모든 점이 마음에 들어요
일단 위치는 바르베리니 역 앞인데다, 버스 정류장은 더 가까이에 있고, 스페인광장, 보르게제 미술관, 리나센테 백화점 등 왠만한 곳은 다 걸어갈 수 있어 최고입니다. 스태프들도 하우스키핑 실비아, 아침식사 서빙하시는 분들, 체크인데스크 직원분들 모두 다 진심으로 친절하게 대해주셔서 참 기분이 좋네요~ 방은 깔끔하게 현대식으로 레노베이션된 넓은 스위트인데 문으로 분리가 가능해 독립공간을 원하는 중학생 딸과 가족 여행하기 정말 좋습니다. 워낙 번화가 한복판이다보니 늦게까지 차와 사람들이 많이 다녀서 안전하지만, 밤에는 자동차와 버스 소음이 들리긴 합니다~ 모든 점이 만족스럽니다!!!

로마의 주요 관광지에 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 위치와 스위트룸
체크인 하는 곳과 숙박하는 호텔 출입구가 다르다는 정보로 처음엔 당황했지만 체크인 하고 건물 코너만 돌면 바로 호텔 출입구가 있어서 그리 불편하지는 않았습니다. 대부분 나이 드신 직원들께서 안내를 해주시고 계셔서 짐이 무거울때는 각자 옮겨야 하는 불편(?)은 있지만 매우 친절하십니다. 스페인광장과 트레비 분수를 걸어서 갈 수 있고(10분 내외) 호텔 앞 광장에는 많은 레스토랑과 대부분의 이층짜리 투어버스가 정차하는 정류장이 있어서 시내 관광 뿐만 아니라 바티칸시국까지도 편하게 갔다 올 수 있습니다. 룸은 호텔 이름대로 다른 호텔의 스위트룸 구조여서 지내기 편안하고 럭셔리 합니다..^^ 쇼파베드는 2인용입니다..

여행을 마무리 하는 호텔로 택했는데, 만족스러운 선택이였습니다!
한국사람 후기가 하나도 없어서 걱정하며 갔는데, 만족스러운 선택이였습니다. 호텔은 check in/out 장소가 달라 조금 불편감이 있었지만, 로마 중심지라 위험하거나 하지 않았고, 여러 관광지, 지하철 접근성이 좋았습니다. 호텔은 청결했고, 다른 로마에 머물렀던 같은 4성급에 비해 로비, 호텔 규모등이 약간 작은 듯 했지만, 모든 집기나 가구, 침구류 등이 다 새거이고, 실내 인테리어가 예뻐요. 더불룸은 호텔측에서 게시한 사진보다는 실물이 작아보였지만, 작아서 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 욕실은 샤워부스여서 쓰기 편리했고, 조식은 buffet가 아니고 조식 메뉴에서 먹고싶은 걸 주문하면, 룸서비스로, 또는 조식 식당에서 먹을 수 있어요. 크로와상과 커피가 매우 맛있었어요. 조식 스텝분 매우 친절하세요~

Overall great stay and great hotel. Walkable to many local area attractions, including Trevi Fountains and Spanish Steps, and the staff was responsive. Breakfast was good, and would stay again.

Amazing property with super staff. Reception, housekeeping, dining room and breakfast room staff provide service that is beyond expectation. This was a return visit to Rome. We would not stay anywhere else! Seeing some of the same staff made our visit more enjoyable. Great area with more than enough eateries.

I would give this hotel a 5 star rating if the elevator had been working for our stay. We came back to the hotel early Saturday afternoon to find it was out of service. When we checked out on Monday, it was still out of service. Walking up and down 4 floors was unpleasant and no one even offered an apology. The concierge service was excellent on check-in and the staff friendly. The breakfast was small but nice. The rooms were comfortable, outside noise was scarcely heard, the shower had excellent water pressure, the housekeeping was spectacular and they kept the mini bar replenished without asking.

Stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed it. We stayed at the luxury suites which is just around the corner of the main hotel. The hotel room was very clean and newly renovated. The bed was not the most comfortable. Just two beds stuck together. Also, this is not anything the hotel can control but since it is in a busy area, the noise makes it difficult to sleep. Otherwise we loved the hotel location. It is close to everything. All the major spots are within walking distance, specifically the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. The breakfast was actually very good and there was a wide selection to choose from every morning. There’s also lots of restaurants around to choose from!

The hotel is in a very convenient location near the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Metro. Great shopping nearby. The room was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful.

el hotel es nuevo muy bonito el personal amable pero el hotel esta divido en 2 y según donde te toque la habitación el desayuno no es bueno no tiene nada es mas son 3 meses o 4 amontonadas el parking no lo gestionan ellos y cuando llegas tienes que empezar a regatear como si estubieras en marruecos porque en la pagina pone 35€ pero te acaban cobrando 60€

Great location and lovely accommodation
The hotel was in a great location, the staff were all really friendly, especially the waiter that served us breakfast each morning, he couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in the luxury suites, the room was spacious for the 4 of us. We would all definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again when we return to beautiful Rome

Excellent service! We came in from a cruise early in the morning not expecting our room to be ready. Not only was our room made available hours before check in, but we were provided with croissants and orange juice. We had an early departure the next day and were accommodated with an early breakfast. We truly felt welcomed and valued and would highly recommend this establishment.

スイーツで3階の綺麗な角部屋で窓からは噴水のある広場が見えました。窓を開けると賑やかですが、窓を閉めればある程度静かになります。朝食は決まった物のようですがスタッフが丁寧で料理も良かったです。コロッセオまではテルミニ駅で乗り換えが必要ですが、バチカン方面やサン・ジョバンニ・イン・ラテラノ大聖堂(そこからカラカラ浴場へも歩ける)近くまで1本なので移動が楽でした。

Property was excellent except for someone else’s socks were under the end of our bed. Also, we were in the old section which meant we had to exit the main hotel and walk around the corner and come into a separate entrance. But the staff was amazing! Very helpful! Breakfast was included and really good! Def will stay there again when we come back to Rome.

Propreté impeccable ; service au top. Un gros bemol : notre chambre , la suite royale, est très bruyante contrairement à ce que nous avions pu lire en général sur l’établissement. Nous avons fait l’acquisition de Boules quies ! Emplacement top avec métro à côté et fontaine de trevi à 7 mns

Upscale Luxury Suites were awesome. Rooms were large and well furnished. You can see good housekeeping was a priority. Very clean with adequate supplies. Staff were attentive and responded quickly in a very pleasant way. Being able to have breakfast available on the 3rd floor was an added plus...very nice staff serving. Having stayed in the area of Rome many times...we feel we have found the BEST. We will return!

La recepción está en el hotel a la vuelta
Las habitaciones están muy bien, nuevas, el botones muy atento. La recepción está en el hotel que está a la vuelta, lo que es un poco incómodo. El primer día, después de volver en la noche, me di cuenta que no teníamos toallas de ducha y llamé para solicitarlas. Me dijeron que tenía que ir a buscarlas yo a la recepción del otro hotel.
