Convenient location. Clean facility. Breakfast was probably one of the worst I have ever had. We had a group of about 30 of us and didn't want to leave the hotel at night while socializing but the bar did not open on Friday or Saturday ?? Quite disappointing

We loved the space in the room. Also plenty of electrical outlets. Good lighting.

The breakfast in the morning was good. Their was no tub in my room, only a shower which isn't ideal for bathing veey small children. Their was no grip on the floor of the shower and my almost two year old slipped and fell when getting into the shower. We needed towels one night and we were told that all the towel were in the dryer and they would be ready in 40 minutes. We never got any towels that night. My biggest dissapointment was that I had booked a double queen room. When we got there, our room had been given to someone else. The hotel could only offer us a single King room. I was traveling with my husband and 3 children. The couch pulled out into a bed, but it was not what we had originally booked. The hotel wanted to give us a discount for the error, but told us they couldn't since we booked through expedia.

Woken by front desk/management in the middle of the night to confirm my name and checkout day. This happened twice during my 8 day stay - first at 11:15pm, knocks on the door, staff trying to access the room and multiple calls (for this one I was eventually offered an apology and one night refund which seemed fair) then woken AGAIN on my last night at 2:30 AM. Both times, staff seemed to think correcting their error justified waking my children and I in the night. An exhausting and frustrating stay at an otherwise mediocre hotel.
