Was near to city centre. Within walking distance of main shopping road and tourist attractions . Plenty of choice for eating from expensive to average prices close to property as no facility at the property for meals . Kettle and fridge provided in room . Room was clean with a good sized shower room with toilet. Room could have been cleaned each day had we wanted . Room however was quite dark and on the small side .

the hotel is next to the Spanish Steps and very close to all other places tourists be wishing to visit and picture taking. the hotel front desk only open between 9am to 7pm, seems pretty odd; however, the front desk lady Roxana is so thoughtful and helping to arrange our transportations from the airport and to the cruise ship port. the hotel room as we stayed in isn't updated like other hotels. But remember, the hotel buildings in Rome are not new, except you are willing to pay a lot more. Actually the room we had is pretty big and over `2300sqft. We are very happy with the service for the price we had paid. thank you to Roxana.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. The in-room coffee maker worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn’t check excellent in all categories is because I like to journal about the previous day each morning and there was not a space to do that in the Hotel Reception. Truly, all I had to do was walk around the corner to a little café/bistro, which was quite easy, but that’s why we chose “good” and not excellent in all categories.

Location was absolutely perfect, close to the main attractions and located at the part of the street where it was fairly quiet. Check in/out was a breeze. The receptionist, Roxana was super helpful and nice to deal with and even arranged a private transportation for us last minute. Our room was surprisingly very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend this place!!

This truly charming property is right in the heart of Rome. Steps from the spanish steps, with access to taxis, food, shopping, and major sights within a short walk. The staff was pleasant and the room was quiet, everything you could ask for in a hotel room in a city as busy as Rome. Would stay again!

This property was right next to the Spanish steps. We walked everywhere, it was safe, clean & the hotel staff were super friendly and pleasant to deal with. It’s a very small boutique hotel at a reasonable price given the area. Close to high end shops, tons of restaurants and walking distance to most of the big attractions. Highly recommend & would stay here again for sure!

Great location for sightseeing. Very friendly staff. Like all of Rome core, it is not easy to reach by car (especially without navigation) and no parking nearby.

Caro Signor Vito, è stato un piacere averla avuta nel nostro Hotel. Ci dispiace per la viabilità e il parcheggio, ma come ha potuto osservare ci troviamo in pieno centro storico. Il centro storico di Rome è un museo a cielo aperto, protetto dalle auto ed è impossibile il parcheggio. Se da lei avessimo saputo che arrivava in auto, le avremmo dato consiglio su come parcheggiare e raggiungerci senza grossi problemi. Grazie per averci scelto e speriamo di vederci presto da noi.

We hope to return soon.
We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at Suite de Charme. The location enabled us to arrive there, with ease, using public transport from Ciampino airport and Roxanna helped to make sure that both our arrival and departure went smoothly. Please note that it is up a small hill and the Spanish Steps are right outside so if you have a stroller or mobility issues it could be difficult to traverse, likewise with the building itself as there are steps up to the rooms. The bed in 203 was very comfortable, exactly what we needed after walking an average of 25km a day. The shower had good pressure and heat, although we couldn't find instructions on how to use the steam function. The air conditioning was much needed during our stay and we were grateful to have it. There is a supermarket near by (open until 11pm) which made getting a few staple groceries possible and a mini fridge in the room meant we could store them safely. I would definitely consider a return stay.

This property is around the corner from the Spanish Steps, in an unassuming building. It's far enough from the steps that it is very quiet, but close enough to be convenient. There are a Metro station (Spagna), a bus stop (Tritone, best the Trevi function) and 2 taxi stands close by, so getting somewhere is a breeze. Numerous dining and shopping options are nearby.

Great location but…. I don’t think that’s an hotel, it’s more like a hostel. Issues: 1. Cigarette smell all over the entrance 2. Horrible Garlic smell inside at the reception 3. Unstable tv signal 4. Bathroom flushers doesn’t work properly and remain dumping water. 5. Super noisy place, like sleeping in the street. 6. All surrounding street is full of garbage 7. There’s a noisy Sound of leak all night 8. A/C grills without maintenance and full of dust. Place needs to fix this issues. Other thing… they do maneuvers with your credit card 10 days before your check in. They freeze the credit value, without your authorization, no matter you have been chosen to pay at check in. That in my case generates a card block to me. Didn’t like that place

We are sorry for your review.We have not been able to live up to your "sympathy" and your "sincere" smiles.We, staff are here during our working shifts, to accommodate even those that are small requests and observations, which unfortunately never happened with you.For the observations on the bad smells in the reception area, unfortunately they are due to some works in the building where our hotel is located, we are sorry for this inconvenience.For the dirt on the street, unfortunately it was pointed out by us at the Hotel and also reported by all the residents of the street to the competent authorities (everything had been cleaned up the next day). But even these are unfortunately inconveniences that do not happen every day.For the "maneuvers" as you call them, we have adopted the payment solution as usual. If he had wanted to pay at the hotel, it would have been enough to say so during the days of his stay. Instead… like all other things, you waited to say everything, through the review.Accepting your judgment with regret, we hope you accept oursBest regards.

Perfectly located. Few meters from the Spanish Steps. Shopping street s with all luxury brands also very close. Only 10 walking minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Room was spacious and clean. For breakfast we have received vouchers for a beautiful small restaurant which was 300m from the hotel. There are plenty good restaurants for dining in walking distance. And finally: we have left a smartphone charger and an iPod plug in our room. Roxana from the hotel has packed all items in an envelope and we have organized a courier service for pick up and delivery to Germany. Very supportive. Thank you, we will come back for sure.

We were challenged to find this hotel because it does not have a typical hotel appearance. Thus there is no ambience. Once we were in the room, it was comfortable and clean. The hosts were very pleasant and explained everything well.

This property was a wonderful surprise. We couldn’t get closer to restaurants and shopping. The room, bed and linens was very comfortable. Most impressive was Roxana. We didn’t prepare and the taxi did not drop us off near the hotel so we had difficulty finding the front door. We called and Roxana walked outside to find us. She was also very accommodating on our last day as we ran into bad traffic. She communicates back very quickly. Thank you Roxana

We stayed 3 nights. Small rooms, but very nice. Front desk is only there during business hours, but she left a number in case of emergency, which never occurred. Just steps away from the Spanish Steps, but tucked around a corner enough that it feels more secluded. There is also a metro stop half a block away, which made it very easy to get to Vatican City, Termini (train station), or the Colosseum within a few minutes. Shopping from Dolce & Gabbana and Versace to more affordable options. All within a minute walk. Plenty of delicious food and gelato also.

We made such a great decision on this property, around the corner from the Spanish Steps. Can't say enough about the staff, Rox was outstanding and extremely helpful, the same with the gentleman that was there the next day, sorry I didn't catch his name. The pictures on line don't do justice the room, it was spacious and the bed super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family. This was a 5 start all the way.

What a wonderful place to stay. Staff so accommodating! Right in fashion district if you are in Rome for designer fashions. Metro right there to travel to other sites in the city! ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding stay- can recommend with confidence
The whole stay was outstanding and have already recommended the hotel to friends. Communication beforehand was prompt and easy, as was check-in. The hotel and staff were brilliant- great location near Spanish steps, lovely room, comfortable bed etc. I cannot speak highly enough of the place and will book again whenever we are back in Rome.

Extremely helpful with setting up transportation and directions. Great location, easy access to metro and within walking to many must see sites.
