Siamo spiacenti che abbia trovato il suo soggiorno poco confortevole, e deludenti alcuni aspetti della camera. Siamo mortificati che al momento del suo arrivo le batterie del telecomando del condizionatore non abbiano funzionato, essendo nostra premura provvedere al check delle stesse ma siamo felici che sia riuscito a provvedere. Per quanto riguarda la TV, a seguito della sua segnalazione arrivata in tarda serata, abbiamo riscontrato un'anomalia dovuta al malfunzionamento del programma che utilizziamo per lo streaming dei programmi in italiano e in altre lingue, ed essendo le 23:00, non abbiamo potuto recarci in struttura. In riferimento all'odore proveniente dal bagno, che non ci è stato segnalato anticipatamente altrimenti avremmo provveduto a cambiare camera desiderando il meglio per i nostri ospiti, è dipeso probabilmente dal fatto che la sua camera è rimasta sfitta per alcuni giorni, e non c'è stato il solito ricambio di acqua. Tuttavia, posso confermarle che tale odore in fase di rifacimento della camera non è stato riscontrato, ma la ringraziamo per il feedback che ci permette di intervenire. Ci auguriamo che abbia trovato gradevole la sua permanenza a Roma, e speriamo possa tornare a trovarci, dandoci l'occasione di dimostrare che questa esperienza non rispecchia i nostri standard abituali di qualità. Dear Alexander, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, eventhough we both know that your story does not correspond to reality. Being our establishment a Guesthouse (not a Hotel) and being all our conditions advertises on the website, our check in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm and afterwards we need to arrange the check in by appointment. This appointment, as you could read on the description of the property, is subject to the extra cost of 20€ for the arrivals between 8 pm to midnight. We do not oblige anyone to book with us, since there are many hotels with 24 hours reception and we keep all our terms and condition listed, to give the guest the chance to decide if our property is suitable for their needs or not. The next day of your arrival you email us, since you always spoke to me per email so it was impossible for me to shout since we have always been writing emails and my responses have always been very prompt and polite. For us our guests's welfare, satisfaction and approval are our top priorities but there is a limit between real need and just whims. You said that the accommodation was not enough for your honeymoon, was not up to your expectations and not special enough and I did everything I could to explain that you have been assigned what you booked since the size (you kept assuming that the room was small), the equipment, even every single picture were you could see the small ''glass'' on the top of the wall that you said were keeping you from sleeping. Regarding hot water, as I told you the last day, you never mentioned that and no one of the cleaning staff or other guest in the other rooms ever reported that. After 3 days of exhausting email correspondence (since you spent the whole stay emailing me instead of enjoying the beautiful terrace of your room, and the sunny days in Rome, being our Guesthouse located in the heart of Rome), since I was not able to make you understand that there wasn't any negligence from our side, and for this reason you were not entitled to receive a refund because you did not have anything but what you willingly booked, I decided to contact Expedia, saying that from the moment on you would have addressed your concern to them since you refused all my care and my attention in trying to make your stay enjoable. I am never rude, since I always respect my guests' opinion and I am not used to shout because Is not part of my behaviour. We only had the chance to speak 5 minutes at the phone the day that you decided to depart, when I tried to repeat what I wrote per email but you kept having with me the same disgraceful attitude of a person who wants to impose to the other his opinion blindly, without taking into account that other people might be right. I sincerely hope you found a property, maybe a 5 stars Hotel, which was fancy enough for your honeymoon. For my own part, I am happy that all our other guest have always appreciated the care and love we put in this business and the elegance of the simplicity

Dear Guest, Viele Dank fur die positive Bewertung. We are glad that you appreciated the convenient location of the establishment (5 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, 10 to Piazza di Spagna) in the very center of the city. Our double rooms, 15 square mt. big, are furnished in detail and we are happy that you appreciated it. Regarding traffic, our rooms are soundproofed, but being in the very heart of the city, it might happen to hear some background city noise. Luckily, this did not undermine the positive evaluation of your stay. Best Regards
