플라미니오역에서 아주 가깝구요 ㆍ 엘리베이터가 없지만 짐을 올리고 내려주시는 서비스가 정말 만족스럽습니다~방ㆍ화장실 모두 깨끗하고 에어컨도 시원하고요~ 아침식사도 크로와상이 맛있었구여~~ 가는날 택시까지 짐을 옮겨주시는 서비스에 감동했습니다~~정말 친절하십니다~~

다른걸 떠나서 직원이 매우 친절합니다. 필요한것은 다 제공해주고 짐도 들어주더군요. 객실은 깔끔하지만 넓지는 않습니다. 하지만 추천할만 하네요. 지하철역과도 근접하고 도보로 여행하기 좋은 위치입니다.

우선 굉장히 친절 했습니다. 아침 일찍 도착 해서 체크인이 안되었는데 커피라든지 조식을 먹을수 있겠금 해주시더군요. 그리고 위치도 메트로에서 굉장히 가깝고 메인 스트리트도 가깝습니다.

장점: 훌륭한 조식(크로아상과 카푸치노가 완전 맛있음, 과일이 있어서 좋았음). 넓은 샤워공간. 냉장고. 에어컨. 위치(지하철에서 2~3분거리). 친절한 직원들(모든 직원이 마주칠때마다 웃는 얼굴로 인사해주고, 질문에 성의껏 대답해줌) 단점: 공용라운지가 없어서 아쉬웠음(조식 공간은 조식시간에만 오픈). 방이 작고 뷰도 좋지 않아서 약간 답답했음.

일단 위치적으로는 아주 좋습니다... 다만.... 구글맵을 이용하여 다니는 저희로서는 화가났습니다. 구글맵에서 알려주는 장소와 호텔장소가 달라서 그 주변에서만 30분이상을 찾아다녔습니다. 결국 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 지도위치와 주변을 추측하여 찾았습니다. 객실내 환경을 좋았으며, 엘리베이터가 없지만 짐을 객실까지 옮겨주시는 분이 계셔서 어렵지 않았습니다. 위치 또한 지하철역과 가깝습니다.

장점 : 생각보다 넓어 보이는 객실. 전체적인 인테리어도 깨끗. 화장실 청결도 준수 . 괜찮은 조식식사 단점 : 가장 큰 문제는 숙소 입구가 식별하기 어려울 정도로 작음. 조식이 7시 반이라고 하는데 준비는 8시에 함. 프론트가 출퇴근 식이라서 저녁 9시쯤 부터 조식전까지 없음 전화로 이야기 해야됨.

Location was close to Piazza del Popolo which was convenient for touring. It was also a short walk to the Spanish Steps. However, would never stay there again. Had booked two rooms: Changed to a new room as first one had ants. Second room water backed up in the sink and next to a staff member that lives in the hotel. They were loud and disrupted us regularly while in the room. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Breakfast didn't start until 8am so we could only attend one morning and it wasn't worth going. There was no way to make coffee in the room. After all of this the staff acted like it was our fault and it was a bother that we mentioned any of it.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting ordering taxi and transfers. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and full conversations could be heard. The last night the people across the hall screamed for over an hour which facilitated very poor sleep. Location is great for access to Plaza de Popolo. Keep in mind that if getting a hoho bus the closest stop is 23 mins away. You can walk to the coliseum in 30 mins from the hotel though!

The property is in a good location. Walkable to sights, dinning and shopping. However, we had some issues & concerns that I’m outlining below. 1. This property is not well maintained. * Hallway carpets are old and soiled * Bathroom shower frames are not kept clean and have visible mold, rust and calcification. * Inside the toilet bowl is black and disgusting. 2. The continental breakfast is not served buffet style as it’s customary or as advertised in the photos. There were display counters but they were empty. We were given a paper menu and a pencil to circle our choices and write the quantities we want. Our selections were presented quickly but if we wanted anything else, it was very difficult to get a hold of the server as he stayed in the pantry area all the time. 3. The photos are very misleading. The owners of this property used photos to display a property that does not exist at Via Gian Domenico Romagnosi 1. I say this literally because some of the photos belong to another property!!!!!!! Advertised as Luxury studios and scattered among photos of the “actual” property are very misleading photos that lead the traveler (in this case me) to believe these accommodations are available at this property and somehow the style is similar from room to room; when in fact, these rooms are in a completely different property quite a distance away (not walking distance if you have luggage) in a different neighborhood.

Little gem, big service!
Service was amazing! We were well taken care of and they gave us local recommendations for food that were incredible. There were nine of us in our party and we took 5 of the 14 rooms! The location is amazing! Very walkable to many areas! And the croissants at breakfast….YUM!!!

DEFO NOT LUXURY
This is not a Luxury accommodation as advertised and verges on miss- selling. The rooms were clean but the reception was poor and the carpets were thread bare. Its an apartment conversion and poorly done especially with regards to sound proofing which is non existent. You can hear everything from next door and you might as well have your neighbours showering in your room its that noisy. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and towels were cheap. I hate to say it but its like a poor mans premier inn and for £250 a night its expensive. It was clean and the location is good. The chap on reception was good but wasted in the role. nothing was explained about breakfast and the reception is only manned from 8am - 9pm so if you arrive late or leave early expect no help. No lift as well so no good for people with mobility issues.

This was the perfect hotel for us! We were in Rome before flying home, and it was in such a convenient location to every major landmark! It made walking and transportation to and from the airport a breeze! The rooms were clean, beds (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and we were able to have 3-4 adults with no problem. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and organized a transport to the airport for us! I would highly recommend!

The room was LARGE which I really liked, and a very walkable area near Piazza del Popolo & Via del Corso, which I also liked. Staff were super kind/friendly. Also great water pressure & a rain shower head which was fantastic. Breakfast on site was nice if pricey at €10, but plenty of options nearby. And you get a free bottle of water daily. The major ding IMO was no coffee/tea in the room - not even instant! With breakfast not starting until 8, if you want to get up early, you have to do it uncaffeinated and head to the bar down the street. Just for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. But, if you don't care about that aspect, this is a great hotel.

I stayed for about 9 days and enjoyed this luxury boutique hotel. It's not a typical hotel venue but has its own charm. The staff at the reception, dining room and housekeeping department were all very friendly and helpful. They were responsive to our needs. The room is spacious enough considering this sits in the center of the city Rome. I'm very satisifed with the bedding and pillows, which are clean, well kept and comfortable. A delightful surprise was the sparkling bottled water and free tea and coffee pot they provided and replenished each day. It would be a perfect 10 score if the glass shower door could be a bit more updated and remodeled. Otherwise, it was a delightful and comfortable stay overall.

Great hotel and location
Hotel located right next to Piazza del Popolo so was about a 20-30 min walk to furthest key attractions which was ideal! It is just outside of the centre which means you don’t get the flat rate taxi fare of €50 from airport. Staff on reception at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Room was modern and well decorated and had everything we needed. Only comment was that it felt like the floor probably could have done with a mop/wipe as was a bit dirty when not walking round with the slippers that were provided. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

Our room was dusty, old, need new paint, new bedding, overall new everything. The only two nice things about the hotel are one the hotel is in the area and second the front desk lady was extremely nice.

This is a brand new, beautifully decorated suite. It’s on a quiet street right off the main shopping street. All of the city’s sites are within walking distance. The location is truly the best of all worlds - quiet, yet right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The room is a little smaller than it looked in the photos.

The hotel is on a side street but that made it special. The neighborhood was quiet. Hotel staff, especially Andre was very helpful and helped us to get the correct train when we had to go to certain places. He even recommended places we could get our meals. When we asked to move from our room to another room, he was quite helpful in granting our request. Aka in all, I would stay again if I get another opportunity to do so!

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente si deseas estar cerca de las atracciones de Roma pero en una zona más tranquila. Hay una estación de metro a una cuadra y paradas de autobuses. La piaza de Popolo también está caminando. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y sólo por eso repetiríamos. El único detalle es que no tienen elevador y se tienen que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, no obstante el personal del hotel nos ayudó subiendo el equipaje. Buena relación costo-beneficio.
