert! Kort vei til Trastevere og alle de store severdighetene i Roma. Takk til Fabiana for et koselig opphold!

Vi bodde der 5 netter trivdes godt. Vi kommer helt klart til å bestille rommet når vi drar tilbake til Roma en gang. Vi hadde god dialog med husverten i forkant. De ordnet med Taxi fra flyplassen og retur. Alt fungerte optimalt. Ved ankomst var kjøleskapet fylt opp. Vi ordnet egen frokost. Leiligheten har egen koselig balkong som vi benyttet mye. Leiligheten ligger i 3. etasje. Deler inngang med husverten, men har egen dør inn til leiligheten. Husverten gjør alt for at du skal ha det bra og vi koset oss hele tiden.

Best Location, Best Hosts
This location really cannot be any better. You are at Campo De Fiori in less than 5 minutes. Alex & Fabina were great hosts and helped us with any questions we had. It is on the 3rd floor (they call it the second), so there are 2 flights of stairs to go up. It wasn't a problem for us, but just to let others know. We really had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again if we return to Rome. Highly recommend!

Tolle Lage, niedriger Standard, zu viel Nähe
Lage super, sehr nah am tollen Stadtviertel Trastevere! Standard sehr niedrig. Frühstück wird im Kühlschrank deponiert und muss man sich selbst machen. Das "Hotelzimmer" ist nichts anderes als ein separater Teil der privaten Wohnung. Wer es mag... Mir hat der Geruch des dicklichen Hundes und die privaten Einblicke nicht gefallen.

Wonderful Gem near Campo De Fiori in Rome!
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Pettinary Village last week after getting off a 13 day cruise of the Adriatic. Pettinary Village is located in the heart of medieval Rome within walking distance of so many of the famous historical sights! We did the Rick Steves "night Walk through Rome" from here our last night seeing Campo De Fiori, Piazza Navona, Parthenon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We were also able to visit the Vatican and Trastevere area of Rome on foot from Pettinary Village! The apartment suite was just wonderful with an inward facing balcony where we enjoyed having a glass of wine and dinner that we prepared in the little kitchenette. There is a grocery store right next door to the apartment. Ale and Fabiana are simply wonderful hosts and they even arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. Whenever we return to Rome this is the only place we will stay!

Great B&B
We had a great stay at the Pettinary Village. The location is outstanding - within walking distance to almost all the sites. The suite was perfect for our needs and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Please note, however, that there is no sign of any kind at the entrance. You will need to note the address and the owners name and ring their bell at the front of the entrance.

Great little hotel for a couple.
Great location with a good price. The hosts are very friendly and speak English. The room is quite comfortable for it's size so it's a good value for money. Also, the little balcony offers a cute and quiet place for breakfast. We loved it.
