Dear Sir, thank you very much for sharing your impression about your stay. I apologize for some noise that you may have hear from the bar on the street, sometimes there is some more people than the average and you was probably in one of the lower floors. By the way, all rooms comes with double glasses on the windows, that properly cut the noise off if kept close. About the fact of the City Tax in cash, it's just a request that we do as a rule of the House, because we prefer not to pay extra tax on top of the taxes that we have to collect for the municipality; it's just a way to avoid a cost on something that is not properly our business, but that we have to do. Once you was checking out, as you missed to keep some cash for this purpose, at the end we was forced to collect that payment by card. I hope you will like to consider to come back and visit us in future, we have several improvements going on and I'm sure you will like to discover them. Best regards

Dear Guest, I regret that you are not satisfied of your stay with us. As specified on our description, we are not a typical Hotel with reception on the street, that's why you found some trouble on finding us, also if the address is very clearly advertised, not leaving space to confusion. By the way, one of the improvements that we are doing is to open the reception on the street; this will be happening just in a few weeks from today and this will help anyone to find us very easily. Hello, thank you for your review. I understand that we asked for an extra payment for extra people in the room. This is clearly stated on our policies, if you book for 2 and stay for more than 2, of course there is an extra charge. Maybe in other Hotel there are different policies, but you know, we all are different companies. Best regards
