The only thing I didn't like was that the actual rooms are not in the address that shows in their profile, so get ready to walk or grab a taxi once they give you the keys. The room was clean, modern, good, new, comfortable, and I personally recommend this place to stay in Rome.

Perfect location close to the centre of the city. The room is small but has most facilities. The price per night is relatively high and hence one expects a very good accommodation. The reality differs from the expectation. The room needs tender love and care. The bathroom needs repair so that smell of sewer no longer is present. The room itself as well is in need of repair, for example the hole in the wall next to door.

Esperienza positiva come lo è stato la prima volta, unica pecca nel bagno la finestra rimaneva aperta perché non c’era la maniglia e poi mancava anche la tenda alla finestra del bagno. Pertanto ho dovuto mettere un asciugamano per non farmi vedere dalle persone che abitavano di fronte

Все отлично, но было расколото биде.
Отличное расположение. Заселение прошло без проблем. Мы пришли по указанному адресу, там все заполнили, нас проводили по адресу где находится квартира. Парень зашел, открыл номер и быстро убежал. Мы подумали, что как-то странно это было. Оказалось, что в нашем номере был о расколото биде. Мы написали, что у нас расколото биде. Поэтому просматривайте номер, прежде чем принять его.

Don’t Stay Here!
What a nightmare! We didn’t realize until we had booked that check in is at a hotel a 10 minute walk away. We arrived at the first location just before 2 pm check in. The clerk there told us to hurry to this hotel as the housekeeper was just finishing up and would wait for us. We got there at 2:10 and pushed the outside buzzer repeatedly with no response. The phone numbers on the listing and the card we picked up are not in service. I googled the website for the check in hotel and found the correct number. The clerk called the housekeeper and she came down and met us. She was not happy to see us as neither of the 2 rooms we had booked were ready. We are Canadian and speak and understand very little Italian. She speaks no English. She gave us our room keys so that we could drop off our luggage and sent us away. That part was ok as we wanted to explore Rome anyway. When when got back after dinner at 9 pm, we were locked out of our rooms. We were given 3 keys each, 4 were needed to get through The Fort Knox like set up to access the rooms. Apparently one of the doors should never be closed. There were other guests as well who had shut the door for which we had no key. We would have done the same because if we were instructed in Italian to leave that one open we did not understand. We were in the hall for an hour until someone from the other hotel came to let us in. We were awakened in the night by other guests who were also locked out and pounding on the door Don’t stay here!

Hyggeligt hotel på fantastisk belæggenhed👍
Super flot hotel med lækre værelser. Dog et stor minus var, at vi flere gange oplevede at der intet varmt vand var uanset om det var om morgen eller aften. Og det er lidt upraktisk når der nu var spabad på værelset at man ikke kunne få varmt vand i det. Men med det sagt, lå hotellet perfekt😃Med Engelsborg og Peters kirken 5 minuter væk og shoppe muligheder 10 minuter. Masser af spisesteder lige ude for døren og super hyggelig atmosfære😁 At vi skulle tjekke ind på en anden adresse var heller intet problem. Super venlig modtagelse og kørsel derfra og til hotellet gjorde det hele meget nemt. HUSK GODE TRAVESKO👟 og nyd en skøn by🏛⛲🛵

There is no on site staff. Check in was difficult. You need to check in at a different hotel. I was aware of the procedure. Received email to go directly to my hotel to check in and to phone other hotel on my arrival. No one answered my call. Had to walk to other hotel to check in.

Camera molto più piccola di come appare dalle foto, a stento si riesce a camminare ai lati del letto. Colazione con merendine preconfezionate e fette biscottate. Il personale é peró cortese e ci ha accompagnati alla guest house dal luogo del ceck in in auto. C'era un palese velo di polvere sul tavolino e sulle tazze ma cosa più grave di tutte la mancata insonorizzazione delle camere. Una notte la coppia che soggiornava di fronte a noi ha deciso di usare la vasca idromassaggio e il rumore del suo funzionamento era davvero invasivo; ovviamente non erano gli unici rumori molesti che si percepiscono in camera, totale assenza di intimitá dovuta alla mancata insonorizzazione delle camere, pecca gravissima per un hotel.

Everything was perfect, apart from a few minor things, water pressure was really low, so the hot tub took a long time to fill, the lights in the ceiling above the hot tub didn't work, and there was no toilet roll holder so it was stored on top of the radiator about 7 foot high, minor inconveniences, but they if they would have been addressed I'd rate it 5 star, great location, friendly staff and very clean,

vatican Royal suites is rooms owned and run by another hotel locally ! very frustrating setup,it's a shame because the room wasn't that bad,once you find the correct address you have to call the hotel which is 6 blocks away to check you in and show you to your room etc which took a while .good central location near the Vatican and close to buses and the metro good restaurants and shops nearby friendly staff great jacuzzi in room ..recommend buying a travel pass for the trains and busses ti get you round the city it's vet reasonably priced you can get them from the train station or the local tobacconists

Hotel Vaticano
Had a lovely short break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Location near to Vatican. Junior suite room had Jacuzzi in room, which was great for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Room was on 4th floor. Lift was quite small but we didn't mind the stairs anyway. Small but well appointed communal breakfast with coffee maker plus croissants and pastries in private hallway off room. Room and breakfast area a was kept spotless. Overall a really good place to stay. Would love to return someday.

Séjour en amoureux, chambres dans un immeuble ou se trouvent de nombreux bureaux professionnels (avocats et médecins) mais ce n'est pas gênant. Chambre calme, bien située. Seul bémol pas de clim, ou mauvais fonctionnement, en tout cas nous avons eu très chaud. Cafetière à disposition 24h/24, HS pendant notre séjour.

Fint værelse i godt område
Fedt område og tæt på alting. Der er dog IKKE en tag terasse og køleskabet/minibaren var fuldstændigt tomt selvom vi blev lovet at det blev fyldt med vand.Overordnet et fint sted men junior suiten var lidt trang-der var ikke taget hensyn til, at man har et par kufferter med.

J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour faire une surprise a ma copine et pour être au top j'ai réservé une chambre avec un accès Wifi gratuit, Bain à remous privé, petit déjeuner etc... Et quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre non seulement le wifi ne marchait pas, en plus de sa le bain a remous n'était pas présent dans la chambre et le personnelle ne parlait aucune langue a part l'italien et l'anglais que je ne parle pas ! Pour finir sur une note positive je dirai que mal-grès tout l’hôtel est bien situé.

Nous avions prit une chambre suite junior et nous nous somme retrouver dans une chambre classique, par ce que notre chambre étais deja prise par d'autre personne ! De plus des notre arriver nous avons assister à une dispute avec d'autre voyageur qui n'avais plus leur bagage dans leur chambre, l'adresse indiquer n'est pas la bonne pour le Check-in ! Le petit dejeuner n'ent parlons pas ! Sinon chambre propre !
