Hello, we appreciate the fact that you recognize our excellent strategic position and you appreciated our room, however we wanted to make a clarification: our idea is to be able to give everyone the opportunity to visit Rome and sleep in the center at affordable prices, for this reason we have the most competitive and lowest prices in the Vatican area, but with services that are written. Among our the rooms services there is no breakfast and no iron, however when it is possible we give it upon request. In your room there were 5 plug socket, 2 next to the bedside tables, one next to the desk, one next to the mini fridge and 1 in the bathroom During the period of your stay there was a very important event in Rome and the prices were very high everywhere (they are normally lower), despite this our prices were among the most competitive in the area. Hello, we thank you for being our guests, however we want to make some clarifications, you have booked our only room with a private external bathroom, as specified at the time of booking and as written in your reservation, for this reason it is the cheapest room, but you have not read and you were not happy for thi reason as you told us, this has affected on your review.
