아파트 한층내 공용주방이 있고 방이 여러개 붙어있음. 주방은 없는거나 마찬가지임.조식이용안하니 오전 10시까지 전자렌지도 이용못하고 가스도 안전상 이용못함. 방음안됨. 바티칸과는 가까워 걸어갔고 ztl아니라 지하주차장에 일15유로 주고 안전하게 주차함.

From 8 to 10 am, in the breakfast time, you can use the kitchen and the microwave, but what you prepare, if there are no free seats at the table in the kitchen, must be consumed in the room. 바티칸박물관과 가까운 cipro 역과 걸어서 5분 거리. 침구가 편안함. 물은 데울 수 있으나 취사는 불가함. 커피포트가 잘 작동되지 않아 조금 아쉬움.

깨끗하고 시설좋은 게스트하우스~ 추천합니다^^
건물을 찾는데 좀 헤맸지만 게스트하우스내 시설은 매우 좋았습니다. 주인도 친절하시고 관리도 잘 되어 있었습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 특히 욕실의 시설은 훌륭한 편이었습니다. 에어컨, 와이파이도 잘 되어 지내는 데 불편함이 없었습니다.

Gianluca and Maria were excellent hosts. The property was super clean. You may have breakfast for a small monetary amount. They also offer shuttle service to the airport which was great. It is located in an absolutely wonderful area. It is incredibly safe and very close to 2 metro stops. Short walk to local food markets (which were amazing) and any other essentials. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican museums and not far at all from the heart of Rome. Gianluca is also extremely generous with his time and assisted us when we ran into an issue. A very giving person! We will most definitely be staying here upon our return. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location and the rooms were very clean. 15 minute walk to the vatican. Maria is very helpful and Luca is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. It had a very home and cousy feel. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro, there are two station close to it. It is also is a 5 minute walk from Bonci pizza if your a lover of good food. Overall this is an amazing place to stay and very easy to get around rome via metro.

We spent 8 nights at the Vatican Point Break in October - had a wonderful time! Gianluca and Maria were wonderful hosts - had lots of helpful hints for navigating the city, and kept our room spotless! Is very close to the Metro and walking distance to the Vatican. Everything we needed was nearby! We hope to return one day.

Excellent Stay In Rome
This place is excellent. Very Close to train station, food within walking distance around 10 min walk to Vatican very friendly people and Sergio is very nice. He is very friendly and if I have a question he has a good communication skill. Also Maria is very nice and friendly. They are very good people that I met in Rome. They made our stay very comfortable. The place also is very clean and space. It has a fridge and a big TV. Nice and clean bathroom. My next trip to Rome I will stay in this place again. Thank you Sergio and Maria. I will recommend this place to anyone!

The place is very clean and nice ! Staff are extremely friendly and they tell you all about the area , if you want to go to the Vatican every day this is a good place to stay but if u want to be close to the other attractions this place is kinda far , and they charge me for the air conditioning

Hello, the vote 6 you gave to my structure is unfair and does not correspond to reality because the level of comfort and hygiene that you can find in our rooms is excellent, and therefore a just enough vote does not respect our work. Rome is so big that if you stay close to the Vatican it is logical that you are far from the Colosseum, but our hotelis located just 300 meters from the underground and bus terminal that you can reach every corner of the city with extreme ease and comfort. This district is very safe, so you can walk without problems day and night. Finally on all our portals it is clearly shown that air conditioning is not included in the price of the room, but has an extra cost, so I wonder why you wonder about it. If you do not want to pay the extra cost for air conditioning, why you don't book a facility that shows rate including air conditioning, but I doubt you will find a facility with our services for the same price. Helpful host
Owner Gianluca goes extra miles to make visitors satisfied. We arrived in Rome late in the evening. Once I text him, he came to the building immediately. He then took me to find a free parking space (for Sunday night) and showed me how to go to the garage under his B&B. The room is clean and well maintained. There is a safe in the wall so it’s very convenient. The common area includes a kitchen (which we used) and balcony. There is also a washing machine on the balcony. Contrary to some reviews, Gianluca speaks good English. He responded my questions promptly before and during our stay. We will return if we visit Rome again.

Great Rome vacation hotel
Wonderful place to stay for our visit to Rome. Spotless, comfortable, and located near Vatican City. Maria is a wonderful cook! Note that you will pay extra for breakfast, AC and beverages (water, soda, etc). An added bonus, we weren’t scheduled to leave Rome until the evening of our checkout day. We were able to store our luggage for the day at no extra cost.

Host was great, he was super helpful and walked us through checking in, i made an error on my bookingband he was very accommodating. Really nice, cozy, clean and close to trains. Very close to Vatican city you can walk if ur traveling on a budget. Really nuce area with restaurants and bars and there a whole mall close by. Perfect place to stay when in rome

Modern and confortable
Vatican Point Break is an excellent bed & breakfast. Service is exceptional. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The entire experience was enjoyable. Location is near the Vatican. It is also accessible to the subway station (central to 2 stations). Vatican Point Break is near a shopping mall, so if you need a familiar McDonald's hamburger or KFC, you can enjoy one in minutes. Also near the location are several restaurants and cafes. Bonci Pizza is a few blocks away for some exceptional pizza. Our entire stay in Rome was perfect and Vatican Point Break was the perfect place to stay!

The Vatican Point Break has the best staff anywhere. I’m 63-years-old, and I was born and raised overseas. I’ve been traveling all my life, and you’ll not find a better Bed-and Breakfast anywhere in the world.

Hello Claus, I Would like to point out that on the official website of hotels.com on the page of our hotel it is explicitly written that the air conditioning has a daily cost of 3 euros and that nearby there is free parking, but it is not bookable, that is it means that there is the possibility to park for free, but you have to check at the moment if there is any free place or if you need to wait until one is free. Finally in the shared kitchen there is a refreshment corner where you can enjoy free American coffee, tea, chamomile and coffe espresso, but this service has nothing to do with breakfast. I therefore strongly recommend the next time you book a hotel to read carefully what is included in the booking and what the extra costs are, in order to avoid reviews of this type that only damage the work of others, because the information and the score you gave to the my structure is not only incorrect but it is also wrong in its contents. And they are cause of your own mistake. Best regards Sergio

We stayed here for 6 nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly by Gianluca, the owner. He gave us a tour of our room. He also gave us some tips on how to navigate Rome. The place feels like home away from home. The kitchen facilities allowed us to prepare breakfast on our own. The cleanliness is superb. The location is very good since it is so close to almost everything: metro/train, stores, Vatican, bank, etc...The only complain we had was regarding the room lock. There is a need to insert the key once we are inside the room just to lock it. But other than this, our experience was so great.

Perfecte ligging tov metro en bezienswaardigheden. Prima te lopen. Zeer behulpzame eigenaars. Geven veel nuttige informatie over vervoer, de stad en restaurants. Absolute aanrader voor een prima verblijf in het prachtige Rome.

The accommodation was outstanding and the hosts were very warm, welcoming and friendly. The overall environment was clean and fresh. Ideally located to both the Vatican Museum as well as central Rome, such as Fontana di Trevi, Colloseum, Pantheon, etc. Very close proximity to various restaurants with local cuisine. We would highly recommend Vatican Point Break to anyone.
