Spacious room with comfortable bed
Charming room, spacious, bathroom updated- bed comfy! Near Vatican City. Very detailed instructions for self checkin. Many small cafes nearby for breakfast or dinner. Quiet neighborhood.

El apartamento es genial, en una zona muy tranquila muy cerca del vaticano y con la estacion de tren a 1 minuto, la habitación es bastante buena, todo muy limpia y nuevo, los responsables Martina y lucas muy agradables y serviciales, nos buscaron un transfer al aeropuerto bastante bueno.

Dear guest we did not expect a different review from you considering your not very pleasant and polite behavior since your arrival, we are sorry you did not like the lift but it would be right to note that the building and the lift are historic with enormous cultural value which evidently you were not able to recognize, and it is absolutely FALSE that there is a rotten smell in fact yours is the first review that mentions this! but as said before, unfortunately after meeting you we didn't expect a correct review, fortunately all our customers know how to appreciate us otherwise we wouldn't have a score of 9.6 out of a total of over 200 reviews. Convenientemente cerca de la plaza de San Pedro
Excelente ubicación y conectividad. A 100 metros de la estación de tren Roma San Pietro, desde donde se puede ir en tren a varios destinos y al centro de Roma. El hotel está a 700 metros de la plaza de San Pedro. Edificio antiguo interesante, pero con ascensor. El piso del edificio en el que se encuentra el hotel esta remodelado y las habitaciones son modernas. Muy buen servicio por parte del personal.

Great stay. Service is amazing.
Really liked the stay. Luca was very helpful, the hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions except the Vatican. The local transport in Rome is really bad and you can’t trust the bus / train timings.

Very satisfied customers
The hotel rooms were excellent, clean and just as in the pictures. The location was great, vatican was very close by and with bus we could enter the city center easily. Luca and Martina were both very warm and welcoming hosts. They even helped us out of their business hours out of their goodness. We can only strongly recommend staying here.

It was a good location and convenient to the train station. Excellent restaurants in the area. The elevator was out of order and we were on the fourth floor. It made it difficult to get all of our luggage down when checking out. It was self check in so there wasn’t anyone available when we needed more towels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and our room was beautiful.

Boa localizacao. Perto do vaticano e, apesar de longe do centro historico, pode-se pegar o onibus 64 que vai e volta tranquilamente ao centro historico (nao sentimos falta de metro). A proximidade com a estacao san pietro de trem permite chegar e voltar ao termini muito facil. O apto é muito bem cuidado e tem suas instalacoes novas. Tivemos um bonus de desconto de 20% num restaurante nas imediacoes que foi muito bom. Sentimos a necessidade de melhoria no colchao da cama (muito mole) e na acustica dos aptos (dá pra ouvir barulho dos outros aptos). O aquecedor do quarto nao é ligado a noite (pasmem), só durante o dia. Mas isso parece ser um costume nos edifícios da italia (vimos acontecer em outros cidades). A pessoa que nos atendeu (Martina) muito simpatica e atenciosa. O hotel é do tipo que nao tem recepcao. Voce recebe uma chave e fica com um telefone de contato pra qualquer apoio. Mas todos dias o quarto era arrumado, limpo e as toalhas podiam ser trocadas. Televisao com grande numero de canais.

Fantastic Place To Stay
I found the San Pietro Suites a fantastic place to stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and kept that way by the daily cleaning. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The location was excellent- it is only yards away from the 64 bus, the train station and the taxi rank. I would be happy to recommend it to others and would be happy to return.

Ottima base in Roma
Location vicinissima a San Pietro ed alla stazione dei treni omonima San Pietro! Le camere sono al terzo piano di un immobile appena ristrutturato in zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Camere molto ampie e ben pulite. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono molto gentili e premurosi. Ottima scelta, ci ritornerò!

BED BUGS, DIRTY, NOISY - AVOID !!!
Worst experience of our trip. Room was filthy, had BED BUGS. There are only a few rooms at this place, which are right off reception area that was always noisy with people coming and going and slamming doors. Got locked out twice due to a VERY old stubborn door at the street entrance. (three difficult old doors to go through to get into reception!) The two millennials running this place are inept and rude.THEY clean the room (no professional housekeepers / cleaners). Slimy residue all over bathroom vanity. Glasses were dirty, one even had a long hair in it. Book at your own peril. NOT WORTH IT - such a terrible property - AVOID.

Great place to stay!
This place was excellent. Clean, great location to Vatican, great service...I would highly recommend this place for anyone going to Rome. The room I had, did have a little balcony that gives a good view of the Vatican and how close it is.

Love this place. Very modern feel for a european hotel. Very spacious and very close to the vatican. May be a bit out of the way for the other sites but it’s very close to bus number 62. So if you get tired from walking just take the bus and it’s 120 meters away. The restaurants around the area have amazing food and are open late. I sugges you eat around the area before going to avoid the tourist trap price of the other dining options in downtown rome

San Pietro Suites has the look of an older building with charm, however, the bedrooms are modern and very comfortable. Loved that we could walk up the street to the Vatican. The staff (Luca) especially was the best!!

There are so many things that I enjoyed about this lovely little guesthouse it is difficult to know where to begin. First and foremost the hosts were exemplary in their communications - providing, clear, safe instructions for accessing the property - even in their absence. Every detail was considered in the room and bath. Great location for easy access to the Vatican and public transportation to go elsewhere in the city. I highly recommend this lovely spot.

Excellent place
This is an excellent place; starting from check-in to check out, everything was perfect! The young man and woman at the front desk were very friendly and polite. check in instructions was clear and accurate. They were very kind and accommodated our request for early check. The place is a 10-12 min walk to the Basilica and Vatican Museum. Lots of restuarants within a 5 min walk. Our room was very clean and made up everyday. Breakfast coupons were given for a cafe nearby. We didn't need parking but there is a secure car parking 3 buildings down the road. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location in a neighborhood, close to good restaurants and to the entrance to the Vatican….an easy walk. Also, convenient to bus stops. perfekte Lage
Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist super, wir sind zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gelaufen. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Tür an der ruhigen Straße stellen. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Kleiner Minuspunkt hier: Man kann nur Zeiträume für das Frühstück angeben (8-9, 9-10 etc), die Zeiträume waren mir etwas zu groß.

Great location & accommodations!
A wonderful room close to Vatican City. A coffee maker in the room made great coffee. Breakfast is delivered right to the room. The communication was wonderful providing directions for a late check in and the owners helped us get a taxi back to the airport. We highly recommend staying here. If we return to Rome we will definitely rebook.

Cozy, comfortable and great breakfast!
This place was so comforting, the room was clean and cozy, bathrooms were clean and service was excellent. Location is right near the Vatican, less than ten minute walk. Plenty of great food in the area and right behind the Roma S Pietro train station which made travel very easy. Breakfast was amazing, best croissants we had during our stay in Italy!

Ottima soluzione
Posizione strategica. Camera confortevole. Bel bagno. Piu' che soddisfatto. Un grazie a Giorgio gentilissimo. Struttura forse non adatta a tutti in quanto al terzo piano di una casa storica e quindi senza ascensore e vi si accede con una scala stretta. Ma da tenere presente.
