Clean, Quiet and perfect for one night stay for our family on our way to Portland. Room was clean, beds were comfortable only thing was the shower was kinda difficult to use. We had to call the front desk to ask how to work it. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed for one night.

Although the staff was friendly the hotel was understaffed. The front desk person was never there because she was attending to other tasks. She was constantly running but rooms were not ready and sheets were dirty. Front desk gal had to go put new sheets on because she was the only one. They need more help so their staff is not worked so hard. Breakfast was not good. Our heater whistled so loud I had to turn it off at night.

My room appeared clean until I found dirty underwear in the closet. I informed management, and they quickly apologized, changed my room. The staff were polite, I am not inclined to stay there again, however.

There was actual.construction going on in the hotel from 3am on. I have footage of the sound coming from inside our room and pictures of the hallway.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. He was so nice and helpful. Our room was very clean. It was also quiet, no street or traffic noise. They offer a full continental breakfast. Elmer's is right across the street. Five Guys is very close.

The morning breakfast is was exemplary. The place was clean and quiet. They also had a swimming pool and a hot jacuzzi and I enjoyed it very much.

Extremely quiet considering the location. I did not even hear any interior noise during the night and early morning. Only issue was Expedia listed a non-smoking room for $5 more than a similar room not listed as such. The entire motel is non smoking.

Very nice units of much better quality than other facilities in Roseburg. The "free breakfast", while not quite as good as it used to be, was quite adequate and also a degree of two better than at the competitor's.
