Buongiorno Paolo, La ringraziamo per la sua opinione. La nostra struttura è una moderna guesthouse automatizzata, non siamo un hotel. Su Expedia siamo infatti inseriti nell’apposita sezione delle guesthouse e siamo molto apprezzati dalla nostra clientela. Probabilmente, durante la prenotazione, non si è reso conto di non aver selezionato correttamente i filtri di ricerca. Tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di guardaroba così come minibar, cassaforte, scrivania, tv led, aria condizionata individuale, set cortesia. Abbiamo inoltre differenti tipologie di camere a seconda dello spazio richiesto, nel suo caso è stata selezionata una single budget room, è tuttavia disponibile anche la tipologia superior single room. La nostra reception è aperta quotidianamente durante l’arco della giornata, tuttavia arrivando tardi e partendo presto è naturale non aver trovato personale disponibile. Siamo tuttavia sempre disponibili h24 via chat individuale tramite operatore dedicato. Ci auguriamo di averla presso nostro ospite SevenGuestRooms staff

Good morning Mr. Dmitry, we are really surprised by your review. You booked a small double room with city view. You have been assigned exactly the room you have booked. Photos are present on the expedia website so we do it understand your comment about the room. There were also more spacious rooms but you opted for a cheaper room and that is what we have assigned you. All our customers compliment us on the comfort of the mattresses (they are very expensive and top of the range). Under the sheet there is a normal fireproof and waterproof mattress cover obligatory by law, it is soft I do not understand what it means when you write "waxed". On the mattress there is a cover to keep the mattress clean and sanitized : it is a cotton cover on one side and impermeable on the other . In top of it there are sheets. We checked the TV and it works perfectly. You spent 5 days with us and I would like to understand why you never mentioned the problem (which is not when present). The property is located on the fourth floor and the elevator (in a historic building from 1880) starts immediately after 1 ramp of stairs (not from the second). The breakfast that we offer is an Italian breakfast with fresh croissants, fresh fruit salad and soy cappuccino. The truth Mr. Dimitry is that you wanted an international breakfast every morning without paying the extra charge . We did offer it the first morning but you continued to ask for it without paying the extra charge . We are sorry but you have to respect other people’s work and payments. This review only expresses your anger for not getting a free breakfast every morning. Also, I want to remind you, that we are still waiting for the payment of both the extra breakfast for € 45 and the unpaid city tax of € 35. At least be careful to be honest with other users who read this review and write the entire truth. Thanks

Kære gæst, vi tak for din venlige anmeldelse. For os er det en grund til vækst. Faktisk har vi forbedret de tilbudte tjenester og tilbyder nu morgenmad i den nye veganske økologiske bistro med friske daglige produkter. Selvfølgelig vil du forstå, at et værelse med udsigt over byens centrum og den storslåede og travle nationalvej ikke vil være så stille som et værelse med en intern udsigt, men alligevel har vi løst dette problem ved at installere nye og sofistikerede støjgenereringsvinduer af den nyeste generation, selvom de foregående var lige så ny. Vi takker dig for dit ophold.
