Dear Jessica, thank you for the positive review. I agree that the triple room is not very convenient for 3 adults, many days and with many suitcases, we tried to specify that it is a double room with extra bed, and I swear I'm solving this problem. Regarding the second point, after your reservation I sent you a message to know approximately the time of your arrival as we do not have a 24 hour reception, but you did not answer me.
