테르미니역에서 가까운 호텔
테르미니역에서 가깝습니다. 걸어서 5분거리에 있구요. 사장님이 매우 친절합니다. 그외에 불편한점을 구지 얘기해야 한다면 엘레베이터가 좀 좁습니다.!

Rome To Stay Experience
It is very close to Roma Termini. You can walk for 5 minutes to hotel from train. Also you can take metro near the hotel and metro goes to all famous places. It is 15 minutes away from Colossuem by walking. It is also very secure place. You have to pass 4 doors to your room. :) Roberto is a very kind man. He also gave us a map and a lot of advices for our travel. We will be happy to stay there again.

Roberto and staff are very nice. Property is very close to the most popular areas. Keep in mind that you will walk a lot!! Quiet and clean and 5 mins walking distance from Termini station, area is safe (woman alone for first time in Italy) I definitely would stay here again! Thank you Rome To Stay ❤️

Great location in central Rome
Lovely clean, spacious room in central Rome. Great location for sightseeing. Roberto was very helpful and made great recommendations of attractions to visit. The hotel is less that 10 mins from the train station.

Very nice, very clean, remodeled not long ago, AC was cool. The only thing about the train station area was too many immigrants trashing the area with their bad habits and make it seem less safe.

Rome To Stay is in a great location, close to a Metro station, on a bus route and pretty much everything is in a walkable distance.

The property was in a great location with good amenities, 2 minutes walk to the metro station. We missed tea making facilities and made a recommendation for this. Our son stayed an extra night and was given the tea making facilities once the suggestion had been read which was fantastic. Would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip! Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Termini, zum Bus, zur Metro, zum Colosseum etc. Wir wurden sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend empfangen, uns wurden vom Gastgeber sogar noch etliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom gegeben, die sich als sehr nützlich erwiesen haben (zB Viertel, wo es viele & sehr gute Restaurants gibt). Der Check in war bei uns schon früher als gedacht möglich - sehr positiv! Die Unterkunft war gepflegt & sehr sauber! Die einzigen Mankos waren, dass es in der Nacht, wenn andere in den Nebenräumen heimgekommen sind, sehr laut war. Man hörte die Türen der anderen Zimmer seht laut zu uns durch. Das Bett (wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten) war für mich mit meinen 1,89m fast zu klein (sowohl der Länge Nach als auch von der Breite, obwohl ich schlank bin). Nichts desto trotz kann ich die Unterkunft vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für einen Kurztrip (2-4 Nächte) voll & ganz empfehlen!

Un lugar excelente por la cercanía a los lugares turísticos, el coliseo a 10 minutos caminando. Lugares deliciosos de pizza y pasta para comer muy cerca. Saliendo del aeropuerto, tomamos un autobús que nos llevó al metro, del metro en la estación de Termini está a 10 minutos caminando (dos cuadras). No me fijé en las políticas del establecimiento que tienes que hacer el check in antes de las 7 pm y mi llegada fue posterior, mandé mensaje para que me pudieran recibir y fue muy amable el de recepción. (pero si me estresó pensar que no fuera a tener noche disponible por mi hora de llegada). Fui en tiempo de frío y nos apagaban la calefacción (para ahorrar energía) y la verdad que fueron las noches más frías de todo mi viaje aunque nos facilitó una cobija no se disfrutó la noche. El lugar muy limpio, chico, por la ubicación me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.

Very nice place at a humane price
I stayed 2 weeks in December at RTS and it was a pleasure. The room was well equipped and very clean, although I found it a bit narrow for my liking. There was central heating that started in the morning and evening, which was nice as Rome can be a bit chilly in winter. The shower was a bit on the weak side, but there always was hot water, so no big deal. Across the street there is a small restaurant that serves decent breakfasts (English and Italian style) and a delicious risotto with shellfish, should you want to dine there. 150 meters away, by the big piazza, the breakfast will cost you double. Restaurants are abundant in the area, Vecchia Roma and Krishna (Indian food) were superb! The location of RTS is excellent with a 5 min walk to the railway station Termini and the city buses, as well as the subway. You will easily get anywhere within, or without of Rome. But Rome is wonderfully walkable, and you will reach for example the Colosseum and Villa Borghese in 30 min, the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi in 25 (or less). Roberto, the host, is a charming and very helpful guy! He can answer most questions a tourist might have and also sells tickets to most attractions as well as the buses. All in all I had a very nice stay and I definitely recommend the Rome To Stay if you're looking for a nice place at a humane price.

Roberto was the perfect host and even helped us attempt to make a reservation at Rome's most popular restaurant. The location of the apartments is just around the corner from Roma Termini, Rome's central train station and very close to everything needed for sightseeing and amenities. The bed was very comfortable.

Had a lovely time at Rome to Stay, the rooms were clean, the location was excellent - only about a 10 minute stroll to Termini Station and walking distance to many other sites. Roberto was a fantastic and really knowledgable host and he gave us loads of really helpful hints for our stay.

快適で便利。
テルミニ駅にもマッジョーレ教会にも近いし、お手頃価格で、部屋もきれいで、wifiも快適。オーナーの人も地図で観光に便利なルートやバスの番号など丁寧に説明してくれた。チェックアウトは、鍵をboxに入れるだけなので、朝早い移動だったけれど、楽だった。とてもお勧めのホテル。

Short break in Rome
The hotel is excellently situated a few minutes from termini station and within walking distance of the main sites - Colosseum, Vatican etc.It is also close to bus & Metro links. The welcome from Roberto, the owner, was very friendly & informative. The transport from the airport (€35) was arranged by email & the driver was waiting for us when we got to the Arrivals at Fiumicino The room was beautifully decorated & equipped with heating & a fridge - no air con though which could be a problem in the height of summer (we stayed in December). The room overlooked a busy road & was noisy at night, even with the window & shutters closed - in summer it would be even noisier if you needed to keep the windows open for ventilation. The bed was generally comfortable but made of two mattresses pushed together - OK if you want to maintain your distance from your partner, otherwise... The room also had a really comfortable leather sofa. It had a well appointed, albeit a little small, bathroom & a decent shower. The building has a lift which was useful for carrying luggage to our room. We recommend the local branch of the Simply supermarket chain - lots of fascinating Italian food products we didn't know & loved trying, and the bakery is excellent.

Clean-convenient-comfortable. If you’re looking for fancy go to the Ritz but our room was spacious and the bed mattress was comfortable with crisp sheets, we slept well. Bathroom had a decent size shower and plenty of hot water. Close to Terminni hub of transportation and we walked to the Colosseum and museums our first day. If you’re on a budget and need to make your dollar stretch this is a good place to stay. Roberto who runs the place is friendly and helpful, helped us get tickets to Galleria Borghese.

場所がわからず隣の建物のホテルの人に聞いたら横の建物の4階と教えてもらいました。 エレベーターは付いています。小さく壊れないか心配でした・・ お部屋は狭いですが冷蔵庫も小さな冷凍できる場所もありました。 テルミニ駅から近いので遅く到着しましたが便利でよかったです。

Otel termini tren istasyonuna çok yakın ( 6-7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde) ancak şehir merkezine ve meydanlara gitmek için en az 30 dakika civarı yürümeniz gerek. Tabi otele dönerken de en az yarım saat yürümeyi göze alın ona göre yola çıkın. Uzaklık haricinde otel temiz sayılır. Çevrede güvenlik ile ilgili herhangi bir problem yaşamadık.

Don't be fooled
Right from the beginning we knew something was off. The "hotel" has no lobby. However, the ground floor of the building where it is located has a small sign indicating the "hotel" is in the 4th floor. The ground floor was filled with mosquitoes and bugs, disgusting to say the least. We rang the bell and were buzzed in. We climbed the stairs and were greeted by the "receptionist" at his apartment. We were directed to the "reception" which was literally the guy's kitchen with a computer. We paid the tourist tax and received our room keys. The receptionist kept ogling my friends and we were VERY uncomfortable. We didn't notice any other guests, and the other rooms that were marked as "hotel rooms" had clothes hanging on their balconies, which made us believe that "if" people were actually staying there, they were actually tenants and not guests. As soon as we got to our room, we booked another hotel and left immediately. Stay away from this place. Spend a few more dollars/euros and get yourself a real, clean and safe hotel.
