Awesome host
This was our first time in a Bed and breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. Simonetta was a very gracious hospitable host. Breakfast was abundant. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was very near train/metro station and if you’re willing to walk about 25 minutes walk to the Vatican. We highly recommend this place

Staying with Someone Who Cares
Our room was spacious and both it and the bathroom were clean, with many amenities provided. The location was perfect, being close to the Vatican and Metro but on a relatively uncrowded, quiet street. The breakfast was not cooked but did offer a good variety. Our host went overboard to be helpful and kind.

Удобно, тихо, комфортно.
В отеле провели 2 ночи в двухместном номере с собственной ванной комнатой. Для кратковременного пребывания отель отличный. Номер не тесный, удобная большая кровать, много мест для хранения вещей - огромный шкаф, два комода и две тумбочки. Ванная комната небольшая, но вполне удобная, есть все необходимое. Постельное белье и полотенца действительно хорошего качества, как и указано в рекламе отеля. Очень приветливая и ответственная хозяйка, готова во всем помочь и учесть все пожелания. Ночью тихо, хотя район рядом с метро и отель занимает 1 этаж дома. Завтрак - йогурт, мюсли, выпечка, джемы, фрукты, кофе, чай. Нам хватало. На кухне есть холодильник, газовая плита, тостер, посуда. Рядом 2 больших супермаркета Conad и Carrefour, поэтому ужин можно организовать в отеле (при необходимости). Особое преимущество отеля - расположение. Район метро Cipro очень удобен для проживания в Риме - метро и множество автобусных маршрутов, хорошая инфраструктура, местный колорит, легко добраться до автобуса в аэропорт.

Cute little Bed & Breakfast near to the Vatican
Situated nicely right on top of the undergroundstation Cipro (line A). 5 stars for how this B&B is run! Will return here for sure.

Excellent Stay with Simonetta ai Musei Vat in Rome
Simonetta was most helpful advising us where to get good food and tips about moving around in Rome. She has also been most accomodating and assisting my family whenever I ask her.

Our stay at Simonetta's
Simonetta took excellent care of my daughter and I ! She helped us from before getting there ,by facilitating our communication via email and giving us all the information needed for our vacation, to being a wonderful hostess . She gave us time saving tips, arraigned tickets for us and made our stay a memorable experience ! I will stay there again

Simon is a great host. Very nice and accommodating. Place is a little bare but good for what you pay. The room can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is getting up and out.

Easy walking distance to the Vatican.
Simonetta was a wonderful hostess, she sent us a lot of information and recommendations when we first booked our accommodation. She arranged for the Roma passes we wanted to be at the B&B shortly after our arrival and booked our visit to the Galleria Borghese when we wanted to go.

BB emplacement et accueil très positifs
Simonetta est une personne attentive au bien être de ses hotes. Dés la réservation, elle nous fait parvenir des informations sur la ville. Elle prodigue de précieux conseils, son accueil et la propreté des lieux sont au top. le petit déjeuner est copieux; bref, rien à redire; de plus son BB est à proximité du métro (ce qui est trés appréciable à ROME) et du vatican.. Une adresse à recommander vivement.et une note de 9 sur 10.

Superb location near Vatican and Subway
Simonetta is fluent in English, she acted also as concierge, arranging reservations to tour the Borghese Gallery (very cool) and to participate in the general audience where Pope Francis goes around in the "pope mobile" and blesses the crowd. The room is in a flat that has been divided into bedroom/bath units all sharing the main entry. Simonetta came early two mornings to have breakfast and coffee ready for us. She also arranged the driver to take us early to the airport. It was nice to have someone working with us who knows the "ins and outs" of vacationing in Rome. This would also be a great place for someone traveling on business to Rome.

Nice room in walk distance from Vatican
It is not hotel room, as we normaly imagine a Hotel. It is one of rooms in regular apartment in regular (for Rome) apartment building. The owner/concierge/breakfast servant is very welcoming, kind of warm-wrap-arounding, but absolutely not intrusive at same time. She 's always ready to provide you with all info you ask for and above. She wil tell you everything she knows about your subject. Overall stay there was pleasing and I definitely will come back there again.

Amazing B&B
Simonetta was an amazing host! I arrived 45 minutes later than I said I would be she was very gracious about it. The room was very clean, well organized and quiet even though it was on a busy street. The patio off the breakfast room was fantastic to sit on in the morning just reading a book. All around a very gorgeous place that I would definitely stay in again!

Fantastic !
We booked the hotel as a present for my brother for his wedding as a bit of a honeymoon so we were looking for somewhere with a more personal touch than a big hotel. The day after we booked the B and B Simonetta emailed us with plenty of useful information about Rome and the local area. At our request she arranged for the honeymooners to have a bottle of bubbly and pastries waiting for them in their room and she arranged the taxi's to and from the airport, all at a very reasonable cost. The report back from my brother was excellent, which is great when you choose a place for some one else. The room was basic but very clean and the location was fantastic. Simonetta was very helpful throughout their stay, nothing was too much trouble and she was a font of all knowledge about Rome, where to go and how to get there. I hope that if we ever get to go to Rome we can stay with Simonetta in her wonderful B&B.

Great spot for a short break
Ground floor flat in a block of flats very near the Vatican. Think there are 4 rooms, 1 an en-suite family room. Very comfortable, decent continental breakfast - shower a bit hit and miss though. As recorded elsewhere the major plus is the owner, Simonetta who is just so friendly and helpful - will organise as much or as little as you want her to during your stay. Highly recommended for a short break.

非常に使い勝手のいいホテル
女性1人旅行の為、お金は掛けたくないが清潔感も欲しかったので、simonetta ai mueei Vaticani を選択。 メトロから5分も掛らないところにホテルがあり住宅街の中だけどすぐに見つかりました。私はイタリア語が出来ないのでシモネッタさんが英語で施設と周辺情報を説明してくれました。朝ごはんも充実していたのでしっかり頂けました。唯一、ランドリーとwifiは有料だったので、事前に知っておきたかったという事で、➖1point

We would love to stay with Simonetta again!
Simonetta was a gracious and classy hostess and helped us to transition to life in Rome very nicely when we arrived on May 20, 2013. On our send morning, we had to get up very early to go on a tour, and she got up early to serve us breakfast that filled us up! So many others on our tours complained of little or no breakfast from their hotels, but we were the lucky ones because we stayed with Simonetta! She was constantly giving us tips and directions for the metro and shopping. When we needed laundry done she offered to take our clothes to a local laundromat while we were away from the B&B. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were full of variety and satisfying, the patio was a lovely place to do some exercising or just relax, and the conversation with Simonetta was stimulating! Her location, being just a 5 minute walk from the Vatican and a 2 minute walk from Cipro station makes it very convenient to get anywhere. Oh, and the driver she recommended pick us up from the airport was great and reasonably priced considering the distance driven!

Highly recommended for first time visitors to Rome
It was more like staying with a friend than just being in a B&B. Simonetta helped us a lot with organising our days to make the most of our short stay, and her local knowledge and enthusiasm made it a very special place to stay. It was also very handily located for the Metro and good value restaurants

Buono con qualche limite
L'ospite, cioè Simonetta, è un'ottima persona che ti fa sentire subito in casa (tua). La colazione è ottima con cornetti e marmellate. L'unico vero limite è che ci si deve svegliare presto la mattina. Per chi viene a lavorare quindi ottima soluzione, per il relax ovviamente meno. Ottima localizzazione a un passo dalla metro cipro e dal vaticano.

great hotel for rome break
Super B&B. Really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient for the Vatican just 50 metres from Cipro Metro station. Simonetta spoke excellent English, was very helpful,would make bookings etc and was full of good advice. Breakfast was a feast, best we have had abroad.

Great B&B, lots of information on sites to see and their cost, within walking distance to the vatican and restuarants. Great breakfast every morning, Owner even made an early breakfast for us because we were leaving early for our flight.

Solo female at B+B Simonetta
Personal attention from the start. Greeted at a pre-arranged time and made to feel at home straight away. Nice area, very close to Metro Cipro and as a female on my own I felt safe. Lovely single room, shared bathromm a few steps down the corridor (beautifully fitted), nice courtyard and homely breakfast area. Great food, brilliant coffee and a lovely friendly host. Thank you Simonetta, I hope I'm able to stay with you again.

klein und gut
Man sollte vorher wissen, dass es sich um ein ganz, ganz kleines Hotel handelt, genau genommen um eine Wohnung mit vier Gästezimmern, zwei Bädern und einem Frühstücksraum. Eine kleine Irritation gab es bei meiner Ankunft früh um elf Uhr als nur die Oma anwesend war, die dann aber die Leiterin des Hotels angerufen hat. Nachdem alles ok war, bekam ich auch gleich einen Schlüssel, so dass ich rund um die Uhr kommen und gehen konnte. Mein Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet, sauber, mit TV, kostenlosem WLAN, Bett ok, Bäder sauber, mit Duschkabine. Jeden Morgen war die Leiterin anwesend, die man auch gut nach Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Rom fragen konnte (Tickets, Verkehrsverbindungen). Das Hotel ist 2 Minuten von einer U-Bahnstation entfernt und direkt hinter dem Vatikan (man braucht 15 Minuten zu dort hin wenn man läuft und nicht die U Bahn nimmt) Ich würde wieder dort hin gehen.

ヴァチカンに行くならお勧めです。
メトロ駅に近く、また、ヴァチカンにも徒歩圏内。 シーモネッタおばさんがローマのお勧め観光スポットを詳しく教えてくれます。 無線LANも完備で、メールやネットも快適にできます。 朝食には、菓子パンやクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、ジュース、茹で卵、コーヒー、紅茶などが付きます。 最終日には深夜にローマを発ったのですが、部屋は夜まで追加料金無しに使わせてもらえました。 タバコ屋さんが目印。その横が宿です。真鍮のプレートがある扉のベルを押せば、シーモネッタさんが出てきます。
